I might be completely wrong, but this is one of the few (possibly only -- until I explore more) places that offer a Lao-style papaya salad. 2) Service was great, the ladies are very friendly and kind. 3) At first I was super excited by the pork rinds as a side option for the pho... I'm used to this with pho at home, but have encountered it only a handful of times at restaurants. However, it was a bit disappointing to me about the flavor of the pork rind. I ended up not eating most of them. I don't know how to describe it, whether the work is gamey or too "porky" if any of that makes sense. My wife and I recently made a second visit to Thai Thai Sushi because we wanted to branch out and try some new items--and we're really glad we did. We started with the crab rangoon, which was perfectly fried and absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside with a flavorful, creamy filling--definitely a great way to kick things off. My wife ordered the chicken pho and really enjoyed it. The broth had great flavor, though it wasn't very spicy--but that's an easy fix since they offer plenty of options to turn up the heat to your liking. I went with the chicken pad thai, and it did not disappoint. The portion size was just right, and the flavor was spot on. I ordered it medium spice, but it leaned more on the mild side. If you're like me and enjoy a little more kick, I'd recommend ordering medium and asking for chili oil on the side so you can adjust the heat yourself. One thing that really stood out again was the service. The ladies working there are incredibly kind and patient. We noticed they were handling a steady flow of carryout orders, but every customer--whether dining in or picking up--was treated with genuine warmth and respect. We'll definitely be back. Second time eating here since the change over ownership and I gotta say, I'm loving it! So bright and welcoming. Staff is super friendly. Much cleaner than it previously appeared. Food is fabulous. Amazing appetizers. Thai tea is the bomb. All the food we have tried here has been delicious. This could easily slide right on in to a favorite of ours, especially because it's in our area. Checked this place out recently since it's close to home. The variety of Asian food options is great. They offer Thai food, Japanese, Sushi, and even Pho. I definitely recommend sticking with the hot foods though. We ordered the Thai spicy sausage, Grapow fried rice, and crazy plate sashimi. The sausage was tasty and had a nice lemongrass flavor and we like the fried rice and the addition of fried egg on top. The sashimi plate however was underwhelming especially for 54 dollars. You will not get full off of this and the fish did not seem fresh. The albacore was very dry and the octopus was very rubbery and looked a bit discolored. We ate all of it but was definitely scared with every bite. Not sure if it wasn't fresh because it was late in the day or what but not something we will order again. read more

A new place in the Northland. They have a lot on their menu and I like the dishes we ordered except the sushi platter. It wasn't as fresh as I would have like it. Fantastic New Restaurant, Flavorful Food, Delightful Staff! After hearing about the new ownership, we wanted to try out this new Northland Gem. The flavors are delicious and we mixed up our usual order. We started with a sushi roll and the Beef Skewer as appetizers. Our server said the Chrysanthemum Hot Tea was her favorite, and it's now my favorite too! For entrees, we ordered the Red Duck Curry, Boat Noodle Soup ( with Beef ), and Krapow Moo Krab ( pork belly, thai basil, bell peppers, topped with an egg ). Everything was delicious! The ambience is upscale casual. Every table covered ( floral vinyl ) and the decor is tasteful without being over the top. For dessert we shared the Roti woth Taro Iced Cream. read more

Stopped by for some Pad Thai, and found much more! The Pad Thai was delicious, but paled in comparison to the Beef Garlic Pepper Stir Fry! This was hands down the best stir fry I have ever had! The Jalepeno Bombs are delicious as well. Very unique take on a Jalapeño popper. read more

Food was delicious. Had Penang Curry. One of my absolute favorite Thai Dishes. It's kind of one of those things I used to determine the caliber of restaurant and dining at. This place did not disappoint! If you're on the way to or from the airport and you're starving, I highly suggest you try this place out. Don't be alarmed by the external appearance of the building. We were longtime fans of this restaurant, so we were excited to see a similar menu after the ownership change. Unfortunately, the food quality and flavors were noticeably different from before. Our to-go order was also about 30 minutes late, and we had to wait inside the restaurant, which wasn't ideal. This was our first time and it was amazing, the crab rangoons are thin, and packed a flavorful punch, and there was a good quantity. Yellow curry was perfect and the orange chicken had a good texture. But don't miss out on there amazing mango sticky rice! This nailed my wife's pregnancy cravings.
