    Prik king with beef
    Peter M.

Thai Valley, as the name suggests, is a SFV Thai restaurant, that has been around for a long time. It is an intimate dining space in a small strip mall. Its hours are limited, compared to pre pandemic days. We came here for dinner. The first plate on the table was the Pad Prik with chicken. Beans still had their green color and crunch and the chicken pieces were tender. The sauce had enough of oil (a must in my opinion), to inject a satisfying taste of spices. The Chili Fish came next, Claimed to be Sole filet (these were medium sized long pieces) dipped in batter, then lightly fried and topped with red curry sauce, coconut milk, string beans (a few), and bell pepper (a few). What was unique here, there was no gravy. Instead, each piece of battered fish was thickly coated in the sauce concotion. Don't get me wrong, it was a wonderful dish, with intense fragrance. A side cucumber salad and steamed rice, capped the meal. Excellent service.

First time coming here for lunch at work. I ordered the pad see ew with beef and all I gotta say is the pad see ew was pretty solid. Beef was perfectly cooked noodles were tender and broccoli was crunchy. I'll be back again to try out other stuff they have to offer.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant and I am glad I did. I ordered Pad Thai with vegetables and I was pleased with my food, it was really tasty. The service is really good and welcoming, which is very important when trying out a new place. I ordered to go but stayed a few minutes waiting for my order and noticed it's clean, spacious and homely. I'll definitely visit again!

As soon as you walk in this restaurant is so nice and cozy. It's cleaned and the decor is cute. I had the lunch special of pad Thai with chicken and it was delicious. Very filling. The Thai tea was delicious and cold. Very friendly staff. The food was brought out very fast. Definitely will come back and try something else. The food was delicious.

They're open for take out. It's pretty good. Prices are decent. I spent $47 but I got 4 meals out of it. The peanut sauce and sate chicken was great. I saw so many pics of the egg plant ground chicken so I ordered it. The portion was huge! It was my favorite. The pad Thai wasn't too saucy. The portion of the fried rice was also huge. Looks like they have great lunch specials. Can't wait to come back on Friday. Support this local small business or we'll end up with corporate asian food. Blah I uploaded the latest menu. There's so much more than the pictures show.

Best Thai food in the neighborhood. Everything they make is good. We usually get the curry and their noodle dishes.

We were so hungry for Thai food and ordered about 3-4 items. Spoiler alert, we could not finish everything but it was all so good and delicious!!! I complemented my meal with a small Thai iced tea and it had a great blend with strong taste of their condensed milk. The plates were all so delicious and so good. I wanted beef jerky, a dish I always order from thai restaurants but I couldn't find it on the menu. Luckily there was such a thing when I ordered!!! The beef jerky was chewy and not super hard when I bit it. The meat was good quality, it was a bit like steak to be honest!!! The fried rice was also just regular order but it was so tasty, buttery, and yummy. I loved the honey roasted ribs because it was so tender and flavorful. The panang curry was also super super good. I don't usually enjoy curry like that because it gets too spicy but the mild level was perfect for my taste buds and so good and creamy with the chicken we ordered for it. The white rice it came with would be doused with the curry sauce/stew and it would just be an amazing combo of flavors!!!! I would definitely recommend this spot, and would be excited to come back here for more for even hangouts with friends.

Green and red bell peppers were flash sautéed with crunchiness, and onion slices caramelized with a touch of crispness, flecks of crushed red chiles. 2) Mi Krob: Towering Mound of thin rice noodles quick fried for crispy puffiness tossed in a sweet chile, thickened sauce. Fried dry Tōfu, bits of airy fried egg, pieces of shrimp, chopped green onions, red bellpepper slices, refreshingly watery crunchy bean sprouts. 3) Angel Wings: Pleasantly light, crunchy Panko Japanese bread crumb coating. The chicken meat filling in the deboned chicken wing is ultra puréed to the point it's a solid, gummy pâté where you can't distinguish the different ingredients. Cubed Cucumber sweet, acidic vinegar sauce, and sweet, thickened Thai chile sauce are the accompaniments. . 4) Pad Si Yu: Mostly similar ingredients as the Pad Ki Mao but without the aromatic Thai basil, and a sweet soy sauce is used for touch of fermented earthiness. Florets of al dente broccoli. To me, the flavours are duller than the exemplary Pad Ki Mao. Main dining room along with covered back patio seating. Wide window to view what's happening in the kitchen for tables near the front entrance. Good overall Thai food. 4- stars

We came inside and we didn't expect how nice the inside would look. The AC was strong and we sat down and ordered different plates. They were family-styled servings but they exceeded all of our expectations! We got the Tom Kha Kai in large. We asked for a little bit of spice, and everyone in the party found it to be sweet rather than spicy (not me though, I thought it was a nice kick.). The soup had a great amount of mushrooms and protein. We were very happy!!! We got the crab fried rice and the combination fried rice. Both were extremely tasty and delicious. The yellow curry with chicken was in a larger plate than we expected and the creaminess of the plate was thick and delicious. The Pad See Ew here had a chewy and yummy texture, with just enough flavor. Ambiance was relaxing music at night, and overall was a good end to our night. Looks like this spot is popping on online orders too!!! Thank you to the staff.

I'd seen JTC for many years but, if I'm being honest, figured it would be overpriced, given its location. I tried ordering ahead via their website, but ended up calling so I could customize the order. I wanted JUST the pad see ew, no protein added, which wasn't an option on the website. Not a problem when I called. The gentleman who answered confirmed exactly what I wanted. When I arrived, the parking lot was a bit chaotic bcuz 7pm on a Saturday, in a plaza with lots of dining options, what could I expect? But I found a 10 min spot open and walked in to grab my order, which was waiting for me. A quick peak inside revealed the lovely appointed tables and pleasant decor I would be skipping for pjs and a couch. So, for what I wanted, it was fine. I appreciated that I could order my noodles w/o protein. A plate of wide rice noodles, some broccoli. Done. Added my Costco chicken and a little Mae Ploy sauce and I was satisfied. Cheers! "CC"
