A small table opened up, so we all squeezed in and had a blast. You can order food from the Disco Burger outside from your phone or walk up to the truck as well. I was super surprised how much I liked the burger. I could compare it to a less greasy version of town topic. Delicious. Our waitress was awesome and we were all matching drinks, so we got some high life, mystery tall boys, and she loved it. And if you watch their social media, they'll usually tell you when they have a limited addition one. The Rieger whiskey and apple sausage is one of my favorites. They also have a chicken curry sausage, which is excellent and has so much curry flavor. On my last visit I noticed that they have mac & cheese that you can take to go. They have a few different varieties, but I went with one with bacon because their bacon is always fantastic. It was a really good side. I slapped it on the grill to warm it up and it was delicious. The kimchi wasn't an afterthought at all, it was more than a condiment slapped on top of the burger instead it was piled high and added just the right amount of zippy slightly spicy flavor. The cheese oozed out of the burger and melded with the lacey edges to create an impeccable bite, I'm still thinking of it a week later.
