His company installed a water softener in my home, claiming it cost $8,990, but when I called the company directly, I found out the actual price was only $3,900 plus $400 for installation. But that's not even the worst part! The installer destroyed my front lawn and left my siding in terrible condition, just patching it up poorly. And to make matters worse, this is a brand-new house! I have been complaining for over three months, and all I get are excuses. First, it was "after the holidays," then he was "sick," and now he just keeps avoiding responsibility. They refuse to fix the damage they caused. If you are a new homeowner, RUN AWAY from this company! This has been the worst experience ever--horrible service, zero warranty, and no accountability. I really only needed the technician to confirm what the issue was. I expected much more reasonable pricing and transparency for the reason of the pricing, and I hope they reconsider their pricing structure for loyal customers.
