I ordered a burger and fries. I told her that I was here a few days ago and the fries were so salty I had to give them away. So please I asked don't put any salt on them. She said it is a seasoning blend and I will ask them not to put it on. But they did. I don't have time for reorders because I have a short time on my lunch break from work. Ordered the cheesesteak and a mushroom burger. The burger was very good but the cheesesteak was awful. I like onion but that was rediculous. I pulled the onions and peppers out of the second half and there was next to no meat on the sandwich. 6PM Wednesday I stopped by Fridays for a quick dinner. Except for the bar the place was almost empty. I stood by the hostess stand, girl came up and without even a hello said 20 to 25 minutes so I walked out. With the prices as high as they are, if they can't staff the place it's time to close up shop. What is wrong with 309 and W Broad? There are numerous fast food family restaurants and most of them have poor service. My family and I stopped in here for dinner on Friday. My wife had the boneless bbq wings and loaded fries. My daughter had the classic sampler and I had the ribs. There was a bit of a hiccup with our food but our server, Meadow took our concerns to the manager, Jon. As with anything in life, things are never perfect. Imperfections and mistakes are a constant in our lives but Jon did his utmost best to make our experience at his restaurant great. He was professional and very pleasant. Took us several minutes to get seated We asked to be seated somewhere else because it would be better for our group. We passed several empty tables before being seated in the back of the restaurant. This especially made me angry because my severely disabled brother has a hard time walking and I felt like they didn't want his presence there. In our attempt to avoid the goblins at home we visited here for an early dinner on Halloween prior to attending a movie. Not suprisingly, the place was dead. With time to kill, we decided to have a drink at the bar prior to dinner. We found our way to seats at the near empty bar where we noticed two bartenders and a few other staff members kibitzing and yucking it up behind the bar. No problem here since it was Halloween, a time to have fun even at work. Yet, it took several minutes for one of the bartenders to ackknowlege our presence and warmly greet us. He delivered our beverage requests to us in a reasonable amount of time. The wine requested was pleasant and of sufficient volume. The cocktail appeared to be a somewhat generous pour yet seemed especially pale for a whiskey mix. My eyes did not deceive me, it clearly tasted primarily of sugar water. My usual position when receiving food not to my liking is to grin and bear it. This cocktail however, I could not imagine imbibing. I expressed my displeasure to the bartender who graciously apologized and offered to replace, not comp, it with another choice. When it was time for our meal we were seated in the main dining area to be served by Kristen. We found her to be pleasant and accomodating with her answers to the questions we had about the menu. The nachos we ordered to share as an appetizer were plentiful, clearly enough for two people, and quite tasty. The half rack of ribs were also ample, tender, and richly flavored. The bourbon glazed sirloin steak had good flavor, little fat, and cut easily yet it was prepared a little past medium rare as ordered. The accompanying broccolli was fresh and cooked perfectly. Not so the mashed potato that resembled wall paper paste, thick and gooey with little flavor. Our entrees were presented to us prior to our completing our appetizer and dishes remained on the table througout our meal. Fortunately we were not in a rush because the service was decidely slow, seemed to be more Halloweening on the part of the staff than attending to customers. All in all we will likely return here in the future primarily becaused we enjoyed our meals and because of the manner the bartender responded to our concern about our cocktail. read more

I went to Friday's tonight and they were SLAMMED with business and there were 2 tables by us complaining about the wait time for their food. They were professional and very nice and I feel sorry for the both of them as 2 tables felt the need to make a scene because that is not at ALL how you should treat the staff that is serving you! One of the more generous chain happy hours - a nice selection of drink specials and nearly the entire appetizer menu is half price (most of the other local TGI Friday's) have a very limited discounted appetizer and drink list. Had a few drinks and an appetizer at the bar to celebrate my last day at work with some colleagues. The bar was packed but the two bartenders did a great job keeping up with the crowd. I never waited for a drink. My appetizer did take quite a while to come out, but the place was packed so I'm sure the kitchen was just trying to keep up. My bill was correct and I was able to cash out quickly when I was ready. Parking is a little tight so it might make sense to park across the lane in the mall parking lot when they are busy. We had a party of six and I ordered a Med rare SIZZLING FRIDAY SIGNATURE WHISKEY-GLAZED FLAT IRON STEAK* It was supposed to be 8 ounces of soy-marinated flat iron steak, served over melted cheese with onions, red & green bell peppers and mashed potatoes. Topped with Cajun-spiced crispy onion strings and served with Whiskey-Glaze on the side. What I got was everyone else in my party was eating and I was still waiting for my meal. When it arrived, it was some raw meat cut up on a plate with "no onion strings and no sauce" and the knife couldn't cut the meat. Wow $18.00 dollars for dog food. That's just sad. read more

He got a server, whom he described as being a bartender, to be my guy. February 3, 2018 visit. Seated promptly. Waitress very attentive and presentable. If you download their app you get special treats in addition to points, the treat is free chips and salsa. Salsa is better than grocery store bottled, but not up to fresh salsa. Chips for me are a pass, though others at the table were asking for seconds. Salmon over "power vegetables" a big hit, I always enjoy sautéed shrimp with peppers (though the portion size is a bit wanting), mashed potatoes great.
