Massive pieces of fish! If you have a small mouth, you need to take the sushi is two bites! The fish is good quality and they don't skimp on it. Loved the huge sushi pieces and the freshness of the fish. The Crying Tiger Steak was a disappointment. Not sure if it was the quality or the cooking method. I would not order again. Country Pad Thai was so good. I liked that alot. One of the better Pad Thai dishes I've had. Most places make it too sweet, I guess for Westerners. I do love a spicy one. Salmon Zaab was really great as an appetizer. Would order that again. Come for the Thai food and stay for the huge sushi! I can't say enough good things about the sushi here. Service was pretty good. The inside of the place is small and quaint. I can't recall.. but maybe 8 or so tables.

Decide to try this out as I was in the neighborhood. The price is decent and the interior is very clean and nice. Lots of street parking nearby but mostly people order take out. Staff are friendly and nice. I got drunken noodles, fried spring rolls, and crunch twin roll. It was decent and delicious. Will recommend to come back if you are in the area.

We are big sushi lovers and often shop around different places when we have a craving. This BY FAR has been my favorite place we've gone. Everything we ate tasted very fresh. I typically hate when people put fruit in things but the berry crab rangoons were delicious. All of the rolls are good but you absolutely HAVE to get the white dragon roll. We will be back here anytime we have another craving.

I was blown away by this place. I tried it via Uber eats for the 1st time and the food was 10 out of 10. This will be my go-to place for sushi now and I'm so happy it's in my neighborhood. * See my pic for my order

I was planning to dine in but plan changed, ended up take-out. It is slow compared to other local sushi restaurants that I ordered. I ordered the Cloudy Salmon, Volcano Hotate Hokkaiyaki, Be On Fire Shrimp, Thai Oishi Roll, White Dragon Roll, and Snow Crab Leg Roll. All taste good and have strong seasoning, which I am not a big fan of. Now I realize outside all the Thai crossover with Japanese restaurants, the food tastes strong, and bland is not in their dictionary. This place reminds me of Thai Bar Shi in Weymouth. I will try their Thai food next time.

It's Al ready a small box of rice. It was only half full!

these people are crooks. I ordered Thai yellow curry with shrimp and brown rice. I got my rice and it was three scoops of rice in the box. the iced tea wasn't even a half a cup more like a quarter cup. They are crooks! When I went back, he gave me the same three scoops of rice and told me that I asked for no ice so that's all they could give me.. NEVER AGAIN!

Finally a sushi restaurant in the fields corner area! This is a welcome addition to the area as most establishments are either pizza shops or Vietnamese restaurants. Come here for the special rolls and Thai food. I wouldn't recommend the basic sushi, it was fine but nothing spectacular. I think the special rolls are more interesting. If you are going to dine in, I suggest either parking near the post office and walk or go to the public lot on adams street.

The Thai tea here, the gyzoa, and the portion sizes are great especially for a lunch special, however the entree itself was just alright. I ordered the green curry with chicken lunch special. The chicken was a bit dry and the curry was a bit too thick and salty for me.

Sushi was OK; some pieces didn't taste fresh. The sweet & chili duck was fine. The Volcano Hotate Hokkaiyaki is served sizzling hot; it was fun to order and fun to eat. Nice ambiance and good service but the food was only OK overall so I probably won't be back. Love that they have bento box specials, though we didn't partake this time.

Ordered in and got the tom kha soup and the alaska maki! Both were absolutely delicious, however, the tom kha was slightly over-sweet, likely a different recipe with more coconut sugar than I am used to, but delicious otherwise. Would easily order again for the maki rolls!

Great experience at Thai Oishi. Fast easy service. Nice place to sit down and have a bite with a friend or solo. The yaki udon had great texture and flavor. Definitely worthy of five stars because nothing was missing from this experience!!

The restaurant was casual, but nice, and had several other tables of diners at that time. The staff was very friendly, as well. The menu had some really interesting dishes that I had not seen elsewhere, but I was lame and ordered my usual - Chicken Pad See Ew. I found the poultry to be very tender, and the included broccoli was fresh and crisp. I should note that the broccoli used was the popular Calabrese kind, while Chinese broccoli cost $1 more. In fact, there were several upcharges scattered around the menu, which was a bit much. Anyway, back to the dish...In addition to the broccoli, carrots were also included, which was not typical for Pad See Ew, but I was fine with it! The sweet soy sauce was a bit thick, like a light gravy, so that was a bit unusual, but the flavor was terrific! I heard reasonably positive things about their Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles as well. Thaitation would be a place I would frequent if I lived in the area.

Noise levels were low for most of the meal, but at one point turned up to blast a rendition of "happy birthday" for another guest - after that, music stayed a bit too loud, which seemed to clash with the otherwise calm ambiance. They didn't ask for our preferred spice levels for the main dishes, and I would've liked everything a little bit spicier. We originally wanted the salmon spring rolls but they were out. We got Tod Mun (fried fish cakes) instead, and they were really tasty. They were smaller but greater in quantity than what I've seen elsewhere, and the sauce was good. I'm not a huge fan of the side salads, though this one surprised me with the spiciness in the dressing. We ordered the mango curry (which comes with chicken, and we added steamed tofu for no charge) and tofu drunken noodles. The noodles were really good, plus looked more appetizing than the similarly-popular pad thai. I was hoping the mango in the curry would be large, beautiful pieces of sweet mango on top, so I was a little disappointed that the small chunks weren't quite as flavorful as I was hoping for. However, I was still quite happy with the dish overall. It also comes with a (pretty small) bowl of rice on the side. The food by itself would be 4 stars for me, except that at the very end of my meal, as I was polishing off the curry, I found a long hair stuck to the bottom of my plate. It didn't match ours, so I know for sure it came from the staff. I know it happens, but the ick factor is hard to get over. Knocked off a star for the unfortunate hair.

Nicely air conditioned and comfortable inside, we were seated at a small 4-person in the front room. I think that's where lunch is hosted, whereas further inside is a fancier dinner area. We decided to order 4 dishes family style: 1. Pepper garlic with beef, 2. Chili basil with tofu, 3. Yellow curry with veggies, and 4. Pad see ewe noodles with chicken. Our server was kind and attentive, constantly refilling our chilled water which was so refreshing after walking. Our meal was scrumptious and satisfying. We ate every last morsel. They were mildly spicy, in a pleasant way. The tofu was particularly tasty--I wish I knew the recipe! TAKEOUT review * My…read moredaughter's friend recommended this place. Easy to order online. Keep in mind they are tapas so the quantity is smaller than an entree. There were 6 of us and we ordered 6 things, and fortunately we weren't ravenously hungry because otherwise we might've needed at least 3 more. We ordered mushroom salad, pad paa (a scrumptious concoction of veggies in sauce that comes with jasmine rice), crab fried rice, roasted brussel sprouts, grilled pork cheek, chicken ka praw. The order was ready for pickup within 30 minutes (which is what it predicted online). The food was freshly made, hot, ready to go at 8 p.m. and the staff were friendly and helpful. It looked like the customers there were having a fun time. We all really enjoyed every bite, particularly the pad paa with jasmine rice. It ended up being enough food for us as well.

The fried chicken skin was a standout. The crispy skin paired perfectly with a cold beer. The Pad Thai was also delicious, the Brussels sprouts were wonderfully crispy with a simple but flavorful seasoning, and the beef Massaman curry was rich and comforting--I'd definitely recommend ordering a bowl of rice to go with it. The pork cheek was incredibly tender and very filling. Not every dish was a hit, though. The crab fried rice was a bit disappointing. It was essentially regular fried rice with just a few pieces of crab sprinkled on top, so it didn't feel worth ordering. The crab curry was also a letdown. If you do order it, I'd recommend having it with rice instead of the rice noodles, as I think that would make it more enjoyable. Overall, the quality of the food and the excellent service made for a very enjoyable meal, and I'd happily come back to try more dishes.
