Back at Thai kitchen today. From the service to the food this place is Always on point! The Tom Yum soup is absolutely delicious! So flavorful. The chicken laarb is also great. But unfortunately you need to ask for more lettuce or cabbage leaves. Over though so good

New owner, good service, give it a try, good environment, friendly staff, new menus, check it out.

I have found Thai restaurant by the hospital. Good environment, convenient parking lots, nice dining room, friendly staff, food looks good. I just realized that they have a new menu and new owners. Give them a try.

A quaint little restaurant, but the food was amazing. I had the drunken noodles and a side of fried rice, and was very pleased. My wife got a shrimp noodle dish and hers s excellent as well.

I wandered into Thai kitchen on a drizzly Tuesday for a to-go lunch order. Based on the photos and the glowing reviews I was excited to try it as Thai food is one of my favorites! The restaurant itself is cute clean and inviting, and the staff was warm and ultra friendly. Certainly a fine place to sit down and have a meal. I ordered a lunch size beef pad Thai (+$1 for beef) and lunch size tofu pad see ew, as well as a cup of tom yum gai soup. My total for the order was ~$25. Each lunch order comes with one of those slightly sweet thai fried donuts and an egg roll with chili dipping sauce. The donut and the egg roll were amazing, freshly fried and ultra crispy. The noodles in both dishes however was where the order fell a bit flat for me. The noodles were dry and not 'saucey' enough for my liking, and they were a little clumpy. The accompanying veggies and protein was fine but the noodles were a miss. I would not hesitate to return but I probably wouldn't re-order a noodle dish. I would try a curry, fried rice dish or something else.

This place is a solid OK! I know some people who swear by this being the best Thai restaurant, to which I say, "Have you had Salween?". I ate at Thai Kitchen a long while ago (maybe 5 years...) and wasn't entirely impressed so I had kept my distance for awhile. It was recently on a Sunday evening that my husband and I were looking to eat at a Thai place nearby and Sea Thai was closed so we decided to give Thai Kitchen another shot. I vaguely remember the Pad Thai I ordered 5 years away wasn't mind blowing so I pivoted and went for the Pad Siew this time around. While quick and beautiful in presentation, it fell a bit flat on the flavor. A bit on the bland side, lacking seasoning, and I didn't love that the carrots were shredded and not cooked in the dish. They were laid off to the side as a garnish, whereas Salween incorporates the veggie into the sautéing process. Overall, I think we will happily stick with Salween Thai. I don't even know why we venture out when we're happily found our favorite spot.

When I eat here it feels like my soul leaves my body and starts ascending, that is how good it is. Service Um, ed, and Maggie are genuinely some of my favorite servers in the whole world; sometimes when I go here I'm looking forward to seeing them as much as I am the food. While sometimes it can be a bit slow, that is because the kitchen is taking their time for you, no shortcuts. Food Every time I eat here I think, "it can possibly get better than last time," but guess what, it does. Every thing I have gotten here has been AMAZING, for example the drunken noodles and the pad Thai, and don't get me started on the pho, absolutely heavenly. Ambience Khao Niao has some of the best ambience. Every time you eat here you can look around and find something new. They focus on a wood interior with beautifully crafted tables and archways. Along with some little fountains 10/10 ambiance Overall Khao niao is as good as it gets, by far my favorite restaurant!

Also can be nosy so not ideal if your looking for intimate vibes. It was also so busy with takeout orders as well - which I cant blame anyone for! The food tops it all! This is hands down the best thai in omaha. I have a friend that has tried many thai places here and recommended this place to me. We always go with the pad thai but definitely want to branch out next time we go. It is a little on the pricier side but thats what you get for high quality food. You also get to choose your spice level. We will continue to come back!!

The dipping sauce had a nice sweet and tangy balance that tied it all together. You can tell everything was made fresh. The soup was just what I wanted too. Light but really flavorful broth, plenty of herbs and green onions, and comforting without feeling heavy. Service was friendly, food came out quick, and the overall vibe was relaxed and easy. Great local spot when you're in the mood for fresh, flavorful Thai food. Would definitely come back.

Honestly I was really disappointed with Mercy Thai…read more The chicken wings were completely flavorless. They literally just seemed battered in panko and fried with no seasoning at all. 0/10. The crab rangoons sounded good from the description -- cream cheese, crab pieces, onion, and carrots -- but they were WAY too sweet for my taste. Not to mention there were none of the ingredients described inside?! Seems like it was only cream cheese and sugar. Then the sweet chili sauce that came with them was super watery and just made it worse. 2/10 overall. I also tried my boyfriend's drunken noodles and... mid at best Definitely not something I'd come back for. Maybe other menu items are better, but based on what I tried, I personally wouldn't recommend it.

I do love pad thai itself, but I unfortunately did NOT love "I Love Pad Thai" the restaurant…read more We ordered it for delivery when we were working one day and couldn't make it out for lunch/didn't have time to make lunch ourselves. I know everywhere is better if you eat it inside, but if they offer delivery, I think that it should be about on par with what you get in the restaurant (because they certainly charge the same or more than dining in). This either was just not great from the get go, or it lost a LOT of quality in the delivery time. I don't think that's the case, because a delivery time doesn't make most of the food almost FLAVORLESS. Cold, maybe - but flavor doesn't vanish from it being delivered? So if you couldn't tell, we were not fans of almost anything we received. My Pad See Yew was literally flavorless. It tasted like WATER was used for the "sauce" on it. The chicken in it was also very stringy and dry. My husband got the Pad Thai, which did have a little bit more flavor, with the peanut sauce, but not a whole lot more. The only saving grace was the fried dumpling appetizer we ordered. Those were tasty and the dipping sauce they came with was good (it said it was just soy sauce but it wasn't super salty like soy sauce, more sweet). At almost $50 for two entrees that were basically untouched because they were so dry and flavorless, I would say order elsewhere or dine inside so you can gauge what you are getting in person.

For the price, my portion was small and the chicken had a rubbery flavor. And it was very greasy!…read moreToo bad it's in a great location.
