We've dined in and ordered takeout and everything is always excellent. My faves are the Pad See Ew, Panang Curry, and Thai Basil chicken. The owner is friendly and food is fresh/made to order. My husband and I are relatively new to the area. A few weeks ago, I drove away from where "Beyond Thai" that used to be located in the Aliso Viejo Town Ctr after seeing that it was permanently closed. I was so bummed to see this! Remembered a Thai restaurant near Stater Bros. Went there for lunch. The food was GREAT!! The lady who works there was personable and accommodating. The Thai Basil lunch special was not only absolutely delicious, but what an incredible deal!! Price and quality were so good that I ordered an entree to go. It was their pad kee mao ("Drunken Noodles"). It was WONDERFUL! I plan to go here (or pick up) much more often once my schedule changes in a couple of weeks:) Nice peace of mind that I will have a favorite "go-to" spot for Thai in the area! read more

Our first time with a take out order and it went well. placed the order over the phone and it was ready within 15 minutes. The food was good but the only issue was not being able to choose our level of spiciness as we tend to enjoy lots of spice. It's fairly typical for this area though. We picked a variety of dishes to sample - yellow curry - pad see ew - and some veggie dishes. Everything was good and we appreciated they pack the take out orders very well! I cannot comment on ambience or service but this spot is great if you want some good thai food without the spice. :) read more

Solid place. Was upset when Beyond Thai down the street closed in November. The other Thai place by Ralph's is meh. But I love this place, the food is excellent. Not the best seating arrangement inside but it can work in certain circumstances. Don't go at night in December as it's freezing inside. But you can order to go. The Pad Tai with pork is the best I've had in a long time. Took the advice from helpers to request less oil and it worked. Will return. read more

I love this little mom and Pop restaurant! It's small and quaint. The food is cooked fresh to order and really good. I love their Pad Thai. They have a little patio in the back where we always sit. The service is excellent! The owner is very sweet...she remembered us the second time we went. She even brought out water for my pup. If you're hungry and driving down La Paz, pull over because it's definitely worth a try. That's what we did and keep going back. read more

You have many larger dine in locations and some smaller locations for people that are on the go! Siamese Express happens to be one of the better Thai restaurants in the area. It's ideal for people that need a quick meal with generous servings! Siamese Express is located at the intersection of La Paz and Pacific Park Drive. It's situated in a small shopping center near Target. Plenty of parking is available in the lot so you won't have any issues finding a spot for your vehicle. The restaurant itself is actually very small. When you walk inside, you'll see that the interior dining room is smaller than expected. You also have an opportunity to dine on their patio. I believe their outdoor seating area is shared with the adjacent Italian restaurant. A nice awning protects you from the hot sun and they also have heaters that are ideal for colder days I typically place my order over the phone and it's ready within 10 minutes. It's truly an express food preparation process and everything is cooked thoroughly. I really love their Pad See Ew because it has the perfect amount of flavoring, making it a delicious meal. The lady that answers the phone is always very nice. She's also very efficient! As soon as I walk in, my food is on the counter, ready to go. We review my order, I pay, and then I'm on my way. Agreed with the positive review for this restaurant! Their food is really delicious, but I will definitely have mine more spicy next time. I chose this place based on yelp review and it's rite! I ordered Spicy Beef Fried Rice, I like it and the oil is not excess! Their Thai Ice Coffee is also good, and it's not pricey at all! I placed my order of Pad thai through the phone and I was happy to pick it up 10 minutes later. When I opened box and saw the pad thai, I had a feeling that it was not right. It was very pale and sad looking pad thai. It's a little too sour. There were only very soggy beansprout, pale rice noodle and few pieces of pork, and very oily. No freshly crushed crunchy peanut. I didnt enjoy it. I didnt finish it. The previous owner (old couple) did better thai food. The current people who work here are nice people too, but ..I am sorry but I gave this new management a handful of tries, and I am not satisfied with their food. read more

This place is so good!! I used to go with my coworkers for lunch at least once every 2 weeks. Sometimes twice! I can't speak for everything as I always get the Chicken Pad Thai but that itself is delicious. The lunch special comes with soup, salad, cream cheese wontons, and Thai Tea for about $11. (The menu photos on here are from years ago so I'm not sure how accurate they are.) I stopped working near that area, however, I still went back after that and it was later during the weekend so the lunch special didn't apply but it was about $15 per plate? The yellow curry is amazing. Great place to grab a quick lunch. The lunch specials are fairly priced and they serve it with a Thai tea as well. Talking about the tea.... I work walking distance from the restaurant and every Friday, or at least once a week our office gets our Thai tea pick me up from there. It is sooo good, perfectly made each time and gives us the perfect amount of caffeine.
