This is a really good place to get "fast" Thai! Everything is made to order so it's not as fast as other "fast food" places, but it's also not the same caliber of food! This food is delicious and way healthier! It's a small place with indoor seating. Some "cons" are you need to place your own order at one of their kiosks. Also, even if you ordered for "here" instead of "to go," they will still pack up your food as if you're walking out the door with it instead of on a tray, etc. Last, they don't have any fresh brewed iced tea. There are some bottled drinks and a drink station with some diet drink choices. I would love it if they offered some of the Zero Sugar drinks. I've been here twice now and each time, the food was fresh, hot, & delicious! It's just a good option for quick to go in the area. The food is tastes strong and the veggies are fresh. Love that you can customize the protein and spice level. Noodles were average but fried rice was very good in flavor and refreshing. Fried rice wasn't over powering with soy sauce like some places. Service was a little rough. We ordered to go. Missing white rice in our order. I didn't love that the worker had her laptop and personal bag right by to go order, and was also in the back and handling cashier. I do get they were possibly short staffed. However, it does cross my mind of hand washing procedures and personal items. I think maybe we went during rush but even then it was only two other families in there. The redeeming factor is the app and reward system is extremely good. Easy to order online as well. Surprisingly good for Thai fast food. I had the red curry with chicken, medium spice. The amount of food was fair. The sauce was rich and flavorful, but a little salty. The meat and veggies aren't cooked in the sauce, I'm sure they batch cook those items and just add sauce to order. I tried a bite of the pad Thai and it was okay, too sweet for my pallet. I did door dash from this restaurant recently and they did a great job! I ordered the Red Curry, mild, no bell peppers and a side of white rice. I love that you can customize your order to your likes or specifications. There are many other menu options as well! My order arrived promptly and was still very hot when it arrived. No need to microwave it or anything like that. The taste was incredible and the portion size is massive! I almost didn't finish it but I couldn't stop eating! I'd love to try the restaurant in person eventually but for now online ordering works. Also, it's great to finally have a dedicated Thai food restaurant in the Marana area. I don't even want to give 1 star. So frustrated... we went because we had a coupon for buy one get 1/2 off. We get to the store and they told me I have to download the app. I download the app and then they can't put in my coupon code. She's like I think you pay first and then you'll get half off. I'm like no freaking way. We will never go. We left the place. Never eating a thing. What a joke! When you are required to download an app and then you can't put your coupon code in it's absolutely ridiculous. It was a definite improvement overall on our last experience. My husband liked his drunken noodles with fried tofu and the spring rolls tasted fresh.. I ordered yellow curry with steamed tofu and brown rice. Curry was good and flavorful if more medium than hot. However there was absolutely NO steamed tofu - they apparently forgot to add it so I had curried vegetables and a ton of sauce. Oh well... read more

We LOVE Thai food and did not have very high expectations for this restaurant in a strip mall and seemingly "fast-food" like. Boy were we wrong! You order on a kiosk or download an app on your phone (to earn Thai Bucks). Ordering this way is very easy and you can customize each dish exactly how you want it! We had the spring rolls, fried rice, Drunken Noodles and another noodle dish (cannot remember the name) and every one came out freshly cooked exactly as we ordered it. There are a few tables to eat inside but the majority of their business is definitely take out. I think this will be our new go-to restaurant when we don't feel like cooking. read more

Grab and go style place that looks like they do some serious volume. It is literally called "2 go" so of course I ordered take out ahead of time. I was skeptical based on the reviews but gave it a try anyway because there really isn't much Asian food or Thai food around Tucson. For $24 I got the firecracker wings and chicken pad Thai. Both were ready right on schedule and very good! I got both medium spicy which in my opinion was a true medium spicy and not a "Thai" medium spicy. If you are used to some serious Thai heat I suggest you go up one level than what you are used to. The wings were very flavorful, delicous and tender. They are on the small size each but the bucket is filled. I think these may be my go to wings going forward. The pad Thai was great with nuts in separate container. It was tasty and the mix of veggies was perfect to make the flavor balanced. My only regret is I wish I had gotten more heat. Will need to try the spicy next time. I waited maybe 30 seconds for the cashier to come and hand me my food. I'd recommend giving this place a shot for takeout if you live in NW Tucson or Marana. It is in true Marana by gladden farms. Will be back for more wings and to try out the in curries and other noodle dishes. read more

I had originally given 5 stars because we loved the food so much. But last night, on his way home, my husband stopped and ordered a meal. When he got home, we realized they hadn't included the dumplings he ordered. He looked up the number and called, which went to voicemail. Left a message explaining what happened and his phone number. No call back after a few hours so tried calling again. It still went to voicemail, where he left another message. Still no call back. He tried again this morning, because while they don't open till 11, they should still be there prepping. Again no answer or return call. The food was still great, and we can understand that mistakes happen, but to not call back to make right (we shouldn't have to have paid for food we didn't receive), that's ridiculous. I was really excited to try this location after moving here from Phoenix. I've eaten at their Phoenix locations before and, while it's definitely more fast food style, the food there was still pretty good and fairly comparable to more "authentic" Thai spots. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to that at all. We ordered veggie fried rice, drunken noodles, and tom yum soup all ordered Thai hot and sadly, every single dish was bland and lacked flavor. Extremely disappointing. While I didn't expect mom and pop level authenticity, I did have high hopes based on my past experiences at their Phoenix locations. I would definitely recommend making the drive to Tucson/ Phx for more flavorful and authentic Thai food. P.S. This was my third time giving this location a chance. read more

The food was ok, the fried rice was much better than the Pad Thai. The service was not good at all. We walked in to use a kiosk. We were not greeted or asked if we needed help with this. I'm ok ordering from a kiosk, but an employee should always confirm it. There were several people after us who struggled with ordering. No one ever approached them to see if they needed assistance. When we were given our order the staff member was put out when we asked for sauce. Not sure I'll be back. The food wasn't good enough to offset the rude employee. read more

I've had several curries, a noodle dish and spring rolls & dumplings. The curries had very good flavor but were skimpy with the veggies and came with half the rice you need to go with them. Thrilled to have a thai place on this end of town but be prepared for up charges for things that come free at most restaurants. No ambiance and counter service that expects a tip. read more

The service is so slow here. It doesn't matter if you order in or pick up, it will take over an hour every single time, regardless of the time of day, for a simple chicken fried rice. I don't understand how they can be this slow for how busy they are. read more

This is going to be a long one, and many of my points are as the focus of the dreaded "Boomer", and might be acceptable to a Millennial, or even encouraged, but here we are. I gave a rating of three, because the food was OK (about what you'd expect from a noodles and company place). I give a one for the rest of my experience. Let's get the good out of the way first: I purchased three items for 43ish dollars. Chicken Panang Curry, Tom Kha Gai soup with shrimp and other stuff, and Thai Dumplings. The Thai Dumplings were by far the best part of the order! The stuff that should have come in the soup (except the meat) were extra charges. The measure of all Thai places I go is the consistency of the sauce: made correctly, it should be like a thick gravy, not watered down almost to the consistence of soup, and this sauce was a little weak (see note below where it's done correctly). The taste of the soup was a little off: I am used to it having just a bit more sweetness and coconut (try Thai China Bistro on Broadway to see it done correctly). So, I would have given the food a 3.5 - 4 rating. And now to the rest of the rating: I went to this restaurant because I got a promotional flyer in the mail, it was close, and I wanted to use a coupon. rant 1) I walked in, and all there are are self serve kiosks. If I wanted to serve myself, I'd go to Quick Trip. 2) On the kiosks, it said "No Cash". Seriously, WTF is with no cash? Are your employees too stupid to handle it and count out correct change? Some people prefer cash over debit cards or credit cards, and some people don't even have them. 3) The PoS POS system couldn't handle numbers, when I tried to enter my coupon code 4) Speaking of coupon codes, those only work through their app, or online. The hell? While I was there, three customers, including me tried to use these mailed coupons. We should have walked out without ordering. 5) they required a cell phone number to complete the sale. No thanks, my phone is not my tether. so, my number is now 2222222222 in their system. 6) When it got time for the payment, the choices are none, text the receipt, or email the receipt. I selected e-mail; remember item number 3? No way to enter the @ sign, so I could only enter my user id and not the domain. Luckily, someone printed it out for me. 7) and now to the most annoying and insulting part of the process. They expected a *tip* for doing absolutely nothing. If they would have at least taken my order, I might have given a $2.00 tip, but everyone there is making at least the minimum wage, and handing out a bag at the end, so no service is rendered so where is the idea that they are owed a tip? /rant read more

I've been ordering takeout at least once a week since this location opened. I love the Thai fried rice, pad prig pau, panang curry and potstickers. The app is easy to use and my food is always ready within a couple of minutes of the quoted pickup time. Happy to have some good Thai food in Gladden Farms. read more
