Elias berries Elias fruit, fruit district LA

If I could give a 0, I would. 1ST) The strawberries are not organic. If you look on their site, it states they are out of organic. 2ND) They can't even list the farm and location the bairies come from 3RD) 108 of a flat of strawberries is RIDICULOUS 4TH) I'm pretty sure they go to the fruit district in LA and buy them in bulk, they're closed Sundays just like the fruit district...at the fruit district it's $22 a flat! I know because after realizing how much they were upcharging in OC, I found out they were buying from the fruit district, and now I only buy from there. Fruit district is open from 2am-11am go to Elias fruit he'll hook you up! They sell all kinds of fruit exotic fruit herbs, so many vendors in 1 spot and cheap!

1/3 of the half flat went to waste!

Awesome strawberries for Easter dinner. Pricey but so big and juicy for a special occasion.

We finally decided today would be the day! It took a few turns around the towne center area to find the farmers market. When we got there the place was pretty packed. Everything looked and smelled so fresh. Many vendors were eager to give out samples as we passed by trying to decide what we wanted to buy. My sister had tried the juice vendor before, so we knew we wanted to get some fresh juice. Tasted soo good. Will have to come back for more of this. The price is $6-7 per glass bottle. We also ended up with an unplanned purchase of pears (red and green ones) and apples from a fruit vendor at the end of the farmers market. The nice man insisted we try his pears, which we kindly declined at first, but he was so passionate about wanting us to try his fruit we gave in. He sliced up a red pear and gave me the whole thing to eat. After one bite, I understood why he wanted to give out samples because there was no way you could walk away without making a purchase! Even my baby sister who isn't a bug fruit person to begin with enjoyed the samples. Their pears at a glance didn't look that good, so I can see why they needed to get people to taste it. Lol. This vendor really stood out to me and will be back to support their business and their delicious fruit. On the way back to the front of the market, we noticed there was coffee from seven syllables. I've been wanting to try their coffee, so I was glad to see them! I ordered the ube latte and my sister got their vanilla latte. My ube latte looked like it'd be super sweet, but to my surprise it was not sweet and could taste their coffee which I appreciated! I would order this again. Overall, very good experience and can't wait to come back.

Even though the beer prices have definitely crept up over the years, the entertainment is always solid and the vibes are unmatched. Now that the classic car is finally fixed, we can't wait to bring it to the drive-in! My toddler and I busted some moves on the dance floor and a zoot suiter complimented us on our moves. The Food: You have to visit Caesar. He's been here for years and his BBQ sticks are 5-star perfection. I always get one of each with the rice--pro tip: load it up with the vinegar and hot sauce. The Finds: Shoutout to the two guys in the second-to-last row. Browsing their collection felt like being back in a Blockbuster! We finally scored The Lone Ranger and a classic Bruce Lee vs. Chuck Norris flick. Also, don't miss my buddy in Row A for records; he always has the heat. Family Friendly: My toddler had a blast on the train ride (super convenient that they take Zelle now). I was bummed I couldn't find my usual poster-framing vendor, but the trip was still worth it.

We came across this place a few years ago and we keep coming back. There was a yelp ban on checking-in or posting reviews but that has since been lifted. a Swap meet that doubles into a movie theater, although, I think that is no longer in service. Free parking and low-cost entry fee unless its Friday night. Cheap then paying cover at a club (for men) and kids under 18 are welcomed. Looking for new or used? They have you covered. Want a quick bite, everywhere you look around (unless there is some rain or sprinkles) you can smell food at every corner. Want to buy some freshly grown veggies and fruits, I know a spot. What about getting a NFL or MLB or MLS jersey, I know a few spots! Might be sold-out or limited stock towards the end of the year/season. Just keep that in mind. Collectibles to stickers to custom made, there is multiple shops to spend your weekend checking out, bring cash, most still accept cash while some do accept cards. We have come to look for our favorite sellers, but they are not always here. So, if you see something you want, get it now, because it (or they) might not be available when you come back. Did I mention FREE parking? Friday night bands typically start at 7pm and are posted on their website, they have lots of seating and stand-up bar tables to enjoy your beverage or food. Come and enjoy the atmosphere! It's family friendly. Little kids are free (not age - it's by height - somewhere along 50" and under) with paying adult. They do have little pony rides and a bouncy slide for extra costs.

Very Big Swap Meet but Lots of Fakes and Resellers!!…read more There's tons of vendors selling different things, and you may see multiple vendors selling the same things such as household items, children's toys, hardware items, and plants. Lots of vendors sell clothing at different prices, but I did see one vendor sell clothes for $1 each. There's plenty of vendors selling fake water bottles such as Stanley cups and Hydroflasks. I found two vendors selling Sonny Angels from Aliexpress, very obvious fakes, and I would never buy Sonny Angels from Swap Meets. However, if they're your thing, there's tons of them. There are also reseller vendors selling items they've found from TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Ross, Five Below, etc. There's a lot of food vendors. They essentially sell the same things like Italian Ice, Churros, Agua Frescas, and Mangoneadas. However, there are some vendors that sell Elotes, Tacos, Pupusas, etc. They're just a bit harder to find. I got two Churros for $8, a Vanilla Raspado with Condensed Milk for $5, and Hot Cheetos with Cheese for $5. It was a bit steep for a swap meet, but I understand these vendors are just trying to make ends meet. Vendors are nice a majority of the time. They mostly seem pretty tired from the blasting heat. Some vendors will offer you a better price on an item you want if you walk away, and some vendors let you haggle the prices. The Swap Meet is pretty big so you will find something for you. Parking is free, but it can be a bit hectic. Vendors seem to close down their booths 2:30pm-3:00pm. If you're planning on making multiple purchases, you're better off bringing a wagon, cart, bags, or multiple people.
