My reviews will always come from a travelers perspective, with a strict budget. We always travel with our service dog as well, so I give tips on that also. We are a middle aged couple, and sometimes when we have the kids with us we review from that perspective as well. Ok where do I start? Everything was good!! I got the tom kah soup and it was very good. The summer rolls with peanut sauce also very good! The place inside is a little run down but it's a snow / ski town so I am sure they deal with a lot of melting snow on shoes when people come in. I felt like we walked in through someone's garage to get in lol. However, my Togo order was right, the food and prices were great, and they were open late (for Lincoln lol) 9pm. I will start with all of the positives. The restaurant was relatively clean. It was empty. We went at 1pm on a Monday in a ski town so not an unlikely scenario. There were great meal options. We got pot stickers appetizer, pad zee ew, and the pineapple fried rice with chicken. It came out quickly. It was hot and delicious the only thing I would comment is that there was a significant amount of egg in pad zee ew. As far as the restaurant itself it was quaint but uncomfortably cold. The thermostat showed 61 degrees. You could feel it. Also, some attention could be used in the women's restroom where when I turned the faucet to turn on the water the entire structure came up off the floor. read more

Absolutely terrible experience! Every surface, from the table to glasses, and even the water jugs, were sticky and unclean. After 45 minutes of placing the order, the appetizer and entrees came out together, and by the time we got to eat our main course, we had already asked for our drinks three times. We ordered from the Chef's Special menu, but every dish had overcooked rubbery chicken with flavorless rice. The food was an abomination!! The service was beyond awful! We had to ask multiple times for basic things, and they still never brought them.The staff clearly did not care. Horrible in every way. Do yourself a favor and never go to this restaurant! read more

I was up in the Lincoln area working this past weekend, and I had to grab some dinner to bring back to the hotel. I needed up getting Thai 9 Friday night, and it was so good that I repeated Saturday as well. I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai, and it had such a delicious flavor to it. Nice and saucy (sometimes take out Pad Thai can be very dry) and the right amount of spice. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed looking at the pictures of the owners 2 French Bulldogs on the wall while they were preparing my food. As a dog lover, it was adorable to see! Next time I'm in the area, this will definitely be a stop I'm making. read more

We stopped in on our way up to Franconia as it was one of th few places still open between leaf peeping and ski season. The woman was incredibly friendly and our food was hot and delicious. I got pad see ew spicy and my husband got drunken noodles, both with chicken. We treated ourselves to some boba tea too which was awesome to be able to get in NH. It is a tape around where we live in MA. My extended family owns a condo in North woodstock and frequent this place a lot, so we decided to give it a go on our own. Very few places open in the busy tourist town one of them being Thai 9. We ordered vegan drunken noodles and drunken fried rice. Paid a total of $33 for both. The portion sizes are ridiculous for the price and wait was over an hour. The drunken noodles had good amount of gravy and veggies. The drunken fried rice was dry af. Ask for chili oil it's so so flavorful but spicy. We weren't allowed to dine in even though we were hour before the closing, Food is delicious but the people clearly are overworked with customers crowding them through ever possible app/phone medium. They should probably do some crowd control if they are amongst the few ones open until dinner time in the town. Parking is available on the street easily. read more

Let's just say that my sudden Thai craving that I had yesterday never disappeared, and I am glad that I stumbled upon this location because they sure satisfied my craving! I was greeted by a warm host, and seated promptly and provided with a menu. I ordered spring rolls to start with for my appetizer, and I ordered the Pepper Steak as my main course (Highly recommended by my waiter). The food came out not long after, the spring rolls were nice and crispy and the filling was fresh! I could tell that the spring rolls were freshly made, and not just heated up. This was my first time ever having Pepper steak at a Thai place, and I must say that it rocked my world! The Pepper steak came with a side of sticky rice, and I could taste very vibrant flavors with each bite! Lemongrass, ginger, and Thai basil all greeted my taste buds! The dish was cooked authentically and soothed my soul! I really enjoyed myself here, and I respect that the staff is cooking authentic Thai food and not a watered down American version (More common than you'd think these days). Keep up the amazing work! Chanced upon this hidden gem right after completing the Kancamagus Highway fall foliage hikes. Their Pad Thai was very flavorful and just the right spice level. The Panang Curry with chicken was tasty, appreciate the amount of veggies in them, but could improve with a slightly richer broth. Great location and there are a few parking spots right out front. We have been to this place before when we visited New Hampshire, but at the time I think I would have given it a 5 star considering I was not too exposed to Thai food available in New York City. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting white mountains area if Gypsy Cafe is closed lol or if you crave for Thai food. We ordered drunken noodles for the both of us and ordered red curry for takeout. The curry seemed a lil too watery and not that creamy but did taste good. On the other hand the drunken noodle with tofu did lack taste and I felt it was too bland for my taste. Even after ordering hot sauce on the side I felt like it lacked flavor but hubby enjoyed it. Situated right next to another 5 star resteraunt, Flackjacks. This gem of a resteraunt is by far one of the best places we ate while in our vacation. We visited Saturday afternoon. 1/29/23 It was not very busy. The place is cozy and has a gorgeous wood table top that are cut from large trees and left with the bark on. We got Thai iced tea, and it was loaded with Boba. All meals we got were cooked well, presented well, came out in a timely manner, and most of all de..lish...ous!! Pineapple fried rice - we have had better Pad see ew - very salty Drunken noodle - very salty Papaya salad - the favor was very sweet and bland, more carrots than papaya Every dishes has pretty small portion compared to the prices they charged. We recommend ordering things with "mild" heat as the medium spicy was hot on a few dishes. We loved the green curry with chicken, drunken noodles with chicken, tom yum pho (noodle soup) and fried rice with tofu. We also Thai ice tea which is as always sweetened with condensed milk and very rich and flavorful. I stopped here for a late dinner recently after business took me this area. It was my first and will be my last visit. First of all, the place is rather poorly kept. You have to maneuvre a weird step up from the street to a porch area to get in. The steps at the street level are in poor condition and pose a safety risk of your not careful. Inside is drab, hardly any decor alluding to it being an asian style restaurant or any decor at all! The staff were nice enough... a bit slow to take your order. The food was really just passable, and over priced for the quality. I got a yellow curry with shrimp. It came in a big bowl half filled and served as a soup. The curry sauce was very watery and bland... I think they over diluted the coconut milk with chicken broth. The rice portion was small. On the way out there was a rather unpleasant latrine like odor as I exited the building. read more
