We have been dissapointed everytime we come to this restaurant. Service is so slow. Food is just ok, not anything I haven't tasted elsewhere. Also, they have a weird menu that only have prices if you pay cash. If you pay with a CC the prices are higher but they don't have those prices listed. ? When we payed with cash they short changed us .70, which isn't a big deal but just unprofessional and they didn't even mention it. Thai land does make good Thai food! Dining in could be a little awkward because it's usually very quiet & service is slow. My favorite dish here is the thai fried rice! The rice is so flavorful & there's no shortage of fresh veggies! I just personally prefer to do carry out from here; and I only order a few select items. I think there is a lot of good Thai in the valley & that some of the others do better / more flavorful curry dishes. However, if you're in the mood for some of the fried appetizers or noodle dishes-- you will not be disappointed at Thai Land! read more

Disappointing!! The Tom Ka with tofu was watery and bland. It did not taste like Tom Ka at all. The tofu was fried and they added a lot of cabbage that I did not ask for. The green curry is watery and does not have the normal texture that green curry does. It's bland and did not come with white rice. I am very surprised since the restaurant was full. The food here is great. The service can be slow but it's always friendly; the slowness seems to be caused by a busy restaurant also inundated with DoorDash and other pickup orders. My favorites from their menu are the drunken noodles and the panang curry but really everything I've had is delicious. Thai Land is right down the road from my office so I've come here from time to time, only ordering ahead online and coming to pick it up. The menu is on the smaller side but it's decent food for a last minute "feeling for Thai" kind of mood, although sometimes I feel that my noodles are too dry. The portions are just the right size for me, bordering on too much so that I can take leftovers which is a plus for lunch the next day... I guess I've usually been lucky when I order because when I arrive my order is already done and good to go. However my most recent visit they were very busy, only had one girl working the floor, register, and phone, and I ended up having to wait an extra 30 mins for my order,along with others who had placed orders ahead, as no one's was ready. I felt bad for the girl because she is only one person and can only do so much herself, but it was sad and awkward as a customer watching her struggle and get flustered with how busy it was. read more

Every time we have gone the wait has been VERY long, unreasonably so. We really liked the food, but we are no longer willing to go back because of the long wait times. They are very understaffed. I don't believe it is due to a labor shortage because other restaurants in the area seem to operate fine. I think they don't want to hire more staff to keep costs down. We see a lot of doordash orders given priority during our last hour long wait. This hidden gem is a fantastic Thai place. I've recommended it to a few of my friends with Thai roots and they're addicted. That says something, right? Their chicken satay is probably the best you can get in town. They have the right blend of spices in their peanut dipping sauce. And the chicken is crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I've enjoyed their curries, chicken satay, nam Tok (beef waterfall) and pad Thai. There isn't anything on the menu that I haven't tried. Their service is great and the owner, Billy, is such a kind man. Super sweet to my kids. That said, the reason for the 4 stars is that the chairs aren't very comfortable. Sometimes you'll get a chair that's just fine, other times you'll get one with springs that are shot and you'll feel like you sink to the floor when you sit down. Thai House 2 is an offshoot from the very popular Thai House in Lehi, Utah. Same ownership and recipes. The Tom Ka Gai soup (chicken coconut lime) is outstanding. Just the right amount of spice, and the lime tastes fantastic with the coconut milk. We also tried the Masaman curry, since I am a peanut lover, and it was tasty as well. Perfectly spicy with a wonderful peanut taste. The service here is great. We've been twice, and the servers have both been family members who own the restaurant, and you can tell they genuinely care about your experience. read more

There are few things I can say I truly love and Thai Curry is definitely in the top 3. Thai Curry is proof the universe loves me and wants me to be happy. Now about the restaurant. I work pretty close and never really noticed this place driving by. The location isn't the best but thats ok as not every one knows about it (good for me probably not so good for the business). The first time going in there was one waitress and a few cooks in the back. I was the only person in the restaurant so got choice to any seat. It's pretty standard service. Get a menu, a glass of water and order away. Already knowing I was going to try the red curry with tofu the menu wasn't needed. I always ask for extra spicy and I'm never disappointed with the results here. The wait was short for the food but still everything tastes fresh and well cooked. They bring the curry out in a nice sized bowl. The vegetables are crisp and not mushy as thai curry should be and the tofu was crisp and delicious void of any rubbery texture. The best part about the meal is the rice. Not only do you get a side of rice with all the curry options, you get a bucket of rice thats right a bucket! Well maybe not quite a bucket but it is quite a large sized pail with enough rice to feed a small village for a week. I always eat half of my meal there and take the rest home for dinner. I now go there about once or twice a week and have tried just about every curry on the menu. The Panang is currently my favorite. They also have great appetizers which they always bring out before the main dish giving me plenty of time to enjoy while not waiting to long for the main meal. I would highly recommend the Shrimp Rolls. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and gets it right every time. I usually walk out spending about $9-$15 and always have left overs for a full meal later. This being compared to spending this much at other restaurants in the area and not even being half full when I leave. The only reason I give it a 4 star instead of a 5 is that the curry isn't completely vegan but I can live with that. Yes they have noodles and soup too but I only come for the curry and will continue to visit Thai Land Restaurant until the end of time. read more

This was our third time here. We loved it the first time, hated it the second time, and went a third time to give it another chance but it was equally disappointing. Papaya salad, the flavor was good but it had no heat whatsoever and we asked for heat scale of 3/5. Tom Kha Kai, chicken coconut soup, didn't have chicken. We told the server and he asked if we had asked for chicken with it. The name of the soup literally means "boiled chicken leg," so no we did not ask for chicken. But the was not all, Tom Kha Kai, in addition to chicken, is supposed to be infused with flavors from galangal and lemongrass and all we could taste was sweet coconut milk. It was like eating vegetables cooked in Coco Lopez. Oh which brings me with the other problem. They put carrots and cabbage in it! No! Mushrooms, cilantro, and tomatoes that should be it in the vegetable department. It was very sad. We thought we had found a good Thai restaurant close by but something happened and it is now one of the worse Thai restaurants we've been to. read more

The food was pretty good - pad Thai true to form, panang curry had some spice to it, and the satay wasn't half bad either. That said a few minor things would make this place a superb eating spot. First, the service was alright - we more or less seated ourselves even though the place wasn't super busy (not an issue or problem in the slightest - this is very common in places run by locals). The food cake out quickly - that was super - and the food was all quite good. A little pricy for what you get but only by a tiny bit (entire meal cost about $38 for 3 people including a mango sticky rice dessert).
