Experienced the Hidden Pour. After breaking the code to get in the door, Brad had great wine and stories for us. He is such a foodie, mixologist, and story teller. We love any experience with him. The room was great. Fun stuff on the walls. Great wine and cider. Just do it.

The service was wonderful and the wine recommendations were amazing. The grounds are beautiful. This is a very nice place to just hang out and relax in a beautiful space.

This was one of our stops on a wine tour conducted by Keidel Wine Tours. It was our first stop of the day, and since it was a weekday it was not crowded at all. We spent about an hour and a half during this tasting. The wines were a combination of selections from 3 different Texas wineries and all the ones we tasted were very good. Bobbi, our sommelier, did an amazing job of describing why the Collective was different from other traditional wineries and was extremely knowledgeable of all 3 winery offerings. There are 3 different tasting offerings (red only, combo red/white, and light/sweet) we chose the combo and were not disappointed. We ended up buying a bottle of the Italian Field Blend ifb (white) from McPherson Cellars and the Lost Oak Cabernet Sauvignon. There are outdoor tables where you can bring lunch and eat while enjoying your wines as well. A smaller winery that is very personal and friendly. Ask for Bobbi as your sommelier!

Beautiful menu, lovely staff and wine that makes you need to take a few bottles home! We had a tasting with Collin - a retired chef whose tasting explanations and Texas history took our experience to the next level! We did the light & sweet and The Collective tasting and we each took a bottle home. We also had the pleasure of meeting Randy and trying his Porch Pounder white - we also took a bottle of this home! Highly recommended and great wine club with lots of benefits. Absolutely visit TWC!

    Cider tasting

We started the wine trip by tasting the Texas style wines . The wine selection was nice and had plenty of options. The service was great and they even offered us a cider sample, which led us to order a cider tasting . The cider tasting was amazing and had unique tastings !

I came here 2 years ago and had an amazing time. There was live music and the patio was bustling. I've thought about it ever since. We came back today and did not have that experience. The servers were rude and condescending. They met us on the patio, didn't even let us enter before they said "how can we help you" as if they were confused why we were there. We walked in and said we wanted to get a few bottles and enjoy the patio. She told us to move out of the entrance (literally no one was there) and continued to be rude and snippy. No one was there. The patio was empty. Not live music. And the food truck was closed. Just not the best experience and honestly we almost left immediately when the servers were so rude. However, Randy (?) with Texas Wanderer was so nice and saved the place.

After being told we couldn't get a glass of wine at Grape Creek Vineyards (jerks!!), we ventured over to the Texas Wine Collective. The woman who greeted was super nice and welcoming; a complete 180 from the jerk at Grape Creek. She walked us to the serving area so we could order. After perusing the menu, I settled on the holiday red. The wine was great. We went out to their sitting area which was very spacious. They had a musician performing which added to the pleasant experience. I thoroughly enjoyed this place and will definitely visit again

Fun winery with large open patio seating and kid friendly outdoor space. We decided to do their flight sample with a mix of whites and reds. I enjoyed everything. The Meritage 2021 was my favorite! Lovely winery to visit in Fredericksburg.

Great variety and customer service. Having four wineries under one roof is a real advantage for success.

I came here with a group of friends. We initially came on Saturday, but there was no availability on Saturday, so we made a reservation for the following day. It is a 2-hour experience, and it is a must. You get to taste four different wines, and most are grown locally. They are transitioning to produce 100% of their wine with their own grapes. Special shoutout to Abby for being our hostess! She was very kind, relatable, and nice. She was not pushy in selling the membership (unlike some other places nearby). We learned about the company's history, which is a very lovely story, and it involves supporting mental health (Yay!). I would come here again for their wine and mission. I bought a bottle of their Alienist. A bit expensive, but also it is really good, and part of the proceeds support mental health.

The new building feels very commercial, like I'm walking into a conference room. Service was not that good either since it seems like a consumerism machine. Person-in person-out. I loved the caves but everything above takes it away from that experience!

The Fred area now features several wineries showcasing non-Texan styles--including Coordinates (South African) and Calais (Texas grapes with a French influence). Be sure to read up on the fascinating family history behind this winery! We sampled a variety of their reds, and every single one was full-bodied with its own distinct personality. The Cab Black was highly complex with lovely hints of oak. Their Chianti, the Costaveccia, was a traditional, high-end Chianti --dense yet smooth, and something I can easily envision pairing with my Sunday sauce. Another favorite was the Nero d'Avola, which drank incredibly smooth with a perfect balance of fruit and tannins. We were so impressed with their wines that we left with several bottles and a new wine club membership. The tasting room itself is bright, cool, and comfortable, complemented by a great patio, a spacious members' area, and a large function hall for events. Service throughout our visit was exceptional; the knowledgeable sommeliers expertly guided us through our five tastings. If you are a fan of Italian wines, then do plan a visit to Andreucci.

All of their wines are brought in from Italy from a family winery in Tuscany. The Andreucci family has been making wine for over two centuries. According to their history, in 1810 the quartermaster for the French Army purchased wine from the Andreucci family to serve Napoleon's troops while they were in Italy. A reproduction of the receipt issued by the French Army is shown on the label of a number of their wines. Even back then they had a reputation for making exceptional wines. The facility is small and very bright and open, with a bar for tasting and seating ares as well. It is adjacent to the Alstadt Brewery along 290 and easy to get to. Plenty of parking is available as well. We were greeted by a lovely Italian woman (Erica) who served as our sommelier. She was an energetic and vibrant person who fully described all the nuances of each of the 5 wines we tasted. While some wineries offer a pre-defined list of tasting options, Andreucci has you select 5 wines from their entire offering list. I am more of a red wine drinker (though I do also like some whites) and my wife prefers whites, so it made for a nice option to be able to select what we wanted individually. I selected the Black Label Cabernet, Montepulciano, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Grillo. My wife also chose the Chardonnay and Grillo, as well as the Donna Alma, Primitivo, and Prosecco. Erica even brought out a sample of some amazing cheese to try with the red offering. Perfecto! All the wines we tasted were very good, and we settled on purchasing a bottle of the Black Label Cabernet and one of the Grillo. They offer a wine club membership (as most all wineries do now) and offer a red club, white club, and premium club option. No membership fees. We will definitely return to this lovely location and try some additional wines next time!
