I did not know there was a location in Bristow. This was the Cheapest I have ever paid for a Thai lunch. I will be sure to come back! I purchased the Drunken Noodle Tofu Thai Hot. The noodles were very fresh. You could tell because of the texture and how they did not stick to one another. The tofu was pre deep fried which is my presence for this dish. A little crispy on the outside. Soft and juicy on the inside. The Thai hot was very hot. Perfect for my palette. The dish itself came out in less then 4 minutes. I was highly impressed. I cannot say enough good things about this Thai Peppers location, I recently ordered dinner for my wife and I (for pick-up of course), and it was a great experience. The food is consistently delicious, my wife's fav is chicken fried rice (which she says is the best she has had), I am a huge fan of their drunken noodles and massaman curry (I went with the curry on this visit, it is also one of the best versions of the dish, and I have tired in at many other eateries), for appetizers we had the chicken curry puffs (amazingly good) and sa tay. Their cucumber relish/salad is a great condiment for the apps. Online ordering was easy and convenient. It was obvious the staff are committed to providing a safe interaction given the Pandemic. As you approach the door the outdoor dining tables and chairs are arrayed as a barrier to entry, they have signs clearly indicating the indoor and outdoor dinning areas are closed due to COVID-19, but that does not present any issue, the staff are clearly observant I had no wait they came out before I reached the tables, asked for my name and within moments produced our order. I have been to Thai Peppers a few times and while the food is pretty solid, unfortunately, I don't think I will be going back. I normally go to Thai Peppers for lunch during teacher work days for a quick bite with some coworkers, and we are going to start frequenting some other spots. The service is pretty poor and inhospitable. Generally not very friendly, pretty slow, and just a little bizarre. Tables aren't bussed very well (lots of stick...), you don't[ get napkins or utensils until you ask, orders are frequently messed up, generally unfriendly service. It's a bummer because this place is so close to my work and I like Thai food, but the service, ambiance, and just general attitude is so much better at AKA Sushi just around the corner, that I think my coworkers and I will start going their to get our asian fix! We went because of some recommendations from coworkers. Nice atmosphere, clean, good food. The calamari was nice and fresh, and not overly breaded like some places. My fried rice was nothing to write home about, but my boyfriend's drunken noodles were good (not his favorite drunken noodles, but he was still happy). He did love his Thai coffee though! I'm always down to try a new Thai place, and this is definitely one of the better ones I've been to. The first meal I get at any Thai restaurant is panang curry and a Thai iced tea; if they can't make that well, it's not a real Thai place in my book. I got that along with chicken satay, all of the food came out piping hot and really quick. So quick that I was only halfway through my satay before they brought out my panang! The Thai iced tea was bangin'. The satay was delicious, but the sauce came on the plate, and I think a small dish would make it easier for dipping. The panang was out of this world, but needed broccoli or red peppers, something besides chicken and sauce. Thai peppers was really good for the price, and it'll do in a pinch since it's close by, but it's not my top choice for Thai. read more

This used to be my favorite go to for Pad Thai. Unfortunatelly, the quality of food seems to have diminished.

I've been eating Thai Peppers for close to 10 years now. They have the best Thai food around. No doubt. My favorites are pad Thai, Tom yum soup, the veggie spring rolls, curry puffs, sizzling beef, chicken satay, and green curry. It's my favorite comfort food. Still gets the four stars, but I went back here for lunch today. Got the drunken noodle dish. It was amazing! The lunch special deal is still one of the best for under $10, because the entree was great! Perfect Thai flavor and yet not overwhelmingly spicy. I don't think I had anything on my plate when it was all said and done! The chicken was a bit dry, but otherwise the main course did not let down one bit. I've only been to Thai Peppers during the weekdays for lunch and this place is pretty good. Lunch is served from open to 3pm. The lunch-sized portion is a decent size and comes with a small bowl of soup and a special roll for about $8. They also have pretty good cocktails, I usually go for the cocktail of the day they have written on the chalk board as you enter the restaurant. I love the Pad See Ew chicken here, it came out fast, hot, and has a very authentic Thai flavor. Pad See Eew is wide rice noodles pan-fried with Kai-Lan/Chinese broccoli (sometimes they don't have that and use regular American Broccoli) and egg in a brown sweet soy sauce. It's so delicious!! This place is shady as fuck I do not recommend the customer service of this place you can place an order for delivery on grub hub which clearly states delivery from 11am to 9pm I waited an hour for food called only for them to tell me they don't deliver till evening time funny thing is you can also order delivery on yelp at 11am but nothing will show up and nobody will reach out to you to let you know so you wait for food that will never come and when you call about it they put you on hold or hang up. Very dissatisfied and unhappy will not order from here again based on customer service. read more

This place really is a good as it gets. They have a great variety of appetizers and food to choose from. The service is always good, prompt, and professional. My mother's favorite is mango sticky rice but there have been times when we go out for thai that some places have told us mangos aren't in season so they didn't have it. At Thai Peppers they have only not had it once, but they agreed to make it for us without the mango! I gave this place a five because I really can't find anything to knock it down; even the bathroom is really, really nice (people who read my reviews will notice I am big in to public bathrooms - lol) And, the fact that they made my momma her the sticky rice without the mangos gets HUGE props. read more

I got the Larb Chicken and Drunken Noodles for carry out. Both were pretty good. The Larb was spicy and tasty. Good mix of greens including a few spinach leaves to cool the pallet. The Drunken noodles were also tasty. There was a charring effect on the noodle and chicken that I liked and it wasn't dried out. The noodles weren't stuck together either like some other cheap restaurants. I would recommend it and I would go back. Just a bit pricey though. All that and a cup of iced coffee to go was $21.84. We ordered the jasmine tea for 2, the Tom Kha soup for one (which was the most amazing I ever had), the drunken noodles and the panang curry with chicken and with a side of rice noodles instead of rice. I LOVE Thai food and this is definitely my new spot. Service was quick and amazing. Everything that came out was flavorful and not a bowl just full of spice. I actually don't like spicy food, don't eat jalapeños or anything so pretty crazy to love Thai food. I didn't ask them to adjust the spice or anything because I've never been and didn't know what to expect. It was just amazing. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was perfect. We call the restaurant, the person inside clearly there didn't pick up, so my husband proceeds to enter and the person says "Get Out". Let me add that my husband was wearing a mask. Who talks to a customer this way! We are NEVER coming back and going to tell ALL our neighbors just how rude you are. What horrible service. I called Thai Peppers for a last minute dinner option after our day ran a little longer than expected. When the woman answering the phone realized I was a new customer who found the place on Yelp, she immediately transferred me to a younger person who was efficient...but borderline rude. I initially ordered for delivery so I wouldn't have to drag all the kids out, but their delivery service starts at 5pm giving our dinner an arrival time of around 5:45pm. This is reasonable, but did I mention the kids I didn't want to drag along with me? Well, they are apparently in the middle of a growth spurt and are HUNGRY! 5:45 won't cut it, so I'm dragging them along for take out - which will be ready in only 15 minutes (not bad). I hope the place is clean and the food is good. Crossing my fingers. ------------------ Our food was ready and hot when we arrived. The restaurant interior was very cozy, appeared clean, and smelled fresh! Our order of yellow curry (chicken) smelled delicious and who can resist the smell of warm Jasmine rice? I loved the large chunks of vegetables in the curry, but was surprised by how overly sweet the dish was (no complaints from the kids though). I really appreciated the portion sizes: not too little, not too much. If you are one who likes to have leftovers, a double portion might be a good idea. 3.5*, but I'm rounding down because we found the service to be a bit slow. We were looking to take some family from down towards Culpeper to their first Thai experience, and this turned out to be a decent enough choice, but nothing to make us drive down from Vienna. The interior is clean and new (the whole complex is pretty recent), and the service was friendly (but as I mentioned already, a bit slow for our taste). We went with a couple of our usual test-the-Thai dishes; green papaya salad, chicken pad thai, and a green curry (in this case called Gang-Keaw-Wan). The green papaya salad was good, and not overly spicy like it is in a lot of places, and the pad thai was pretty standard. The green curry was delicious, but despite being translated as "Spicy Green Curry", it wasn't nearly as spicy as I had expected/wanted. Overall this is a pretty standard thai place for Northern Virginia, and if I lived nearby I would probably go again, but I'm not planning on driving down from Vienna just for it. read more
