I wanted to like this place, but I couldn't. Good size portions, speedy service, clean & neat, but the waiter was a little pushy and the food was mediocre. Curry tasted like it came out of a jar, and someone needs to tell them that tomato is meant to be diced, not chunked. In fact, all the ingredients were cut too large for harmony. read more

Thai Land never fails to deliver! Everytime I go I always get consistently great tasting food and the service is always spot on. Thumbs up, Billy and crew! My favorites are calamares, pad thai, green curry, and steamed bun. We have never ordered anything that we didn't like. Good for riverton/drapper Seems like the curry is the same base for each dish & then they throw in a few things to make it the flavor you order. Last time I ordered a pumpkin curry in California it was actually thick & a separate curry. GREAT SERVICE THE GUY WAITER WAS SUPER COOL & HELPFUL. We found them here on Yelp, decided to give them a try. We had shrimp spring rolls for an appetizer...SO fresh; the wraps were delicious and came with two choices of dipping sauces. We had the massaman chicken curry, and the shrimp pad thai; both of which were very flavorful, made with very fresh ingredients. The rice was excellent, the noodles perfect. Staff: Billy loves his customers. We are regulars and Billy has pictures of our kids up on his VIP wall. He treats us like family. Decor: authentic thai wooden decor and linens. An aquarium to entertain kids. Nice enough for a dinner date and also causal enough for a lunch hour stop. Food: Pad won seen is among the best I've ever had. Kids love pad see sew and pad kee Mao. My wife LOVES the mango curry and green curry. Rice is always fresh and hot. Good size portions. Lunch deal can't be beat. You can choose from a soup, appetizer and curry. I gave this place a 3 because the service was amazing, but I was very disappointed with the pho. You can tell that's not what they specialize in, and I plan to come back to try their curry, but I was in the mood for pho today and it was not good at all. A good pho has great flavorful broth and this tasted like broth from a can. They also didn't serve fresh vegetables on the side which I've never seen before, maybe that's why the broth was so off. So, so, so, good. The food here is really delicious. This doesn't take take away from the quality of the food, but what you get for the price is really great. For $8 the lunch special gets you a soup, an appetizer, and a main entree. The few times I've eaten there it's been really busy, (which is understandable), so the service has been slow at times, but it's worth the wait! read more

My husband went there tonight and placed a to go order. He was told that the order would take 30-40 minutes to fill. He knew it was Valentine's Day and the restaurant was busy, so he was willing to wait. As he sat watching many other customers come in, be seated and be fed, and leave as he kept waiting. He said if he had sat down at a table, and ordered and then said I want it to go, the food would have come out as quickly as the food for those eating at the restaurant. At the 40 minute mark, he went up to ask how much longer the food would take. He was told 20-30 more minutes maybe, "I don't know" was what my husband was told. This is not good customer service. To go customers are customers too and should have their orders placed in a timely manner and be given their food. He told them to cancel his order and went somewhere else to eat. We will NEVER go to this restaurant again. read more

Really poor service - the waiter missed some appetizer orders, we had to wait a really long time for refills, order, check, etc. and the entrees for our table came out about 20 minutes apart (granted we were a party of 11, but the delay between the first and last dish was extremely long). Once the food finally arrived it unfortunately wasn't worth the wait - the Yum Woon Sen was overly sweet and reminded me more of a noodle dish you'd get at a Chinese restaurant than the fresh spicy & sour you'd expect. Our party had similar complaints that the Pad Thai was too sweet. Some of the worst Thai food I've had, I definitely won't be going back. read more

To quote my husband "damn that was good" We started with the Thai veggie rolls. They were very fresh and a generous portion. Then we had crunchy noodle curry, so good. We also tried the papaya salad medium spice. I was a little bummed on this. It was a little small, it wasn't served with any sticky rice and it kind of needed it. Otherwise it also had great flavor. We ate here last Wednesday and I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean (so were the restrooms). The setting was peaceful and service was great. I have two little children and the waiter was really good with them. We ordered the orange chicken and fried rice. I liked both but the fried rice was my favorite. So good. read more
