Ramen Bowl
Cally R.

Finally was able to get over to Ramen House and try their ramen and poke bowls. Wow! You order at a kiosk, which I do like since there are so many options when creating your bowl, and it's delivered by a cool music playing robot to your table. The Ramen was delicious, the poke was awesome with amazing spicy tuna. We loved the food, and the experience. It is a lot of food and had plenty of leftovers. Can't wait to come back!

This place is good, however I found out I am not a Ramen girl. My husband thoroughly enjoyed it and is excited to go back! The boba tea slapped though,SO GOOD! I would go back just for the drinks. The inside is on the smaller side, quaint, inside is reserved. The could have decorated it a little more so its not as boring but cute!

I've been to this location for ramen now twice. There's really no staff interaction because you order at a kiosk just inside the entry. Once you e ordered and taken your number to your table, a musical robot delivers your food. It's adorable and my daughters love it. We ordered two bowls of ramen with the rice noodles with chicken for one and the other with the wavy/soba noodles and chicken with fried tofu for the other. We also got an order of pork dumplings. Everything came out hot and fresh and tasted great. I had so many rice noodles that I wound up taking home the rest. A little short on broth but I just took my daughters when she finished her wavy yellow noodles. She added the tofu and an extra egg and her bowl was almost $20!! I stayed within the included options and mine was 12.95. So, after the appetizer, the two bowls of ramen, and 2 medium Taro Milk teas with boba we were at about $45 for two people. At least you don't have to tip the robot! You can still tip at the order station for the staff putting together your meal. The overall cost seems pretty high to me but, I will get two meals out of my bowl. Very good and I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for ramen in that area of Blue Springs.

I've made it a mission to try all the boba tea Blue Springs offers and couldn't pass up on this location. I was incredibly excited to see they had a full food menu. I'm not a big ramen girl, but I did try the crab rangoon and spring rolls. They weren't my favorite, but it wasn't the star of my visit, and they were still good enough. I think the ramen is a bigger hit here, anyway! I typically like a sweeter boba, and this was mid-level sweet. The service was unique. It was my first time seeing a robot bringing orders out, so that was neat. Several people were sitting in and enjoying their meals, but I took mine to go. Everything seemed clean and organized.

Everything was so good. And the bowl was very large. I thought for $13 (base price) I got plenty of food. They also had nice, sturdy to go containers. You can order on 1 of 2 kiosks or with the cashier. Was able to get my own cup and use the fountain machine (no waiting for my drink is a plus). It is a make your own Ramen bowl. Choose your noodle, broth, protein, plus 3 toppings, and it comes 1/2 an egg. Make it a spicy as you want. I recommend a little spice to add flavor. We got out spice in the side. Crab Rangoon were sweet and crust was very crispy. Overall: we really enjoyed our meal. Will definitely go back.

Ramen House delivers exactly what you'd hope for on a chilly day or when you're craving something hearty and flavorful. The broth is rich and well-balanced--especially the tonkotsu, which had that deep umami punch without being too salty. Noodles were perfectly chewy and clearly fresh.

Stopped in for lunch. Atmosphere was light and clean. Ordered at a screen and a robot delivered it to the table. Funny and cute. The pork broth was savory and perfect mild spice like I ordered. The soft boiled egg in soy sauce was delicious, very umami. The milk bubble tea is flavorful, creamy, and sweet. Thanks Ramen House, we will definitely return for more.

My son and I while we were in Blue Springs decided to stop in and try Ramen House. Let me just tell you that the food taste is a 10/10, and I recommend it on that alone. Ramen House has you place your own order using a kiosk, this was fine except they didn't mention how or where to get the soda cups that we ordered. We ended up seeing others go over to the pop machine that has small cups next to it, expect to get refills if you tend to drink a lot. This is a fast casual restaurant, they have a robot (which is cool btw) deliver your food to you, there is very little interaction with the staff. My son and I got our food and man was it DELICIOUS!!! 10/10 for sure. We have only has ramen this good from one other spot and it is in Florida. The price is totally reasonable for the food that you get. If you are Gluten Free their Vegetable Broth is GF and they have rice noodles (we are not gf but I asked for my best friend). Check it out, you won't be sorry.

Kids chicken broth ramen with noodles and corn

To start off, the customer service was great, everyone was helpful and very friendly. The place is very clean and I love that everything is self serve. They have a robot bring you your meal, all their utensils were by the soda machine including the to go materials! Love, love, love that! My daughter got ramen, it was chicken broth with noodles and corn. My daughter was a fan but my husband thought it wasn't really flavorful. My husband got a poke bowl with chicken, sushi rice, onion, and eel sauce/spicy mayo. He said he liked it. Poke bowl that I got I was not a fan of. It was sushi rice, fried tofu, spicy tuna, crab salad, tempura flakes, jalapeño, cucumber, and fish eggs. I was pretty dissapointed, I don't think I've ever had such a flavorless poke bowl in my life. The spicy tuna tastes too fishy and nothing like the tuna I've had before. Sam's club spicy tuna tastes better which is sad. The fried Tofu tasted old and like nothing. It was so hard to chew I ended up just taking it all out. Avacado was good, fish eggs were good. The spicy crab tasted like just pure mayo, it was so bad. Usually this is made with kewpie mayo but I did not get that taste at all. Safe to say I didn't finish this bowl and def did not finish the tuna. I've had the boba teas here on several occasions before chaiyo tea house opened and they're too sweet for me. Not a fan of their lychee tea and probably will never be coming back here for food or tea again. But that's just my opinion, I grew up in California and have had my fair share of poke, sushi, Mexican food, and boba. But don't be discouraged by my review! I've gotten feed back from first time poke eaters and they're a fan of what they had. Just not my cup of tea.

Great selection, food was tasty and quick. Boba milk tea was great. Love the kiosk ordering.

Menu

Nice bright, clean, relaxed atmosphere. Fast food style ramen was very satisfying; good portions and fair prices. I enjoyed the simple self service touch screen ordering system; easy to follow layout: noodle, broth, protein, toppings, spice etc. I did not try a poke bowl. My ramen lunch was delivered steaming hot my a robot like device--fun twist! I will be back for sure. All around good satisfying experience . Also ordered and enjoyed the scallion pancake appetizer; nice thin cake with finely chopped scallions inside with two dipping sauces, sweetened soy and sriracha mayo.

Tonkotsu Ramen & Crab Rangoon
Amanda S.

Sleek and clean restaurant with great lighting. Friendly staff that was eager to answer any questions we had. The crab rangoon were crispy with plenty of filling. The tonkotsu ramen was delicious! Rich, flavorful, and with a nice variety of toppings to choose from. The wavy noodles have a nice chew and texture. Pork was tender and went perfectly with everything. I recommend getting an extra egg in your ramen cause they're so tasty!

We no longer felt like we were old friends and they were happy to see us, but just customers. Service was slow and sporadic. The menu is kind of the same, bit the food was completely different. I have never had salty such rolls before. Could barely eat the Alaskan roll for the salt and that was without soy sauce. Had to ask for Wasabi for our rolls. Teriyaki chicken had a nice flavor, so kudos on that part of the meal. Previously, Omo's was our go to restaurant when we got to KC. I have just been given an excuse to try other restaurants. Ambiane looks the same, but music was way too loud and even the chopsticks are nice, but not as nice as they were. But, at least they aren't disposable. We miss the old chef and waiter.

The place is on the corner with so many windows, that you can really enjoy the sun on a sunny day. Has a spot for everyone! One day after having some beers at a local spot, my partner and I were craving some ramen or noodle dishes. We stopped at Boru on his request, and I cannot get the Dan Dan Noodles out of my head! Just went back and tried my second of the four flavors of ramen (spicy miso!) and it hit the spot for a chilly weekend day--even better: ramen bowls are only $10 during the first hour of happy hour (3-4 pm!). Along with ramen options, they have noodles, sushi, steamed buns, appetizers, soju, same, beers, and cocktails. Honestly, if you're looking for a great happy hour place, a great little place to stop for some noodles or ramen, you shouldn't miss a chance at coming to Boru! What a local gem lost. I cannot say too many glowing things about this legend of Westport gone but…read morenever forgotten. If you want to continue support please check out Chingu coffee shop (located in the shared West Plaza space with Bay Boys) or follow sura eats. Anyways, onto the delicious food and top notch experiences I've had at Chingu over the past few years as well as, the standout final service I was lucky enough to experience last night. I have attended a few pop-ups at Chingu and community events like these really made this Westport restaurant stand out and shine. One that sticks out from 2025 is when they graciously allowed Lisa Nguyen take over the menu and ramen-i-fy it. This was not for the faint of heart concerning spice...so, my mom suffered. But, if you were willing to test your spice tolerance this was a fantastic pop-up. We especially loved the ramen spring rolls and the spice dusted pop corn chicken. On the closing night I went with three small plates and one drink. All made such a lasting impression that I'm sad reminiscing on the retired flavors but my taste buds are still tingling. The mandu, the fried dumplings, were delicious with succulent savory filling with soy and garlic. The bugolgi cheesesteak sliders were huge! So filling that I could barely finish one but, the decadent meat was spilling out of the sides and the rich sauce was creamy and oh so good, all tucked between buttery buns. Two of these bad boys plus a pile of spiced fries were heaven! Last but not least was the Korean fried chicken wings. These were the "piece de resistance" or whatever they say...the jumbo wings were crispy, fried to golden brown perfection coated in golden nectar of the gods- or Gochujang garlic sauce...whichever you prefer. The sweet sticky savory flavor of these wings were S-tier and hopefully they will be resurrected soon at a different restaurant location because I could eat these wings more often than I should. Chingu has had its funeral but, that doesn't mean the flavors won't live on in people's memories and hopefully, it will have its rebirth into something fresh and new, on another plate in another place sometime soon. Love Live Chingu and the Korean Fusion flavors it brought to Kansas City.

The tofu was amazing, it had a great light breadcrumb like texture, and was soft and delicious. The chicken wings were great as well, they had a sweet glaze on the outside with a light crunch to the skin. Perfectly cooked! The drinks were a bit hit and miss but I enjoyed the Take Two and the had a nice variety of foreign beers and some good local beers. Our waiter/ bartender was awesome, he was super patient and guided us to some great options on the menu. I look forward to going back and trying more of the menu!
