Decided to try out this cute little restaurant and were blown away with the amazing service and amazing food. Started with the crab rangoon which was delicious and savory not sweet which is hard to find in this area. Ordered yellow curry with 0 spice level ( because I'm a wuss) and it was honestly still almost too spicy for me to eat. As a courtesy they took back my curry to make it less spicy without me even asking. I tried my husbands pad thai while waiting and no joke this is honestly THE best pad Thai I have ever had in my entire life. We will definitely be going back. Great new Thai restaurant that is much needed in the Independence/Lee's Summit area! Friendly staff, clean restaurant and most importantly, flavorful food. The pad gapow and ginger beef were phenomenal. Their lunch specials are incredibly affordable and come with soup or salad and crab Rangoon. Their Thai basil wings were so tasty. They lived up to our favorite Thai place in KC. This restaurant is much better than neighboring Thai places. read more

Barely edible. Ordered a seafood pad Thai at a hot level. Came out slightly above mild flavorless pile. The egg rolls are overly greasy and bland. Out of the dozens of Thai restaurants I've been to this is by far the worst. read more

Fantastic new Thai restaurant in Independence. We had the coconut shrimp, tiger cry beef and hot and sour soup to start. Loved it all. For entrees we did Pad Kee Mow (drunken noodles) and told the owner to surprise me with a dish...Kung Op Woon Sen. baked Pawns. I really enjoyed the dish. Ask for the tiger cry sauce to put on it. And least but certainly not the least don't skip dessert. The taro ice cream with roti....delicious!!! read more

Excellent food in a nice atmosphere! Summer rolls are delicious...just wished for a little extra of their peanut sauce. Bay scallops and Red Curry Duck are worth while...and the spice is as ordered, if not a little more than expected. All in all, worth a return visit! read more

The best Thai food in KC metro area. Been here 3 times and it has been great every time. Had Pad Thai chicken Thai hot and Pad Thai Beef Thai hot. Both were great and spicey like I asked them to cook the dishes. Will be a regular going forward. read more

We just discovered this nice restaurant. I had the Vegetable Delight with chicken in a garlic sauce. Very nice! Hots of wonderful crunchy veggies perfectly cooked, good chicken, and the sauce was flavorful and light. I ordered this dish "mild" as apposed to medium or hot, and the heat level was just perfect for me, quite noticeable but not in any way too much. Low calorie, super healthy, and nothing less than delicious. Can't wait to order this dish again. Oh, this small restaurant has white table cloths and soft music. Spent $80 for food including delivery for the family. They didn't send the correct order. I called their kitchen and they blamed it on the door dash delivery driver. And then hung up. Tried calling again. They said to resolve it with door dash. Terrible. It wasn't the drivers fault. Unfair to shift blame. My food was packaged and tied off in a bag with my name on the receipt. I placed order online to pick up through drive through. Okay... so "I" order online. "I" drive through and pick it up. "I" prepay! This is their choice . They won't need to seat me, or do anything that is over and beyond . I get it that restaurants want tips even if you are picking it up. But they charged a Convenience Fee then automatically tip themselves a pretty hefty tip. I remember when a tip was determined by the customer's satisfaction. I prepaid which guarantees I'll pick it up. I usually tip generously. I know I'm not alone when I say, I'll give you the money but I'll get pist if you just take it! That's like stealing. Today I'm pist! When did the rules change about tipping. I see they decided to automatically charge a large ass tip on a $15.00 order!!' Plus a convenience fee. It's more convenient if I go somewhere else ! Now I'm pist!! Since I prepaid, which is for their convenience who's going to waste time trying to stop the charge? That's not cool. Ate lunch here yesterday. It was amazing! We had the Thai Kitchen appetizers and thought they were all yummy. We especially liked the spring rolls. I had the Pad Sea Eaw and my daughter had the Pad Thai. Best in town!! Portions were generous and enough to bring home. Our server was really attentive and the decor is beautiful. I stumbled upon this gem while I was staying at a hotel across the freeway. The Asian in me was craving my rice and soup on a cold autumn night. Thankfully, this place was so close to the hotel and I didn't need to go to Kansas City to find an Asian restaurant. I believe it barely opened a week or two prior when I came in (this is a very late review). The owners were there and was very accommodating and even chatted with me a bit. The food was... amazing! Had the Pho. Very good, flavorful soup. Clean, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Entrees seem to normally come with soup and crab Rangoon.
