2 stars for art of the female hustle. You go girls. But sadly everything else, was subpar. I've never paid so much for a gel pedicure, let alone the worst one I've ever had - one that I had to immediately go home and fix. When one part of a pedicure goes poorly, it's very much forgivable. A bad polish. A nicked cuticle. Etc. But when all of it happens, you leave upset that you spent your very limited alone time there. I've never had a pedicure where I had to ask for the nails to be corrected to be straight instead of crooked. I've never had a nail tech completely miss a nail entirely. I've never had a nail tech not clean under the nails. Or not trim the corners. I've never had my gel polish lift after less than 24 hours. I know some people go get their nails done to socialize, but some of us go because we are busy moms who need 45 minutes of indulgence and peace-- you won't find that here. It was high energy, a lot of loud chatter, and the movie Hustlers. If it wasn't the most expensive pedicure I've ever had, I think I'd be a little more forgiving. But I wasted my time, and my money. If you have new techs learning, that's fine. But don't charge $75 then pressure to tip. Luckily I was able to even things out at home myself, but what a disappointment :( Won't be back, unfortunately. I have to tell you about my new favorite nail salon !! Yesterday Mother's Day was my first time there for a pedicure. Not sure what to expect I was amazed at how friendly the vibe was! Not to mention the pampering that went on with being offered a choice of beverages, I chose a Matcha green tea and then there was the Mother's Day cookie! This experience was quite different than my last. Very disappointing. It's been just under 2 weeks and my middle nail popped off today while tying my shoes. 6 of the remaining 9 are lifting. When my nail tech was choosing the tips I questioned the size she chose as they did not lay flush, they were too small with the middle bubbling and the edges raised, however as I am not a nail tech I did not say anything. Now I wish I would have as I spent over $100 on this set and here we are. The salon itself has potential but the techs need some more experience. read more

The customer service here is terrible... pricing is based off of what they think you can pay. I was quoted a price for an acrylic fill and reg pedicure. The nail tech (whose license was posted without a visible photo) waited until he had started painting my nails to mention that the color I chose was an extra $20. I said no, I'll choose another, and he rolled his eyes and stood behind me literally BREATHING DOWN MY NECK, while I chose another color. Then, they charged me the additional $20 anyway and told me that's just how much the service is. They are incredibly rude and will scam you out of money if they decide you look like you can afford it. Sad. read more

I have tried to go to the salon numerous times and the owner of the salon wants to tell me how I should get my nails done when I've been doing them for 30 years and I have a pink and white acrylic and I want certain shape And she's trying to fight with me about it. Trying to make me a pink the pink and white instead of doing the. The one guy that they put me with they actually used two different types of tips And used a clear pink acrylic and didn't even drill down the line between the tip getting glued on my finger and my finger so that showed as well. And the one pink that does cover anything lifts. And she told me it would lift and I said then why do you use it. The salon is just horrible. read more

So this third time I come in and there 2 new girls who has no idea on what there doing. I have natural nails and she proceeds to use a nail drill. I explain to this lady these are my natural nails and she says I heard you. Well long story short my nails are ruined and this is how I left. She broke 2 of my nails down to the nail bed and I'm livid! The two women who have no idea how to do nails. Was rough and had no concern about anything. Rude place!
