We drive all the way from Queen Creek for this Thai House food, it is so great. It's my sister favorite and for Mother's Day; a special surprise for our 89 year old mother on her day. We come here a couple times a month so it's about time I leave it a good review. Every dish I've had is delicious and the portions are a decent size. The staff is friendly and so quick, pick up and in restaurant. It's usually pretty busy when we come in and it's a little crowded in there but they always manage it well and it's pretty clean. We have tried a lot of their entrees and we always come back for the yellow curry and cashew chicken that are both amazing. 10/10 read more

I eat here every week. The curries are awesome and huge portions. I eat about half of the food and take the rest home for another meal. The lunch specials are a great meal for $10, but have smaller portions than the regular dishes. The only dish I didn't like was the green papaya salad. The salad had raw green beans in it. I don't like raw green beans, and I wasn't a fan of the salad dressing. I'll stick with the curries and other entrees. read more

Stopped in for a pickup order today and got a pad thai and pad se ew. Both orders were bland and didn't have much flavor. The Pad Se Ew noodles were over cooked and i asked for it to be a level 3 spice and the pad thai at a 2. Both tasted like a 0 with no kick at all and that alone has made me not go back to some thai places. Today, I visited the Thai House on Power and Southern in Mesa. I had never been there before, so I wanted to sample a few of their offerings to determine which of them I could focus on. I am pleased to say, the visit was not only a success in regards to the food quality, but also in regards to the staff, the service, the pricing and the portion sizes. The staff was very kind, and fast to welcome me in. I was seated quickly and drinks brought in an instant. The restaurant is small, but large enough for a family to find a table or booth. The waitress that served me was very kind and helpful in explaining the dishes and making recommendations. Service and preparation was quick and I had my food soon. I ordered a soup appetizer Tom Kha Gai with chicken, which is a vegetable and chicken soup with a coconut milk broth base. It was excellent and it (along with everything else on the menu) is customizable according to your desired spiciness. Next, I ordered the Thai House's version of spicy fried rice with chicken. This was stellar as well, and I loved the red, green peppers along with other vegetables mixed throughout the fried rice and chicken. The portion was enormous and enough for 3 people to share. My final food order was Garlic and Pepper Pork. This was my absolute favorite thing on my visit. The brilliant flavors of garlic in a thin glaze generously applied with black pepper was a savory taste of heaven. You can get this entrée with any meat and I chose to get it with pork, on the recommendation of the staff. This turned out to be perfect. The pork was set on a thinly cut bed of cabbage and is perfect when laid on the generous portion of white sticky rice they bring with the entrée. I can already tell this is going to be one of my favorite dishes for years to come. As the meal was concluding (I was absolutely full), I placed the leftovers in takeout containers and had enough for more than another entire meal, so generous were the portions. The check was also a nice surprise. I essentially ordered 3 entrées and expected the price to be 15 per item, but I was delighted to see that each entrée was essentially just around $10.95, while the soup was 7.95. I eat out a lot and this is an amazing value for both the quality of this fine food and the double sized portions in which they came. The only thing sad about this entire meal was that I had not visited this Thai food eatery before this- especially since it is literally just a mile from my own home! This is now my favorite Thai food place in the Valley of the Sun. Come check it out! You won't be disappointed. read more

A last minute decision to meet family here. The property was undergoing renovations and there weren't enough tables and chairs for all the people coming to eat. Fortunately, my group saved me a seat as there were no more available. I ordered a cup of chicken coconut soup and a Panang curry with chicken. The flavors were good, but both my orders had WAY too much meat and not enough vegetables. Also, there wasn't much difference in flavors or appearance of each dish. Quality and quantity of their food was more than expected and I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. No dine in yet but they have outdoor picnic area outside to eat. Staff wasn't that friendly when we walked in. She almost sounded annoyed being there. May be it was her mask that I had heard time hearing her words and that frustrated her. Portion size is very big. Curry is big enough for almost three people. We shared Massamon Curry With tofu. Massamon is my favorite type of curry and medium spiciness was spicy enough but was full of great flavor. Papaya Salad was also spicy but refreshing too. It's cold so it really fooled me and spiciness caught up later. There are so many other dishes I wanted to try on the menu. I've been craving Thai for sooo long and I finally caved in and got me some today. I remember eating here years ago but couldn't remember what I had. Lol. I ordered green curry with beef medium and it was delicious. My normal go to is red curry so I changed it up and it was a good decision. I also ordered the coconut soup. It was just ok. Not so great. Took over 15 minutes to get table service and we were the only people in the place. Server was curt and short and wouldn't answer questions. The iced tea was very weak. Basically brown colored water and it was $4. Wtf! And for the rest of our visit we had 1 interaction with staff... Which I will elaborate later on. Of you want to be served, this is not the place to be. My husband ordered spicy fried rice spice level five (spiciest...I think they thought we were kidding, we were not). I ordered summer rolls and Tom ka gai spice level 3. My Tom ka gai was was very good, but no cabbage as advertised but was a level 2.5 and that's fine plus it had lots of chicken. The rolls were obviously rolled some time last week and had no flavor. No basil, no mint... Nothing. Now to the big problem: the spice level on the spicy fried rice (heat level 5) were at best a 2. My soup was spicier. We complained and some random gentleman walked by and we complained. Did he attempt to fix it? No. He pointed to some chili paste with garlic on the table and told his to use that. What the hell? That's going to make up for that bird chilis, lemon grass or any other Thai spices? I had to ask for ground chili to try to fix it, but the best we could muster was maybe a spice level 2.5. Devoid of heat and complexity of flavors. Just some rice, a few strands of basil and (yes I counted) 4 slices of red bell pepper it was totally flavorless. One of the worst dishes I've ever had in a Thai restaurant and that's saying something since I've eaten in well over a hundred in the last 35 years all over the world. In fact. I've had better Thai food in Dublin Ireland. This is a place that makes that food for 70 year old white people. 2 stars for the soup. Avoid at all costs. read more

Not very friendly until right before we were leaving 3. Food, well it was subpar at best. Satay was ok, just like the ones I but at the big box store.
