I've tried others and always come back to the best. Got Tom Ka coconut bowl with tofu so yummy and tasty in a cold day. The pad see ew with veggies is delicious. Non dairy and rich flavored. Asked for less oil but next time mayday none needed at all. Good service everyone is helpful. Clean place with plenty of seating. No reservation was needed.

The food is always consistently good and the portions are perfect. Staff is efficient and friendly. The Thai coffee is way too sweet for me but asking for more cream was not a Problem! Thanks!

Thai Bite has great lunch specials but we decided to come for dinner and my kids loved it. We did take out and only had to wait 10-12 min. Food was hot and ready to eat when I returned home. So amazed with how quick their service was. Restaurant location had older customers, it was clean and quiet. Their had a romantic feel due to the low lighting. I saw a few couples there.

Haven't been here for a while. The last few weeks, we kept on going to the same restaurants that we dined at frequently with the family, so decided to look for something different. Thai Bite turned up on our search and we just realized we forgot about them the last few years. I had the chicken curry with potatoes and cashew nut and that was good. My husband ordered the chicken pad Thai and the noodles were actually overcooked and somewhat mushy. :( Pad Thai noodles should be more chewy. That was disappointing. The restaurant was busy for a weeknight. Not super crowded, but enough business. Service was good though.

Crying tiger beef dish. Highly recommend.

Thai Bite in Laguna Niguel is a popular, casual restaurant in the Center at Rancho Niguel known for authentic, flavorful, and reliable Thai dishes like Pad Thai, curries, and mango sticky rice. It offers large portions at reasonable prices, featuring a cozy atmosphere suitable for families and, with many customizable options, good for vegan and vegetarian diners.

Thai Bite is a great local restaurant. We typically start with the satay (beef - good and chicken - great). My favorite item on the menu is always the Thai Wonton Soup - this a 10/10 for me. It is filled with steak, spinach, big doughy wontons and more veggies. Hot and delicious. We also like the Pad Thai. Great noodles. Whatever you do, make sure to save a little room for their mango sticky rice for dessert. If you've never had mango sticky rice before, then you absolutely need to try it. Well, I know it may sound strange to some, but those who know, they know just how good it is. We will definitely be back to this place again and again.

Excellent food, lunch portions were plenty and we shared a few dishes - Panang curry, pad Thai, and a coconut shrimp soup (not sure the name). The pad Thai had chicken and tofu which was great and had so much flavor - we really liked that it was fully mixed instead of the vegetables being placed on top or to the side like most places do. The service was good however we felt rushed to order but ultimately was a positive experience. The restaurant was quiet and well kept, very clean!

We got it to go so I didn't see the inside, but the food was good. Nothing too crazy but a solid spot for Thai food. The best was the curry.

Does anyone have a pic of the broccoli lover dish on their menu? It sounds delicious but I'm hesitant to order something besides the pad Thai, as it's always so delicious.

A huge bonus for us was the sealed cups for the kids--it makes the meal so much more relaxing! The Highlights Beef Satay Sticks ($13): These were a standout. You get five sticks served with both a peanut sauce and a vinegar sauce. Both dips were absolutely amazing and paired perfectly with the beef. Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp ($10): The small portion was surprisingly hearty, packed with large, succulent shrimp and delicious mushrooms. The broth was incredibly flavorful. Pad See Iew with Pork ($19): We usually stick to Pad Thai, but I'm so glad we branched out! It was loaded with fresh broccoli and tender pork. We ordered it non-spicy for the children, but the staff kindly brought chili on the side so I could add a perfect kick to my own portion. Crying Tiger ($25): This dish was very tasty and well-prepared. However, since the Beef Satay was such a hit with our group, we'll probably just order extra sticks of those next time to save a little room! Service & Atmosphere Even during a busy Sunday dinner service, the staff didn't miss a beat. They were attentive, kept our waters filled, and checked in on us frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. Final Verdict: We left feeling full and happy. If you're looking for a friendly environment and great food, this is the place. We will definitely be back the next time a Thai craving hits!

I do have a good tolerance for heat. However, extra spicy may be overkill. The papaya salad was also delicious. It comes w two large shrimp. The papaya was crisp, even the next day and the day after. I was more interested in the papaya salad itself than the shrimp, but you can also opt for the salted crab as an option. Pad Thai was ok, but I'm not fickle when it comes to this dish. But if you are particular/ picky about your Pad Thai this might not be for you. It was a bit sweeter and heavier on the sauce. The noodles were also a bit too soft. That's probably because it was a togo order so it continued steaming in the container, so I don't fault the restaurant for that. The dishes I would pass on would be the green beans in garlic sauce. They were older, tougher green beans. But it came w mushrooms that were good. Maybe it's just this shipment of green beans that weren't young and crisp. But, I would skip it all together and try something else next time. This restaurant is family owned and they work hard. It's good to support family businesses. Definitely give them a try.

My job is to help you avoid the tragic first‑date mistakes I've already made, like the overpriced spots, the bland dishes, the "why is this chair attacking my spine?" seating. I've wasted the time, energy and money on the other loser spots so you don't have to. But when I find a place that's clean, visually appealing, thoughtfully designed, and serving food that's actually seasoned, cooked well, and plated with pride? Oh, I'm shouting it from the rooftops. So let me put you on to my latest discovery: DIHO SIAM, right in the heart of Ladera Ranch. If you've followed me on Yelp for a while, you already know I'm a lifelong Thai‑food fanatic. I've been loyal to Thai cuisine longer than some people stay loyal in relationships. Since I wasn't trying to overeat, I ordered an appetizer, and let me tell you, this "appetizer" came out looking like a BIG FULL-GROWN lunch. I'm not a big white‑meat gal, so I asked if they had anything with dark meat. I ended up with chicken wings and drumsticks in a sweet‑and‑sour sauce. The moment I cut into that chicken? I ascended. The breading had that perfect balance...not too salty, not too bland...crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. I'm not saying I had a foodie‑induced spiritual experience, but if I did, nobody needed to know. One look at the rest of the menu and I knew I'd be back. Yes, I will absolutely make the 45‑minute drive to try their lunch dishes. It's worth it. And the prices? Shockingly reasonable considering the economy is basically held together with duct tape and vibes. Now, my one note for the owners: please, for the love of all things holy and iced... offer a dairy‑free Thai iced tea option. It was 94° today, and I was ready to down two giant glasses, but they only use half‑and‑half. This is California. We are oat‑milk, soy‑milk, almond‑milk, "I'm‑on‑Ozempic‑don't‑judge‑me" people. Give the people what they want. Add oat milk to the menu, put a cute little 4x5 flyer in a clear acrylic stand on each table announcing your new dairy‑free Thai iced tea, and watch customers flock to it. And just to close this out on a high note: I'm 100% coming back to Diho Siam. There are way too many dishes on that menu calling my name, and I fully intend to answer. Consider this my official teaser...I'll be updating my Yelp Elite Squad review after my next visit, and trust me, people wait for those updates like they wait for a second date after a great first one. I might even give you an extra star and make it a Five-Star review! Wink! wink! Stay tuned, because this place has officially earned a spot on my "must‑return" list. And don't forget to give me a thumbs up or a heart if you like my reviews and follow me!
