Their dining room is divided in two parts, one with the bar and some tables & chairs; the other side has a long bench along the walls all around. Definitely try to be on the "bar side" if you can; we were seated on the "bench" side and it just wasn't as pleasant. I was sitting on the bench and it was just very dirty, with food and hair on it and food scraps and even utensils on the floor around the tables. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, and I understand the staff is busy but I just think that cleaning around tables is essential, especially when families were seated there, because kids are messy. We shared a couple of appetizers and they were very good. Cocktails are also excellent! Boyfriend had the chicken teriyaki and liked it, but found it a bit dry. We had some sushi - even though I should have known better, because I've had their takeout before and never really liked it. Boyfriend only eats nigiri - he had the smoked salmon one and said it was not good at all. I had a salmon roll served with lemon on top - the lemon was too ripe and soaked the fish which was weird. Also had an eel roll, which was kind of tasteless. All pieces were huge and I couldn't finish - I took the leftovers back to our hotel but ended up tossing it - super unusual for me as I *always* end up eating my sushi leftovers later in the night. Service was excellent, our waitress was super efficient and friendly. Overall we would come back, but I don't think I would ever have sushi here again.
