Grabbed dinner in that place last night. Well what can I say the owner's story is very touching and the food was good. I ordered noodles with shrimp in coconut sauce. Very nice dish. My husband ordered a fried rice which was very flavorful. The only problem I have with this place is the lack of ambiance. A bit too warm especially if you are having a spicy dish on a warm summer evening, and not very welcoming. For some reason the tables were not very clean, considering that the place was empty. Over all it was a decent experience

This family run restaurant makes consistently delicious food that will leave you feeling nourished and so content. I always enjoy the rice bowls with either the chicken or tofu. This item I paired it with their Himalayan tea which was mildly sweet with a mix of spices. A perfect paring. Highly recommend if you're down on 4th street!

Expect to wait. This place is tiny, run by a family. It takes time, especially at peak meal times! I love that this whole place. Everything is gluten free, no worries about cross contamination! By far the number one, best thing here is their naan. My family was ready to fight to the death for the last one! Very hot and fresh and full of flavor!!

We went to Lemongrass a while back and came back today to choose a different meal. This time my wife ordered Vegetarian rice noodle with coconut milk sauce. I ordered Shrimp rice noodle with coconut milk sauce. They're both are fabulous and divine! They're really suit to our taste with right spices and seasoning. We recommend you to visit there and try one of his specialties.

This is one of the best meals I have had in my life. You can tell the owner truly loves what he is doing and puts his true soul in to it. The curry was balanced beautifully. They offer spicy and not spicy. I had the spicy and it was not oppressive at all. It just tasted amazing. Same for the naan and the rice pudding that came with it. Lemongrass is also vegan friendly. I can't recommend this enough. The restaurant itself is modest and perhaps easily missed from the street. If you're in Tucson you need to go here. It is honestly worth a trip.

One could consider this Nepalese restaurant offering gluten-free meals made with organic ingredients as obscure in terms of visibility and operation. It is basically a two man operation -- the owner and his wife -- and one could easily overlook such cuisine on the historic and lively 4th avenue. You'll feel as if you're indulging upon a home cooked meal made with the utmost love, so I do highly recommend that you stop in! The Chicken Platter made with a Coconut Milk sauce was the perfect meal for $16.99. Pricing might seem a little up there, but your platter comes with a large helping of protein in the rich and creamy coconut milk sauce and is garnished with carrots, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, onions, and bell peppers. I had my meal with long grain basmati rice and the cook also included a healthy naan bread and vegan mild pudding. Such a satisfying meal that was none too heavy, but with such immense and rich flavors. It was quite possible to stretch this meal to a second one. Again, I cannot recommend this restaurant more! I did take out but I'm sure you'd be well taken care of if you dined in. The couple is ultra cute and just so friendly and kind all around.

We'd love to go! Can someone pease inform us about parking? Thank you.

Soup for the dac biet was a bit on the lighter side, but there were plenty of ingredients and lots of pho noodles. The shrimp spring rolls were HUGE, and it paired perfectly with the provide peanut sauce. Good service and good pricing considering the area. However the restaurant is a bit hidden in the corner of the plaza, but can also be accessed through the next door Asian supermarket (Lee Lee International Supermarket). Worth checking it out when in the area. Come and support your local small businesses!

My favorite Vietnamese food in Tucson in terms of the food itself…read more My favorites here: #16 Seasoned Julienned taro root with vermicelli noodles, pickled daikon and the typical vietnamese herbs etc and sweet soy sauce. It comes with fried tofu typically but they let you exchange the tofu with a couple of their delicious vietnamese crispy rice paper egg rolls that are stuffed with deliciously seasoned tofu (#14 on the menu) and that's my favorite way to order it. Mixing all of it together is heaven. This is by far my favorite here! I find that I generally really like taro- all parts of the plant! The root as served in this restaurant and in Thai desserts, the leaves in filipino laing and the stalk (elephant ear stalk) in vietnamese Canh Chua soup. #20 Fried rice noodles dish (ask for the crispy option!) . This one became quite expensive recently but when I had it in the past it was delicious. Definitely get the crispy version! #14: Those vietnamese crispy rice paper egg rolls that are stuffed with deliciously seasoned tofu are so good. They let you get them a la carte but the full plate comes with the sauce and herbs. I get them as part of #16 as described above so it has the sauce and herbs in that dish as well. I really love that they have a vegetarian and vegan menu and that they have the vegan sweet soy sauce available in place of fish sauce for that menu. The restaurant is attached to Lee Lee international supermarket which is an absolute must visit in my opinion for international food lovers and people who want to learn about world cuisines. It's a great place to find international ingredients that are not easily found elsewhere. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!
