    Chicken pad woosen

We had seen that this place was closing on social media and decided to come check it out. I had placed an online order for pickup on a Friday at 7:30. I figured I would be there by 8pm to get the food. When I arrived, I noticed it was a cute, small intimate restaurant. I saw a large party right in the middle of the dining room with a whole lot of wine on the table. Apparently this place is BYOB, very good to know. One of the women working saw me at the register and asked what the name was for the order, once I told her my name she told me it wasn't done yet and it was going to be a wait. I was in no rush, so I sat and waited. While I waited I saw that large table of people order so many plates, it seemed like they ordered one of everything on the menu and just shared. The portions were definitely big enough to do so. Long story short, I waited 45 minutes for my food but it was fresh. I had a 10 minute drive home and the food was still very hot by the time I made it. The calamari was so crispy and the batter was delicious, it also came with a sauce to dip in and that just went well with it. The pad Thai was so full in the container, the servings are more than enough to share. My pad woosen was probably the best I've had. I couldn't get enough of it. The 45 minute wait was well worth it and I would wait that long every time to get great food like that. Let me telllll you, that mango sticky rice really rounded up the whole meal perfectly. I had zero complaints, and I even had enough for leftovers the next day, which was still very good the day after. I've also thought about this place everyday this week. lol I'm ready to go back and enjoy it all over again. Please go try this place out if you have the chance, it's worth your time and money.

Another home run by Thai Soon and none too soon, as I needed veggies after a week at the beach. This little place run by three generations is no fuss, priced right,Thai. I would come more often but, it's one of those outta sight outta mind across town deals. You need to saddle your horse and... Go!

Wow. Just... wow. Hands down the best Thai food I've had in Dallas. Tucked away off Coit near Beltline, this little spot is an absolute gem. The owner was incredibly kind and even came out to chat with me--turns out, this is the oldest Thai restaurant in Dallas! Her mom started it decades ago, and now she's proudly carrying on the family tradition. I had the soup and the Pad Kee Mow today, and let me tell you... WOWWWWW. I'm still licking my lips as I write this. Bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and the kind of heat that hits just right. You can taste the love in every bite. If you're craving Thai, this place is a must.

I think this is a pretty solid Thai spot in the area that seems like it's been around for a while. We ordered the corn patties and the pad see ew! The corn patties were a unique item that I haven't seen in the menu at other Thai places so I was excited to try them, and I think they were pretty good, but a little bit dry as well as under seasoned. The pad see ew was solid, I don't think it stands out from the others I've tried in the nearby areas, but it was still good! It's very cozy inside the restaurant and would be a great place for a casual meal.

We were looking for a place for dinner before movie night and found this place 10 mins away from theater. Place was busy with couple of empty tables. The lady in the front was busy scrambling food and other stuff to the tables . Took her 5 mins to seat us down event though there were empty tables Took them sometime to get our water orders and food orders. Food took a while as well. We ordered Pad Kee Mow with Chicken spice level 4 and Chan Noodles with Tofu spice level 5. Both of them were served hot and tasted very delicious! Although I would level 5 for Pad kee mow next time.

This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in the DFW area. They have great portion sizes and everything tastes very authentic. The most special thing about the place is their variety of meat options and you can pair any meat with any of their entrees. There's even squid! Which tasted marvelously with my pad kee mow. I'd also recommend the corn patties and the mango sticky rice.

I particularly loved my pad Thai with chicken and tofu, it had a really great flavor! I asked for medium spice but I didn't find it spicy. Massaman curry was also really good and chock full of veggies! They also had many appetizers and drinks on Happy Hour which I believe went until 7 pm. Appetizers seemed to be $2 off, I didn't look closely at the drinks but it was basic cocktails. They did have an extensive cocktail list that looked very good! I will happily return here!

The meat-to-noodle ratio was solid, the veggies were plentiful, and the flavor was balanced and satisfying. The dining area felt clean and welcoming, and the server was attentive without hovering. Food came out quickly, which I appreciated. The crab rangoons were another highlight -- thick, flavorful, and genuinely delicious. The Pad Thai stood out, too. So many places drown it in that ketchup-y sweetness, but here the flavor was subtle, clean, and layered. Simple but still complex in a really good way.

I ordered the basil fried rice (spice level 2) and the pork fried crispy rolls. The spice level 2 gave the rice a subtle kick - noticeable but not overwhelming - which is just the way I like it. The basil fried rice was packed with egg, bamboo shoots, baby corn, mushrooms, bell peppers, white onions, fresh basil, and garlic. The flavors were balanced, and the portion size was VERY generous - this was way more than single meal for me. The crispy pork rolls were also very good. They were filled with pork, green onions, glass noodles, carrots, white onions, and cabbage, and served with a thin sweet & sour sauce that complemented them nicely without being too heavy. Even though I ordered them as an appetizer, they arrived midway through my meal, so not the best timing. The fountain machine wasn't working, so drinks were $2.50 for a can of soda with no refills. That felt a bit steep for a canned drink. I count that as a downside of the visit. Overall, the food was flavorful and generously portioned. With small improvements on the drink situation and meal timing, it could easily be a 5-star experience.

Place is small but, they accommodated us and lots of people were picking up to/go orders. This place is happening on a busy Saturday-with people dining in and taking out delicious boba teas.
