They insisted I bring her early so she would be ready if they got ahead of schedule. I explained i was leaving on a trip at 3:00 so had to pick her up then. I figured no big deal she can play until she gets groomed. I called at 1:30 and they had not even started her and said they would then, I explained again I had a flight to catch so needed to pick her up by 3:00. I called again at 2:30 and they were bathing her and that was all they had time to do. Well that was an expensive bath she didn't need. When I picked her up she was totally tramatized. I questioned the lady and she indicated they had put her in a kennel. She hates kennels. I had explained early to Leslie that Lily doesn't do kennels and she always let her play with the other dogs. Well these girls decided since I didn't pay extra for day care she had to wait the entire day in a kennel to get a bath we didn't want, excuse me you were the one ones that REQUIRED she get there early for you convenience not mine. I don't think the dog would walk back in there again she was so upset. We will never go back to Happy Snoutz again!

Normal, mostly. My dog gets nervous, but he can get them done. "Okay, so you can hold him?" You wanna be a place a business for dog grooming and you can't handle a Lab on your own? No thank you. My dogs loved going there except my Yorkie, he's a rescue terrified of everything but when he's gone here he is fine. I know Ginny can be a little short, but she's a great person and the more you talk to her the better you like her Henry is a great guy and I just think that the negative reviews didn't give them a chance. She boarded my dogs and she groomed my dogs and I never had a bit of trouble with her doing any of these things I trusted her completely, and when I was out of town, and they were there, I never had to worry. The dogs always looked great smelled good and we're happy when I picked them up so give her a try. Ignore the negative reviews. People get their feelings hurt just because somebody isn't as happy and excited when they answer the phone, but they're very busy and sometimes just don't have time. They care more about the animals than answering the phone so please ignore the negative reviews and give Ginny a try I think you will be very happy with your service.

Easy to find with a private lot, not a great neighborhood but not that sketchy. I did not have a long wait in the clean lobby, the front desk staff were all super nice. I was shown into a room & Dr. Glaze examined my pup. She looked at his retina & suggested a further test as he was having atypical reaction to the red/blue lights. They dilated his eyes & took him to the dark room for the additional test. I went back into the lobby to wait. Thankfully the wait wasn't very long & we had the prognosis of SARDS (sudden acquired retinal degeneration syndrome) which is not fatal & not treatable. Dr. Glaze gave me some information about SARDS & discharge notes. She sent all of this info to my usual vet. The staff there was awesome, the vet tech who held Ezra during the exam was so wonderful, speaking quietly to him & giving him lots of kisses & hugs. I am very upset that my dog lost his eyesight but Dr. Glaze explained that dogs handle sudden loss of sight much better than humans & helped me understand that he can lead a normal life (new normal). Prices were very reasonable for a specialty clinic.

My family has trusted this practice for many years--my mother brought our previous dog here and received exceptional care, which is why we continued coming back. Unfortunately, our experiences over the past few years have been completely different. While the veterinarians have been knowledgeable, the front desk staff have consistently been the most disappointing part of every visit. We have repeatedly been treated with rudeness, arrogance, and a lack of basic courtesy. We've also been charged different prices for what appeared to be the exact same services, yet no one has been able to clearly explain the discrepancies. Instead of receiving straightforward answers, we've often felt dismissed. My experience today was especially upsetting. While I was speaking with the staff member assisting me, another employee interrupted our conversation, despite not being involved. After attempting to have me sent to the back without understanding the situation, she proceeded to discuss me and my concerns about the cost with the client she was helping while the client was giving me dirty looks. It was unprofessional, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. I left feeling sick to my stomach. Sadly, that's become the pattern after visits here. No client should leave a veterinary clinic feeling humiliated or anxious after simply asking questions about their pet's care or the cost of services. We continue to come because the medical care for our dog's eye condition is important, but the repeated treatment by the front desk staff has made every visit unnecessarily stressful. I sincerely hope management addresses the culture at the front desk, because it does not reflect the level of professionalism or compassion that pet owners deserve.

The best part is that they didn't even know we were there! My poor dog who is old and sickly was very stressed in that tiny room for so long. When Dr Walsh came in for treatment she actually said to me, "So, what are we doing today?" WHAT??!!? I was there less than a week ago! Doesn't she look over her schedule in the morning? Doesn't she plan and prepare for her day? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND VERY STRESSFUL FOR MYSELF AND MY DOG! They - the entire office - treated me, not only that I wasn't there in their building, but as though I didn't exist. At all. I bawled all the way home and most of the rest of the day. Although Dr Walsh did apologize, she didn't call to talk about this - just didn't care. I simply no longer existed, the end. And, neither did my fur-baby. I did, however, have the pleasure of paying $100+ for the outrageous experience. I am an hourly employee and sitting in a room for 45 minutes means I am not working and not earning an income to pay for horrendous treatment by this place. I am still VERY UPSET whenever I think about it. ARE YOU NEXT?? Maybe. Probably.
