Disappointing experience. We had the fresh rolls, tom yum soup and a mixed veggie stir fry with brown sauce. The only positive was that the veggies were fresh. Nothing had much flavor at all. The brown sauce on the stir fry wasn't really a brown color, it was thin and runny with zero taste. We ordered double protein and there still wasn't much meat. It was nice having Asian cuisine in this part of resort community! During our one week vacation in town, we dined here a couple of times. We had drunken noodle, stir-fried mix veggies with seafood, wonton soup and sticky rice mango. All were tasty. I specially liked the wonton soup. The warm broth was satisfying in cold weather. First time trying this place. The food was spot on, thai green curry with veggies and tofu was so delicious. Spring rolls was so fresh, did a to go and ate them. You can see in one of the pic where I have put the quantity me and mom completed it was that good.If you travel to NH and visit North Conway this place is a must try. My husband ordered a thai fried rice with shrimp as a add on he loved it ,the flavor and the rice cooked to perfection.10/10. Make sure if you are doing a to go to order a ahead. Every thing was mediocre. We had a late lunch and was glad they have a lunch special which comes with a spring roll. I ordered the tofu green curry. I have nothing much to say about it. It was OK. My hubby has the chicken and basil. There was only one or two pieces for basil and the rest was onions and peppers. Lol. Taste was OK as I had a try also. Hubby was disappointed as it is very watery not a dry sautéed. When I walked in, there was no one in the restaurant. I only find a man over the counter. He's very courteous which one star goes to him. And one star each for the food. I can be just biases because we had so much better Thai food back home. Grabbed lunch around 3 pm with a pretty large party. They only do takeout here and the food came out within 20ish minutes. I ordered the drunken noodles and a basil roll -- both were pretty standard, but the veggies and beef in the drunken noodles were pretty tough and hard to chew. I really wanted to like this place. I saw a couple bad reviews and I was like... this can't be that bad. The good: drunken noodles were good ans spicy, but not spiced with your typical Thai peppers. Massaman curry was like soup thin but the flavor was amazing. Tom Kha was from what I could tell coconut milk, water, and some lemongrass. Thai fried rice was good and kids loved it. Overall 3/5. Location & Parking: The restaurant is located on the busy street, finding a parking on weekend can be tough on street, but there are few parking spots behind the restaurant next to the gas station. Food: the food was great Service: there was a wait of 30-40 minutes in all the Thai restaurants in that area, including this one. What made us wait here was the service before we were seated. Love this tiny Thai restaurant in North Conway along the main strip. It exudes coziness and intimate conversation. We came in quite late near closing time but our server (I'm guessing the owner) was very sweet and said to come on in. I got one of my favorite dishes of pineapple fried rice with chicken and shrimp and was pleased, though, like most places I've tried, it could use some spice. I also had rice paper rolls for an appetizer which were so very tasty. We were in and out pretty fast while still being able to enjoy our meal. Definitely will be back! read more

Hole in the wall with very tight and limited seating. The guy who waited on me was very scattered and despite repeating my simple order to him three times.. it still got screwed up. He served me someone else's entree with scallops and rice when I ordered a chicken thai noodle. He obsessively kept coming back to ask me if i wanted a water refill when tho my glass was only 1/3 empty. I found the waiter to be rather annoying. My visit was on one of the first really warm days and the a/c wasn't on- not working. It was absolutely stifling and I did not enjoy my meal at all.. with each bite of hot food I felt like I was going to suffocate. At one point - another diner complained and he came by and did something with a remote to turn on a mini split unit on the wall... however, for the next half hour I was in this small space.. I never felt any cooling effect. Lastly, I felt the food was overpriced for what I got. There were only 2 shrimp in my bowl of soup. I really can't recommend this place and have no n intention of stopping there again on my next visit to North Conway. read more

They let you choose the spice level for most dishes, and be warned: their spice levels can get VERY spicy. The food is always consistently delicious and the service is friendly and helpful. I ordered Drunken Noodles and one of their Basil Rolls items for pickup as part of an order for five. The beef for the Drunken Noodles was almost as much gristle as it was edible. I was also surprised to see how few veggies were included and we were missing one of the listed sauces for the Basil Rolls. We are spoiled back home with great Thai restaurants... but we are on vacation and figured we would give this place a shot as it had the better reviews over the local competition. I honestly feel very torn in my review, as it wasn't bad, but it just wasn't that good. We ordered 6 or 7 dishes and found the yellow curry to be our favorite. I don't know how to explain it other that all the dishes were so "runny".... even the lo-mein was more like bland noodles in a broth as opposed to a nice flavorful "sauce" which we are accustomed to. Again, maybe it's just not what we are used to. Despite the competition having worse reviews, I'd actually consider giving them a shot before trying this again. read more

Honestly, we were not impressed with our takeout tonight. We're visiting the North Conway area and decided on some Thai takeout - a shrimp yellow curry, red curry with extra tofu, and crab rangoons. The curries were extremely bland and flavorless. The yellow curry was very watery with a good amount of shrimp, but we couldn't get past the bland taste of the curry. The red curry, while it did have extra tofu, was also very bland. The tofu has no real flavor and instead of cubes they were thin rectangular strips. There was a bit of spice to it but still just pretty blah. The crab rangoons were small but tasty. This meal cost us $40 and we weren't impressed.
