I would give it 2.5 stars if I could. Basically, this is thai food for middle America suburbia. Bright orange gooey mushy pad thai mess is overly sweet with no snap. Spring rolls were crispy but the sauce was too sweet. I usually get the beef satay which is good. And the tom yum goong is surprisingly complex and good. But since I always believe the strength of a Thai restaurant is reflected in its pad thai, this place only gets decent marks because you can tell they're really trying. read more

Excellent Food! I called in to order food to go. The gentleman was very polite. He told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, I was nicely greeted and in fact my order was ready. Upon arriving home with the food, it was still hot. I will leave you with this... The Yellow Chicken Curry is the best we have ever had! Definitely a take-out only place, don't ever try to actually eat here because it is so freaking busy with take-out and so small that you'll be eating with 10 people standing next to your table! :P haha. Food is excellent, the kitchen is well staffed, and they are still slammed. My only gripe is that they are so popular and busy that it is a crap-shoot if the pick up time they give you is accurate. Sometimes the food was ready 10 minutes ago, sometimes it takes another 10 minutes. So if you want your food hot, wait on site instead of calling in and expecting the time to be legit. I highly recommend this place. The pic employees there are extremely friendly and they'll help you pick out some awesome food. My favorite meal here it is the chicken. They offer a huge portion of chicken for a very reasonable price. If you just like eating Thai food and overall enjoy eating food and are on a budget I would say stop by this place for some very good food at some very reasonable price. This place was AWESOME! I tried the spicy curry noodles and got it with red curry and chicken - the red curry was spicy and VERY tasty. Best Thai I've had in a long time! I will definitely be coming back here....I left with a painfully full stomach because I wanted to keep eating the awesome food :) They also have sticky rice, which I'm a huge fan of :) We came for dinner and it was very quiet and the service was very fast and everyone working there was attentive. I understand it was a lunch special, but I have received bigger portions (cheaper price too) at other Thai places. AWFUL experience---i placed my order at 5.49pm. i was told 1 hour, i live 1 mile away. i'm sick in bed and couldn't drive to pick it up i call at 7.22 to check on the order, i was told the drive just called and got into an accident. i asked for my order to be cancelled. then the drive calls 2 mins later saying he will be here in 15 mins he has my food. i stop ordering pizza on-line. now it is 8.01pm and NO food and the driver is not answering his phone. i realize accident and all things happen and im glad the driver is ok. how they treated me when i checked on my order and then to the have driver call and say he would be here in 15 mins to then not even call back or answer when i was check to see where he is equals not good customer service. customer service is more important than good food, at least in my book. update--the driver just came to my door. saying sorry over and over again. he was hit by someone. he was overly nice and over and over again saying sorry. my pizza should be here any moment. i even tried to tip him because he was so kind. much different treatment i recieved when i called to check on my food. Wasn't sure what to expect since we've been to other local thai places and they haven't been nearly as good as the thai restaurant off Del Mar Ave. but it was perfect! Excellent food, service and drinks. Had the pad kee mow (same as drunken noodle), pad thai, brown rice and thai iced tea. Delicious and plenty of food for my hubby and I!
