I am a little perplexed by all the great reviews. We love Thai food and generally like most places we try - with varying degrees of enthusiasm. However, our food tonight was perhaps the worst Thai we have ever had. The Pad Thai was bland, tasteless and only seemed to contain dry, clumpy noodles and a few bits of chicken. Where was the egg? The sprouts, etc? The BBQ chicken was dry and flavorless. Our egg rolls we're over fried as were the fried wonton's that were overly crispy. Just not good. Moved a block from this place and decided to try this place out in hopes of good Thai food. It is on the corner of a small plaza and the place is comfortable and the service is good. So far my favorite dish is the larb and they have pretty good bbq chicken and pad thai. Even though we are less than a mile away it is great that they do deliver as well. If we had some people over and wanted to eat good, reasonably priced, Thai food I would take them here. read more

this is my favorite thai restaurant ever...everyone who works there is incredibly sweet and their food is delish. my favorite entrees are obviously the pad thai with chicken (they have a crab special as well, which is yummy!!!!), green curry with squid, spicy chicken noodle (and regular chicken noodle)...but there isn't anything that i've tried off their menu that i haven't adored! read more

I'm not a fan of Thai restaurants that make you pay for a side of steamed rice to accompany the three entrees you already paid for. Oh, well. You win some and you lose some. As for the quality, the overall dinner was average, but I'd highly advise staying away from their papaya salad. It smelled, looked, and tasted old. We love Thai Rama. One of the few places in our area who will deliver to our house. Every one is so nice, the food is always good, fast, and still hot! The Yellow Curry, Phad See Ew, and Rama BBQ Chicken are great! read more

The Best Thai food in Glendale by far. The Pad Thai, Tom Yum soup, the curries, and especially the pineapple fried rice are delicious. There is only street parking, which is a pain, but we live close enough to walk to the restaurant. I have two small kids and they are always so nice to both of them. My daughter likes the tofu soup and they make sure to bring her a cup of ice to cool it off. It has to make most of it's money on pick up and delivery as the restaurant is never crowded. Not open on Sundays. Great food, great service, highly recommend. read more

Horrific food! Ninety bucks down the drain! My home delivery order included Angel Wings, Shrimp Tempura, BBQ Pork Spareribs, Rama Shrimp, and Scallops in Garlic Pepper Sauce. All items tasted very oily and stale. Shrimp were grossly overcooked. The scallops stunk. The ribs, that my husband was looking forward to, and I tried out of curiosity, were way too salty and dry. If you are into quality food and dining, this restaurant is not for you. But then again, tastes differ. read more

Not sure what changed but this time the experience was not good. We ordered egg rolls, pad thai with tofu and vegetable soup via Eat24. Pad thai was missing peanut powder & sprouts. There was no salt in soup. Overall the taste was very bland. I asked for green chillies but same was not provided. I won't order again. read more

SO disappointing. We had ordered here once before and it was really great - everything was tasty and there was a lot of everything. This second time it was so disappointing. First of all - the fried wantons which were supposed to be filled with chicken/beef had nothing inside. Yup. $6 for fried wantons. VERY ANNOYING. Secondly, the beef in the mongolian beef was chewy and tasted old. Also there was very little meat in the mongolian beef and the chicken dish we got - mostly just cut up veggies. My red curry soup was tasty and the only thing that was great was the brown rice. I'm pretty pissed about fried pieces of wonton... feels like they don't care about or take pride in what they do, especially considering they realized we were repeat customers when we ordered the food. Won't ever be ordering from here again. It's sad - you try to avoid the chains and order from local places but then u really don't get the care you should and there's no going back! read more

Like most other folks here, I think walking distance forgives a lot of faults... and it's a small place, and I don't necessarily expect them to use beautiful ingredients or make everything when you order... but the gluey noodles, the cornstarch-crazy sauces, the nonexistent spice on the spicy, the non-fresh veggies, the grease-soaked yet spongy tofu, the two sad chunks of steamed chicken in a dish... adds up to "maybe I'll get in the car this time." read more

Keep in mind I work near by from this location and we go and have lunch at this location at least 3 times a month the food is really great but the SERVICE SUCKS!!! the waitress that we have had the last 2 times is a real bitch the first time she clearly saw who came in first and we waited about 10 minutes for service and then she went to the other table before us. big mistake we walked out on her...Second time we ordered over the phone and told them we would be there at 12noon please have everything ready and we waited 15 mins for our food and she forgot one of our parties order she has a bad attitude we asked for water and it took her 5 minutes we asked for straws never got them. This waitress really sucks skinny lady in like her 30's. Since she has been there the service quality has gone way down it just SUCKS!!!! read more

I live in Studio city and I have gone their a lot of times just because of the good thai food. The noodles and soup are fantastic. The service is also good. went in for lunch today Warning/////the menu has changed//// some old favorites are no longer on the menu, and i was unable to find out if "off menu" items can still be ordered. Big bummer........i've eaten lunch there at least once a week for years....and it's one of my all time favorite thai places...mainly because i could get served "spicy" without fooling around...that said, today, i no longer see "spicy beef larb (only chicken),yum woonsen salad !!!,padkee mow noodles or pad woon senn noodles....the egg roll is gone/replaced with 2 pieces of fried wonton...however,spicy chili mint leaves is still on the menu...i'll talk with mama san next week, and see if we can still order "old school"...charlie deuce read more
