    Massaman curry
    Danny O.

We started with appetizers and ordered the chicken satay with peanut sauce and steamed dumplings. The chicken satay was a little tougher than usual, but still decent and flavorful. The steamed dumplings, which we chose over fried, were really, really delicious and easily one of the highlights of the meal. Next, we ordered the garlic and black pepper beef, which is my go to dish whenever I visit a Thai restaurant. It was served over a bed of veggies and paired perfectly with a side of steamed rice. Very, very good, you really cannot go wrong with this dish, and this one was done really well. The final dish was the massaman curry with chicken. It came out delicious. The potatoes were a bit tougher than I usually prefer, as I like them softer, but the curry itself was amazing and full of flavor. Overall, the food was enjoyable and the experience was great. I definitely enjoyed checking this place out and I am looking forward to going back again.

Happily surprised by Thaiger. Was anxious and hungry to try the pad see ew, pad won sen, crying Tiger, and pad kra with ground chicken. Embarrassingly, all the dishes were eaten before remembering to take a photo. The pad see ew was full of noodles and chicken. If you like glass noodles, the pad soon sen is the way to go! The crying Tiger is a good steak dish for meat lovers. Pineapple fried rice had lots of shrimp and pineapple pieces. Loved the fried egg on top of the pad kra. It went perfectly with the chicken and white rice. A perfect ending was the mango sticky rice! The mangos were sweet and ripe and the sticky rice sweet and chewy. This restaurant is family run. A lovely and friendly niece is their wait staff. Definitely returning to try more dishes.

First of all, we arrived around 10:30 p.m., with the restaurant closing at 11, and the lady helping us was incredibly kind and never made us feel rushed. The interior was cute and nicely decorated, and the restaurant looked very clean. They also have an A safety and quality rating, which is always reassuring. The star of the show was definitely the fried vegetable egg rolls--hands down some of the best I've ever had. They came out piping hot, super fresh, and full of flavor. The tom yum soup was also excellent and made the cold night feel extra cozy. The Thai iced tea was a solid 10/10 as well. The only dish that wasn't a perfect ten for us was the pad see ew, but we did ask for it extra spicy, so that may have affected the balance. Overall, it was a great experience, and we're excited to come back and try more items from the menu!

If you're looking for a chill and intimate late night Thai spot- this place is for you! The restaurant is cutely decorated and is good for parties of 2-4. It is shaped like a narrow hallway but that's what makes it really feel like a family owned restaurant. We got two things from the menu and both were reasonably priced with large portions. You MUST get their crying "thaiger" - it's the name of the restaurant and I can see why that as their favorite. The beef is so tender and juicy with citrus and spice. It was actually a bit spicy so be prepared! The pad Thai was pretty standard, but the portion size was what made it with it. Usually nowadays I'll order a pad Thai that is only good for one person, but my friend and I shared and still had leftovers to go! The service was so sweet and very accommodating. There's parking out front on the street so it was easy to get to. Not too sure about bathrooms.

Ive always been curious about this place, since living and working close by! Finally decided to come in and give it a try! my boyfriend i always pass by! We were not disappointed !! the pad see ew and spicy noodles were absolutely incredible! Super flavorful and the beef was super tender !! Definitely in my top 3 places to get pad see ew now !! The service was so great! Jasmine was so kind to us ! Def wanting to come back again to try more things from the menu :) If youre ever in glendale, stop by and try some amazing food

    Crab Fried Rice

I don't usually go out of my way to leave positive reviews and I tend to be pretty critical, but this place actually deserves the praise it gets. The red curry was one of the best I have had. It had that perfect balance of a subtle sweetness while still being very savory and rich. Everything tasted fresh and well cooked. The crab fried rice was also solid with great texture and good flavor. Service was friendly and attentive and everything came out on time. I can see why this place gets so many good reviews.

Very professional service, felt like eating at home. It is a small family business.

Very professional stuff. Food is amazing. Felt like eating at home and would recommend to anyone who's in Glendale area and looking for something healthy.

We came here on a Sunday around noon and we were the only ones here. The food was good and my favorite was the crab fried rice. The service is great and Parker took very good care of us and is very nice. The fried whole fish in sweet and sour sauce was made with a big tilapia and was crunchy even with the sauce on it. The jaew with the crying tiger steak was wonderful too. We also go the coconut ice cream with roti which had banana inside and tasted like bananas foster almost, as well as the mango sticky rice and both desserts were tasty. The environment is comfy and nice, not a huge restaurant but it's like a long walkway with tables. There's parking in the back as well as some street parking out front on Colorado, just past Glendale High. Would come back again to try more.

It's our first time eating here and was recommended by my nail artist so we had to check it out! The ambience and music is super cute w/ a chill vibe! I love their papaya salad w/ the roasted peanuts. The pad thai and seafood fried rice were amazing.. and the mango & sticky rice was delicious! I'd get the fried fish again but would probably get the sauce on the side to keep the fish crunchy! We're def coming back and bringing my folks here. Shout out to our awesome server PK!

It's super clean but without feeling steril. When we sat down, we noticed a nice woman with her mom who was celebrating her 95th birthday and we sat next to them. They were both very sweet and mentioned the items they got and how good everything was. We basically mirrored their dishes and were not disappointed by our choices. Generally, when you're at a Thai restaurant, you can't go wrong when you take advantage of suggestions given to you by two beautiful Thai people. We started off with an appetizer called "Gold Rush" which are 6 crispy, yet chewy wontons that are cooked until golden and then the dipping sauce was a tangy soy vinaigrette which I initially wished had not been taken away with our plates when we were done but any concern I had was soon forgotten when the other dishes came out because everything was so well seasoned that I never once thought, "I wish I still had some of that dipping sauce". We ordered the Laab Chicken which I always crave because so many Thai restaurants don't serve it. But Spice Season offers it and that might have been my favorite dish. I always order it without the rice powder because I don't like the powdery ground rice. I think it's a distraction from everything else in the dish. Our server didn't blink an eye when I asked that it not be included. Next, we ordered the Pad Thai. It was delicious. The noodles are thinner rice noodles (like angel hair) than what I have typically experienced (more like the size of linguini) but I loved the dish overall, would not change a thing and will definitely order it again. Blazing Basil Beef was the next dish that came out. The beef was super tender that night but it did not heat up well the next day. It got tough, even though I heated it up using a very low microwave power setting. This was in no way a reflection on how they cooked this dish because it was perfect when it came out. I will try the Heaven Scent next time or Spice Season Steak in lieu of Blazing Basil but that is not to say I would never order it again - far from it - but we are excited to try other dishes as I have noted further below. Rounded everything out with the Pineapple Fried Rice which I crave just as much as Laab but I'm usually nervous to try it because so many times the rice doesn't have any flavor, or not enough pineapple juice but not the case here! It was delicious! D'oh! I forgot to mention the Matcha Cheesecake which was heavenly. It took me several days to finish that off and unlike the Blazing Basil, it held up fantastically in the fridge for the next few days which is how long it took me to finish it off. Honestly, everything we tried was incredibly fresh, bursting with different flavors and cooked the way we enjoy our Thai food. We were not rushed, and the person who took our order said that we had ordered plenty of food which I appreciated - we do tend to over-order but that's because we eat the leftovers but I thought it was nice that she gave me the "that's probably enough" sign. Last thing I will mention just to help others on the spicy scale, we love our Thai food spicy. I read some reviews where people said the food was not spicy enough. We told our server that we like spicy and that we would leave it up to her - she said that everything would be a 4 out of 5 on the spice scale and while it was perfect for me, my husband thought it was just a tad too spicy but I think he's just out of practice. ;) We will probably go with 3 out of 5 next time, unless I'm alone. Then I would go back to 4 on the spice scale! I'm excited to try the Papaya Salad, Lime Steak Salad, Tom-Yum Fried Rice, Heaven Scent, and Lemongrass Soup. They definitely have a wide variety of food offerings, including things I've never heard of or seen. Something for everyone!

The cuisine overall was good, but certainly not elite. However, there is one major exception: the Crab Fried Rice. This dish was truly exceptional and single-handedly justifies a four-star rating. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly executed--an absolute must-try that saves the meal. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal was distinctly average. The Yellow Curry was just that: average. I've definitely had richer, more complex versions elsewhere. The Egg Rolls were the biggest disappointment and desperately need work. They lacked any real flavor depth, making me question if this is simply how Thai-style egg rolls are prepared, or if the recipe is just weak. Crucially, the accompanying sauce did nothing to elevate the bland filling. On the positive side, the service was attentive and the ambiance was genuinely "kozy," living up to the name. The main practical drawback is the parking situation. While validation is offered for a somewhat distant structure, we opted to pay for metered parking right in front for sheer convenience.
