The chicken yellow curry was completely raw.

The chicken yellow curry was completely raw and uncooked. And when I called the restaurant, he didn't know how to refund me. I had it doordashed at work so couldn't go down there myself either. DoorDash gave me only a partial credit. I do not think this is safe.

    The specials were excellent!

Excellent food and excellent service! Reasonably priced too!! I had the seafood curry spicy and it was delicious! We will be back!

Stumbled upon this gem and so glad I did!!! Absolutely delicious lunch. Fresh, fast and some of the best, most attentive, kind, caring, (but not intrusive), service I've experienced in years. The well portioned lunch specials are $11-$13. They include soup or salad, a crab rangoon, rice and your entree. That price also includes your choice of chicken or pork. Also easy, free, parking in a nice parking lot. I didn't get 5 stars only because the ambiance was a bit outdated, but I'll definitely be going back and encourage you to try it!!

We walked in just an hour before closing. It was fantastic with great service! They catered to us and didn't rush us out! The food is excellent. Love the curry and the mango sticky rice.

I enjoy certain items from this establishment and have always supported them, because they are local. However, recently a family member of mine received very bad service for a takeout order. It seemed like they did not want us to support them, very blunt and rude service. Sounds like they don't even want customers. The soup we received tasted old and seemed like they put in no effort to it. For now, we will be enjoying Thai Food elsewhere.

Grubhub-ed this spot over the weekend. So-so food but I do appreciate the fact that they didn't drench their fried rice or noodles in oil. It was cooked well but bland flavoring. Maybe their Thai curries might be better? I would try Khoom Lanna or Sea Thai Bistro instead.

Shrimp tail in my chicken pad thai

My first time eating anything from here I decided to play it safe with some Chicken Pad Thai. (Take out order) After opening the container I noticed the noodles looked dry.. i tasted the noodles and they barely had any flavor and no spice. I decided to add a chili sauce that I had in my fridge to help. I mixed it all up and noticed a shrimp tail in it. I am allergic to shrimp which is why I ordered a Chicken pad thai. Over all.. very disappointing. Im not sure that I would ever return or recommend to anyone.

First the good part- it's my first time at SEA Thai Bistro. We liked the location, ambience, our server - PK. PK was helpful and hospitable also humorous so fun to interact with. We informed PK we would like to order vegetarian and he was nice enough to suggest what mains can be ordered/altered to make vegetarian (without any fish or fish paste added). With limited choice being there, we ordered Tofu Drunken Noodles, Chicken Cashew (chicken substituted by Tofu) with Jasmine Rice and a few chilled Simba (& Simba refills). The other part was - the staff member at the right side of the door. She looked hassled throughout; right from the time we walked in and exited. We told her we did not make a reservation and are two of us so is a booth available, she was reluctant and still made us sit at the smaller table for two (while most of the indoor tables and booths were still free). No problem, maybe she had been having a bad day. Similar hassled attitude observed at the time of leaving; leaves one with not a great taste ! So, while we would likely choose to come back for the food and else that felt good; hoping we don't have to meet or be greeted by that same employee and her inhospitable attitude.

We ordered the house chicken fried rice, chicken lettuce wraps and a small cucumber salad. The cucumber salad is refreshing, the perfect size and the small is only $2! The chicken lettuce wraps also has minced shrimp in the mix along with vermicelli noodles, green onions, and peanuts. It had a tiny kick to it and comes with two different sauces. Once i ran out of lettuce i ate this with my rice lol! I liked our house rice as well, my only complaint is there is too much in it: peas, carrots, corn, green onion. It was almost reminiscent of Chinese fried rice. Most of the Thai places I've been to, just have the onion, tomato and then cucumber on the side. Other than that, i thought everything else was great!

Simba beer was out of stock so we ordered sodas. There were limited options of sodas available too; we got Diet Coke which were chilled, hence refreshing. Service was fine. There was only one server for the entire place, that's understandable. Restrooms - the approach and upkeep was not the best. Also, the bill comes with options to pay by Cash or by Card. Payment by card has an extra charge. Enough paid street parking available. Overall, an okay experience. We din mind trying - considering the reviews & coz we enjoyed the drunken noodles. Perhaps won't want to repeat.

Our waitress was very friendly, attentive, and pleasant throughout the meal, so I was initially planning to give the service 4 stars. Unfortunately, the food was just mediocre. The Pad See Ew was overly sweet and had barely any noodles--it was mostly beef. The coconut soup was only lukewarm when it arrived. We also ordered a bento box, tempura over fried rice, and a pho. None of the dishes really stood out or made us want to come back. I'd give the food 2 stars. What really disappointed us was the bill. We were charged an 18% gratuity because our party had five people, but no one informed us beforehand. We also didn't see any sign or notice stating that parties of more than four would automatically be charged gratuity. It wasn't mentioned when we were seated or when the check was presented. I don't mind paying gratuity for good service, but I do expect restaurants to be transparent about automatic service charges.

Typically I make reservations at dog friendly restaurants there's a check box to inform the staff if there's a dog. There was none. Letting us know he needed to ''get creative' with our reservations because we didn't specify we had a dog, then making a big show of add an extra chair to their patio to accommodate all of us to scolding us to 'leave a note next time' was all unprofessional. While I agree I shouldn't have assumed, I don't believe - especially since we were able to be seated within five minutes of our reservation- we should have been spoken to like that.
