(toppings, not protein) - 8 different meat protein options, plus 2 non meat protein options - pita chips or multigrain croissant come with the salad - the small salad (for me) is good for 2 meals As for cleanliness, the inside seating area has always been very clean & as they spoon out the various toppings, the server is repeatably diligent about immediately cleaning up/removing any toppings that fall outside the salad container.
