While reading others' reviews, I came across DJ Plumbing on accident. I called and talked to the administrator who was friendly and knew her stuff. She gave me a few quotes depending on the work. The quotes came in a bit higher than the others I had received, but she also stuck to the points on hand unlike the others so far warning me of 'hidden repairs' that might need to be done and extra prices for parts. She also gave me the maximum if the plumber had to take extra time. She even estimated the parts and gave me those prices. Overall, so far, I think they will come in more efficient and less expensive than the rest I've called. I'll update this as soon as the work has been done. My experience so far is excellent which is why I'm writing this at all.

His total estimate was $500 for fixing these things: 1) Find out cause of leak from upstairs to downstairs and possibly fix right away 2)Replace toilet seat & cover 3)Reconnect dishwasher downstairs to water line 4)Water in commode stays running non-stop Once I put my mind to it, i was able to fix everything by myself (except for the leaking pipe which no longer needed fixing since it stopped leaking after the bathtub got unclogged, just as I predicted) for less than $60. In summary, he is pricey and was willing to estimate $500 for minor problems. Could have possibly cost me more. Comes across like he is out to make top dollar from clients and doesn't necessarily care about being affordable.

Wow. I was given a quote of $199 to look at the source of the backup up toilets at our home. They…read morecame promptly the same day. The technician used a scope to probe all the way to the street were our sewer finally emptied into the main city sewer line. The camera probe found that a break occurred in the city's connector to our private line. Finntastic Plumbing then sent photographs made my their camera probe to the city. The city of Cleburne came the same day and inspected the sewer leak at the street in front of our house. The city was convinced that the city was liable for the damages. I am so thankful for Finntastic Plumbing doing all that battling for me the customer.
