The dipping sauce had a nice sweet and tangy balance that tied it all together. You can tell everything was made fresh. The soup was just what I wanted too. Light but really flavorful broth, plenty of herbs and green onions, and comforting without feeling heavy. Service was friendly, food came out quick, and the overall vibe was relaxed and easy. We were trying to check out, and it took quite a while to track down the server so we could pay. We understand she was the only one working, but there were probably no more than three tables total and one takeout customer. We would've just left cash and gone, but since we had to pay with cards, we had to wait. I've tried to avoid going during busy times because I know service can get slow, but we thought it would be quicker with so few tables. It still took longer than expected.
