Happy to have discovered this place in the paradise of Blue Springs. We went with the ramen and it was stellar, trying both the miso and tonkotso broths. Lots of options available for add-ins. The only downside was that mine wasn't quite as piping hot as I would've liked. I'll mention that next time to the super friendly counter staff. Also had a taro boba tea. I highly recommend. I talked with NO ONE (cept the friends I came with)! This is an amazing little noodle shop! You walk in the door and go to a kiosk filled with pictures and options. You place your order and then take your number which you log with your order. Then you go get your drink out of the fridge or fountain (a little trust here) and go to a table. A few minutes later a little robot... yes a delivery robot comes by your table with your bowl of ramen and any appetizers you have ordered. After thanking your robot by patting it on the head (hit the done button), it then tuck into the delicious food it brought. And when you don't eat it all because these are big bowls of ramen... you can walk over to another unattended counter to get your to-go containers! This is a grumps paradise! read more

I've been to this location for ramen now twice. There's really no staff interaction because you order at a kiosk just inside the entry. Once you e ordered and taken your number to your table, a musical robot delivers your food. It's adorable and my daughters love it. We ordered two bowls of ramen with the rice noodles with chicken for one and the other with the wavy/soba noodles and chicken with fried tofu for the other. We also got an order of pork dumplings. Everything came out hot and fresh and tasted great. I had so many rice noodles that I wound up taking home the rest. A little short on broth but I just took my daughters when she finished her wavy yellow noodles. She added the tofu and an extra egg and her bowl was almost $20!! I stayed within the included options and mine was 12.95. So, after the appetizer, the two bowls of ramen, and 2 medium Taro Milk teas with boba we were at about $45 for two people. At least you don't have to tip the robot! You can still tip at the order station for the staff putting together your meal. The overall cost seems pretty high to me but, I will get two meals out of my bowl. Very good and I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for ramen in that area of Blue Springs. read more

I've made it a mission to try all the boba tea Blue Springs offers and couldn't pass up on this location. I was incredibly excited to see they had a full food menu. I'm not a big ramen girl, but I did try the crab rangoon and spring rolls. They weren't my favorite, but it wasn't the star of my visit, and they were still good enough. I think the ramen is a bigger hit here, anyway! I typically like a sweeter boba, and this was mid-level sweet. The service was unique. My son and I while we were in Blue Springs decided to stop in and try Ramen House. Let me just tell you that the food taste is a 10/10, and I recommend it on that alone. Ramen House has you place your own order using a kiosk, this was fine except they didn't mention how or where to get the soda cups that we ordered. We ended up seeing others go over to the pop machine that has small cups next to it, expect to get refills if you tend to drink a lot. This is a fast casual restaurant, they have a robot (which is cool btw) deliver your food to you, there is very little interaction with the staff. My son and I got our food and man was it DELICIOUS!!! 10/10 for sure. We have only has ramen this good from one other spot and it is in Florida. The price is totally reasonable for the food that you get. If you are Gluten Free their Vegetable Broth is GF and they have rice noodles (we are not gf but I asked for my best friend). It's been so cold and gloomy that I was craving Ramen and realized this place was nearby so I DoorDashed it. I got my order quickly and it was still pretty warm. I got a ramen bowl with Tonkatsu (pork) broth, pork belly, corn, bean sprouts, green onions, and added an egg. I also ordered crab Rangoon for an appetizer and a Taro Milk Bubble Tea as a drink. Crab rangoons were good, typical construction and nothing outstanding with flavor but definitely still satisfied my craving. Ramen was good for being a place out of the Midwest. I appreciated how they packed the to-go portion to keep the toppings from getting super soggy during transit. The broth was flavorful, the pork belly was tasty. The spicy crab tasted like just pure mayo, it was so bad. Usually this is made with kewpie mayo but I did not get that taste at all. Safe to say I didn't finish this bowl and def did not finish the tuna. I've had the boba teas here on several occasions before chaiyo tea house opened and they're too sweet for me. Not a fan of their lychee tea and probably will never be coming back here for food or tea again. But that's just my opinion, I grew up in California and have had my fair share of poke, sushi, Mexican food, and boba. But don't be discouraged by my review! It was a very self serve restaurant, you use an electronic device to make your selections and then a robot brings you food. We had a few appetizers, shrimp dumplings, pork dumplings and crab Rangoon. All were really good and hot, my husband had shrimp ramen and he said it was good but he didn't feel like it was very filling. I had a poke bowl with tuna and salmon and it was huge (ordered the medium) and took a lot home. You choose your protein and sides, I did edamame, cucumber and crispy onions. So you get a broth with noodles and cold topping. I mean right out if the fridge cold. Chicken was old pressed chicken im guessing came in cooked from a food service company. The restaurant looks like a good one but is a disappointment overall. Music is blaring, bright white lites, robot server, bus your own table, expensive, and they ask you to give them a tip when you order. The food wasn't just not good, it was bad. Crab Rangoon is grossly sweet. The chicken broth in the ramen had a very outhouse swampy flavor, no one wants to smell that let alone taste it. I couldn't eat it, made me feel nauseous after one bite. My daughter are hers and is fighting the urge to hurl after. No offering to switch soups or refund if the food is bad, a tip is already given at ordering so there is no recourse and they were unapologetic. Visited Kansas City last week; decided to try out this restaurant. I ordered a ramen bowl with a miso broth, pork belly, wavy noodles, egg, narutomaki (fish cakes), bean sprouts, and scallions. You also get to pick the spice level for your ramen, I chose "medium" and it was a pleasant spicy flavor, not overly strong. On top of this, I ordered an appetizer of spring rolls, as well as a large strawberry tea with strawberry popping pearls. All three menu items were exceptional, especially the ramen. I also loved the use of actual strawberries in the tea, they gave it a very strong strawberry flavor. The no-contact service is great - selecting your own meal on the tablets provided is much faster than ordering at a register or sitting down with a menu. The robot is also a good addition, bringing out food instead of employees. This gives the employees more time for other tasks. My one problem with the robot is that it plays loud pop music every time it goes to deliver food. Other than that, the restaurant looks good, with nice tables and an array of decor. It is a newer restaurant, so expect a more modern feel. To end, I'd also like to say that this restaurant has great prices for the food it provides.
