    Pad Kee Mao

Great, friendly, quick service. Our waters were never less than half empty. Cute, homey feel inside. The Pad Kee Mao was very unique. It seemed like it was a Pad Kee Mao and Pad Thai fusion given the addition of the egg and creaminess of the sauce. The medium level was the perfect amount of spice to feel it but not overwhelm the other flavors. The tofu is amazing; it almost feels like it's battered. Would come back to try other dishes.

The ambience is nice sat next to window! The service was excellent! The server was so nice and sweet anticipated everything usually we don't really expect much but it was a nice welcome! Just good food and a smile. The food was excellent the Thai next to our home closed so we really miss it and this really hit the spot! Had all the classical dishes and some nice new ones I want to try out next time! She even gave extra rice for our take home for left overs! So kind. Thank you for a nice visit!

No why would I give a five star rating for just takeout? Well because this place made sure I fed seven people very well lol and actually the only reason there wasn't enough food is because everybody loved it so much they wanted seconds lol I had to try the pad Kee Mills, and two orders of the pod time the coconut curry lol. Actually it was the plantain curry that was also under the crowd pleaser was absolutely delicious, but the creamy crab wontons didn't even have a chance to get cold. They were gone so quickly. I had a lot of people to feed and this was a place for me to go. I also recommend eating in the interior is very stylish the seating was very comfortable, I found this out while I waited for my food lol. If you want to feel a lot of people very effectively and very affordable and have delicious tasting food, you can go nowhere else on the Edmonds waterfront.!

Went here this weekend on a whim with friends, we were shopping in the area. This place was nice and the food was tasty. I only got a photo of my food, not my friends. Overall it was tasty.

Panang curry - good spice but was a little watery

We got the panang curry, one with chicken, one with tofu. It was perfect on a cold fall night

Excellent Thai food - a bit costly but huge portions. Locals hang here as food is so good. Outside and inside seating.

We frequent Thai by Day- weekly, biweekly- who knows?! Definitely the best Thai food around and owned by a wonderfully kind family.

The Jajangmyeon is delicious. The sweet and sour pork is phenomenal (sauce isn't too sweet nor tangy) the batter on it is crunchy and flavorful. Mobu tofu is yummy too. We've never had Mobu tofu with big pieces of tofu and no meat and it honestly made me prefer it more. 10/10. She treated our kids with such kindness and that'll always make me come back. My son doesn't prefer sauce on his sweet and sour pork & she made extra for him to enjoy. She didn't have to but she did. It's a cute hole in the wall type of place. The service to the food is 10/10. There's 28 spots in their garage otherwise you're stuck looking for street parking that may be hard to find. Spring Bistro is aesthetically pleasing with an item for everyone to try. jasmine three ways flight: the pure tea was fragrant and came unsweetened, the coconut cold foam was light, and the temptress was citrusy and refreshing. one of the highlights of the meal cheesy wagyu mapo tofu bowl: everything is served over rice and wasn't strong on flavor nor spice. there were a few pieces of water chestnut and also a few pieces of ground "wagyu". tea smoked chicken drumstick: the chicken was lightly fried and had a light savory flavor. Overall, the food was a bit on the pricey end considering the portion size. Flavors overall were on the muted side however still delicious. The only thing was that service was a miss even when the restaurant wasn't' half full. Staff weren't attentive and I had to flag someone down every time from ordering and to getting the check.
