Excellent food!! Pleasant environment in a strip mall restaurant. We had a large group - 8 people. Restaurant was VERY busy. Wait staff and kitchen staff wore masks - which should not be taken for granted in Wisconsin... :( The kitchen can be seen from the dining room and it was spotless! The food was presented nicely, serving sizes were large and everything was really tasty! Please be prepared (and patient) for a long wait for your order to come up. We waited for an hour after placing our dinner order. I feel certain this was because the restaurant was definitely understaffed. Not only was the restaurant full, they were also doing take out orders. There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant and there may have been two people in the kitchen. Please tip them generously!! Given the current Covid environment, I can't penalize them for the long wait time. I recommend trying to go at "off hours" to avoid a crowd. We will be back! read more

This place is quite the "hidden" gem! Found this through a friend who was in town with a tour at the FCPAC. Spice level is 1-10, I got a five which was a good medium heat level for me. Went in tonight July 21 2023 sat in the corner at 6:30 made our food and drink order and all was well..... 8:30 rolls around and had to stop a waitress and ask about our food we were told our food will take another hour. All the while customers are walking in and being told about this hour wait for food. But yet all the while there are people getting food that ordered from door dash or any other delivery place. 9 pm I am eating ice cream from Frio . Believe me if I could leave a negative rating I would. Sad to see a neighbor hood eatery fail as much as this place. read more

We really enjoyed our meals here. It took a long time for the food to come out, but I think they only had one person in the kitchen and a lot of customers. But it was totally worth the wait. It was probably the best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand. The ingredients tasted very fresh and I appreciated that the curry had a lot of vegetables and shrimp, unlike most other restaurants that basically just serve watery curry with not many ingredients. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the waitresses were all very nice. We will be back again. read more

I felt like I was in an episode of punked walking in here. Not my first experience however not far off of most this time but just enough for me to write. Walking in per usual I wait. After an extended wait with zero response, an elderly lady pointed through a window mumbling something about an empty seat. Long story short - I've traveled to several countries and 48 states and have never had to ask so many questions about what's suppose to be my "experience" and this community and its proper offerings in food culture is far from anything spectacular. Very good food but wish we would have gotten what we ordered. Five of us went to Thai Ginger Bistro at the recommendation from friends that had been there as well as good social media reviews. 2 people of the 5 in our party did not get the dish ordered with a waitress. What was served was good but it was disappointing to not experience what we asked for. Try it out for yourself but order by the number AND dish name as hopefully that may help ( although I am unsure if the mix up was by the waitress or the kitchen, I'm guessing it was the kitchen). read more

Amazing food! I got the pot stickers for an appetizer and they were phenomenal, lightly covered in a ginger broth and really easy to eat. For my meal, I got the red curry with chicken as my protein. I will probably go a little more spicy next time but the curry was delicious. read more

My mother and I dropped in here for lunch today and we are so happy that we did! We decided to start with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and coconut shrimp. My mother exclaimed that the shrimp was the best she's ever had! That's saying something as she is a fabulous cook and tries Coconut shrimp from all over! Then we tried one of the soups and chose the 2 heatness and loved it! We shared a veggie curry for our entree and barely had any left it was that tasty. I was so impressed by the ambiance and general vibe of this place. I'm already telling all my relatives to come here immediately and really hope this place kicks off, it's so fantastic! read more

This has been my favorite Thai restaurant in the area but our chicken sate was chewy and off, ordered #21 and the flavor was delicious but was not warm. A thin layer at the top was warm but the rest was cold. No one came to ask how the meal was for over 15 min. When I told someone it was cold and undercooked, they just said I should have ordered it "super fried" blaming me. Took two more visits to get them to take it back and they "super" microwaved it and the chicken was very tough. I ate only 30% of the meal and they didn't reduce the price of dish. Upon asking for 50% off the single dish the manager argued profusely with us and was extremely rude. Said I ordered it wrong. Confrontational and unprofessional. I don't write negative reviews ever but this was such a bad experience that I had to. Do NOT go to this restaurant when it's busy and whatever you do, just eat the food even if it's undercooked. They will fight you constantly and blame you. Horrible experience- WARNING management will degrade you and be mean if they cook it wrong. read more

Such a wonderful experience we had. Our first time here! The ambiance was so pretty and relaxing. Little candles lit all over the restaurant. Your given a hot towel when seated to clean your hands! The food was delicious, we highly recommend the salt and pepper prawns! Everything was tasty. We will definitely be back to try more! Service was great too. Amazing food...fresh, home made and very flavorful! We have eaten here several times, dined in and take out and each time the food was consistently very good. I enjoy the curries, my favorite is the panang curry with chicken. Friendly and helpful servers, very attentive. Restaurant is very clean and decor is beautiful. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The crab rangoon was perfect and the panang curry was spot on. The duck curry was the star of the meal...it was absolutely amazing. I like that they offer a wide variety of spice levels for every dish. The staff were very attentive and did a great job with their covid procedures for masks, cleanliness, and social distancing. I always order Green Curry at any Thai restaurant to gauge their level of cooking. This was excellent! Heat was just right, veggies and chicken cooked perfectly. The price was a little higher than I expected, but the portion was large. I thought I'd take some home, but ate the whole thing! Will definitely be back. Last thing, I am 72 and dine alone a lot. Some places put me in awkward spots and ignore me. Not here! They were cordial and attentive. I appreciate that. read more

Great dinner with my husband on our anniversary. We'd been there once before and had soup, wanted to try dinner. The waitress remembered where we sat and what we had... from 1 week prior. Dinner tonite as great as their soups, which are sampled on arrival. Jungle curry, beef stir fry with their amazing peanut sauce, potstickers, and a My Thai My Thai tonight.
