This was my first time here and I came in this past Thursday for a pedicure. I called to make an appointment for 6:00 last minute and showed up at 6:15. Although they were closing at 7pm, they were still so happy to take me. Jaz did my deluxe pedicure which included an in house blueberry scented sugar scrub, mask, and lotion. She did amazing especially while doing my massage! She was considerate and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. Due to exceptional customer service, I decided to come back the following morning for my manicure. Jaz did my fingernails as well and they looked brand new with the buff and shine. Not to mention her cuticle work was also very clean. Since we ran out of time the evening before, she gave me the paraffin wax treatment for my feet which made them extra soft. Overall I was very relaxed during both times of me coming to this salon. I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness. I will definitely be returning back to this salon and recommend others give it a try as well. read more

2 stars for art of the female hustle. You go girls. But sadly everything else, was subpar. I've never paid so much for a gel pedicure, let alone the worst one I've ever had - one that I had to immediately go home and fix. When one part of a pedicure goes poorly, it's very much forgivable. A bad polish. A nicked cuticle. Etc. But when all of it happens, you leave upset that you spent your very limited alone time there. I've never had a pedicure where I had to ask for the nails to be corrected to be straight instead of crooked. I've never had a nail tech completely miss a nail entirely. I've never had a nail tech not clean under the nails. Or not trim the corners. I've never had my gel polish lift after less than 24 hours. I know some people go get their nails done to socialize, but some of us go because we are busy moms who need 45 minutes of indulgence and peace-- you won't find that here. It was high energy, a lot of loud chatter, and the movie Hustlers. If it wasn't the most expensive pedicure I've ever had, I think I'd be a little more forgiving. But I wasted my time, and my money. If you have new techs learning, that's fine. But don't charge $75 then pressure to tip. Luckily I was able to even things out at home myself, but what a disappointment :( Won't be back, unfortunately. I don't even know where to start because my daughter and I just had the best experience getting a pedicure here! We didn't have an appointment and they were pretty busy today but were still able to fit us in for gel pedicures within 30 mins. Mimi at the front desk was so accommodating, warm and welcoming. Then Melanie and Jasmine did our pedicures. Not only were they exceptionally skilled and attentive to every detail and our comfort during the entire pedicure, but they were the most friendly and amazing people to talk to. We will definitely be back again because everything from the amazing customer service, the perfect pedicures we received, and the friendly environment won us over! This is the WORST place ever for a manicure. I have had it done 10 times and 2 of them the polish done by Kaylee was so bad I was embarrased to show my hands. The first time she messed them up, they fixed it but not before complaining about how it was my fault. So what if the nail polish they used was so old, it wouldn/t even dry. The last time, it was so bad, that my nail had ridges in them and even as Kaylee was putting on the polish she said it was runny but yet continued to apply it. I went back to her and she said she could sand them. Really? How about you do them again, instead of trying to fix your bad work? I asked for her to redo them and/or give me credit and she said she would talk to Mimi. I heard nothing, so I called Mimi and Mimi could not give me the courtesy of a call back when I left a message. I hope she does real estate better than she runs the salon. Anyhow, what a nightmare Kaylee is. Not only does she not do good nails (manicure), but is boring as could be!!!! This experience was quite different than my last. Very disappointing. It's been just under 2 weeks and my middle nail popped off today while tying my shoes. 6 of the remaining 9 are lifting. When my nail tech was choosing the tips I questioned the size she chose as they did not lay flush, they were too small with the middle bubbling and the edges raised, however as I am not a nail tech I did not say anything. I have tried to go to the salon numerous times and the owner of the salon wants to tell me how I should get my nails done when I've been doing them for 30 years and I have a pink and white acrylic and I want certain shape And she's trying to fight with me about it. Trying to make me a pink the pink and white instead of doing the. The one guy that they put me with they actually used two different types of tips And used a clear pink acrylic and didn't even drill down the line between the tip getting glued on my finger and my finger so that showed as well. The nail tech (whose license was posted without a visible photo) waited until he had started painting my nails to mention that the color I chose was an extra $20. I said no, I'll choose another, and he rolled his eyes and stood behind me literally BREATHING DOWN MY NECK, while I chose another color. Then, they charged me the additional $20 anyway and told me that's just how much the service is. They are incredibly rude and will scam you out of money if they decide you look like you can afford it. Sad. read more
