    15. Spicy Noodles and 10. Pad Thai Noodlesthai
    Bianka G.

Ordered takeout and it was quick and food arrived hot. The spicy noodles (drunken noodles) were spicy and the mint gave it some freshness. The pad Thai noodles came with chicken and plump shrimp. They had a good amount of sauce and were not dried out or bland. These two dishes really hit the mark for me and I will be ordering again.

Location 3: In Granada Hills California, Southwest corner of Balboa and Devonshire in a strip mall, shared with a dive bar and Dennys! Limited parking on the lot upfront with a bit more in the back. You can also look for street parking. No valet or paid structures nearby. Venue 3.5: [[HIGHLIGHT]]Basic run of the mill, air-conditioned facilities on the small-mid size, with indoor tables and booths. No outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service 3.5: Always courteous and to the point. Drinks 4: Beer (bottle only), wine, sake, Thai Iced Tea, Thai Iced Coffee, American Iced Tea, Hot Tea, Lemonade and soft drinks. The Thai Iced Tea and Thai Iced coffee are pretty good and recommended. Food 4: Huge menu of soups, salads, appetizers, curries, noodles, Thai barbecue, and assorted fried rice. They also have lunch specials. The curries and noodles are excellent. We usually order the Tom Kha Kai (chicken in coconut milk) soup, the yellow, green or Penang curries, the drunken noodles (a.k.a. Pad Kee Mao, off menu), Pad Thai, the Spicy (Whole) Fish, and the Roti bread. You can always pick one of the many combinations if you cannot decide on one dish. The Last Word 4: A solid, reliable, zero-hype, laid back, comfort food destination for my family. Highly recommended.

Spicy Noodles/Pad Kee Mao, to be honest I love there noodles more than the one I tried in Thailand Chicken BBQ the chicken is good too, but nothing special for me

Tom yum noodles: crispy pork, crab leg, large shrimp, fresh squid, pork meatballs and eggs. Excellent!

Great Thai restaurant! Rincome Thai has been around for 35 years or so in the valley (Northridge). Their food is EXCELLENT! They specialize in central Thai food, so nothing too exotic if you are familiar with the cuisine. Sure they cater to Farangs (Google the meaning), but they also keep the flavors as traditional Thai as possible meaning the flavors are BOLD and not toned down to suite western palates. Quality ingredients are used and portions are HUGE! Lunch specials are available from 11am- 3pm like most Thai places;however, Rincome offers incredible "combo meals" dinner or lunch all day at affordable prices. I'm no expert on Thai food (am constantly learning), but I did grow up in the culture and spent many summers in Thailand. Food is great here along with the service! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is so cute, peaceful, and comfy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking located in a mini-mall situation typical of San Fernando Valley. Credit and Cash accepted no Apple Pay.

Cute little heart stopper on top of Thai tea. Soooo delicious !

I love Rincome Thai food! I've been ordering from here for years. Staff is very friendly. Dine in or take out. Food is so delicious and portions are enough for 2 people. Beef salad is one of my favorites here. Thai tea is delicious with crushed ice. Food has stayed pretty consistent over the years. Parking can be a bit of a challenge depending on the day and time you come. I highly recommend giving them a try!

This spot shares the parking lot with several other stores, but parking isn't bad--you can usually find a spot if you go all the way to the back. The portions are HUGE and the prices are very reasonable. They offer both lunch and dinner combos, which is always a win. This was actually my second time ordering from them. The first time, I went through Yelp delivery, but tonight, I decided to stop by in person. The staff inside was super lovely and welcoming. Food-wise, I'm impressed! The spicy eggplant with pork is a must--so flavorful. Tonight, I tried the crab fried rice, Thai-style fried chicken, and the Thai BBQ chicken combo. Everything was tasty, and I'm definitely a fan now. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was busy when I came in, but there was no loud music playing--just people having conversations amongst themselves.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I noticed that their menu insert mentions that if your total is $60+ (before tax), you get a free item. My bill qualified, but I didn't get a free appetizer--maybe I needed to ask for it? It's just something to keep in mind. Overall, delicious food, generous portions, and friendly service. I'll for sure be back!

In the area and hungry for Thai! Great lunch specials for one with leftovers to take home. My Pad See-eww was delicious, I just couldn't eat it all in one sitting. Even though it's a small location and they are really busy with takeout orders service was great. I would definitely come back.

I took my SIL here for a belated birthday lunch, completely forgetting that it was Father's Day. The place was packed, but we were seated right away. Our waters were quickly brought to our table and Windy took our order. As busy as this place was, they have fine tuned the art of flowing through the restaurant and running it so smoothly and efficiently, it seems effortless. Our meals came. My SIL got the yellow curry Father's Day special that included yellow curry chicken, rice, and a plate of two chicken sates, two potstickers and two egg rolls. I got the Pat Thai lunch with the egg roll and salad. Everything was delicious. And I have extra for tomorrow. I'm so glad we were able to enjoy our lunch and such wonderful food. Even though it was busy, we were checked on and everyone was enjoying time with their families. I truly love this place. Windy and the other people who work here are friendly and kind. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you're looking for delicious food and a friendly atmosphere, stop in! You won't be disappointed![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I ordered the spicy chicken and it was tasty, Although they forgot to put cashew nuts which was supposed to be in here, the vegetables made up for it so I'm still happy. I've been here many times but stopped coming here after Covid because the quality didn't seem the same but it seems they have improved (like when they first opened) because the last few times I've been here recently it's been great. Their pad Thai is good also. I hope they stay consistent and keep up the good cooking. I'll definitely be back!

I have said this before. Rincome is one of the best, if not the best Thai restaurant in the SFV. I have been going here for decades and their service and offerings have never disappointed me. There was only one time, with a carry out and in that rare event, they provided high class service. When I long for Rincome, it is a mix between dine in and carry out. There are many favorite dishes, but I lean towards their #25 lunch special, the Spicy Fish. The menu states that it is a red snapper, but while the fish itself is tender and moist, it does not have the snapper texture. So I inquired and asked the server what was this fish? First she said it was a fillet. I said yes, I knew that, as per the order. But what is the fish, I asked for a second time. She said it was Swai, and when I asked for clarification, she assured me that it is Thai for Red snapper. So I did sone homework. This does not seem to be accurate. Swai, is a type of farmed catfish from South East Asia. It is generally exported frozen from that region (and much cheaper, than red snapper). Anyway, that dish has always been my favorite. While the sauce that covers the deep fried fish fillet has too much gelatin, it is still intoxicating. A good mix of spices, flavor and crisp vegetables of onions, peppers, manifesting in color and optics. But Rincome needs to modify the description of their menu items. Be more straightforward with their customers, as to what type of fish is really on their menu. Their lunch special salad is doused with peanut sauce so thick it killed the salad....peanut sauce is for satay. When I asked for Thai chili with fish sauce, they said yeah we have it and they gave me jalapeños instead, in vinegar. See my pictures. Tell me, do I look dumb?

    Jim B.

We always stop here when we want great Thai food. They have reasonably priced lunch specials. Their food is amazing and they have many, many choices. We typically share the Pad Thai noodles with an egg roll. Today we shared the fried dumplings. Everything was excellent!!

I'm Laotian myself so it's always nice to support a small business like this. When we came during the evening, they had a lot of parking in the plaza so I just parked in the front of the restaurant. They were getting their windows tinted so there were works doing some work in the dining room. The restaurant was also busy too so it took like maybe 10 minutes to get seated. We started off with water, my wife with her Thai Tea and she also wanted the egg rolls. After our waitress brought it out, my wife ordered the chicken pho and I got the boat noodle. Our food didn't take long to come out, my wife chicken pho came out first and then my boat noodle came like 5 minutes afterwards. You get a great portion of noodles and meat on both soup. I had to ask for lemon for my wife since they didn't one to the table and also for the Sriracha sauce. I thought the boat noodle was delicious here and my wife loved her chicken pho. I highly recommend ordering it medium spice, or even hot, don't do mild. The fried rice was just ok. It didn't have anything that made it special, it didn't hit the spot. It was just a regular fried rice. The noodles, hand made, fresh, and hand-cut, were awesome! The broth had a great flavor, everything came together in perfect harmony. Make sure to order this. We were so hungry for Thai food and ordered about 3-4 items. Spoiler alert, we could not finish everything but it was all so good and delicious!!! I complemented my meal with a small Thai iced tea and it had a great blend with strong taste of their condensed milk. The plates were all so delicious and so good. I wanted beef jerky, a dish I always order from thai restaurants but I couldn't find it on the menu. Luckily there was such a thing when I ordered!!! The beef jerky was chewy and not super hard when I bit it. The meat was good quality, it was a bit like steak to be honest!!! The fried rice was also just regular order but it was so tasty, buttery, and yummy. I loved the honey roasted ribs because it was so tender and flavorful. The panang curry was also super super good. I don't usually enjoy curry like that because it gets too spicy but the mild level was perfect for my taste buds and so good and creamy with the chicken we ordered for it. The white rice it came with would be doused with the curry sauce/stew and it would just be an amazing combo of flavors!!!! I would definitely recommend this spot, and would be excited to come back here for more for even hangouts with friends.

I love the crispy edges of kai jiew, really can't get enough of it. This place has two kinds though: thai omelette (which looks like a common omelette but with ground meat inside and a brown sauce), and scrambled eggs (which looks like the 'thai omelette' that i've known from other thai places). Kai jiew / kai jeaw / khai jiao / kai jiaw (scrambled eggs) -- if you like those fluffy, crispy fried eggs that are mostly called thai omelette at other places, this is the one you want. They're not as crispy, but still fluffy and full of flavor. They're a bit pricey though, which i find a little weird since this is normally one of the cheapest dishes at most thai places. Thai omelette -- this egg dish is one i've only seen at this place. It's more like egg foo young than the thai omelette that i know. Still flavorful though. Crab fried rice -- one of the best! It might not be as full of crab aroma, but this is the only place where i found a balance in fried rice as both an entree and a side dish. Usually fried rice is either flavorful enough to be an entree, or slightly bland and best as a side. But Khun Dang's is the perfect middle ground: flavorful enough as an entree, but not so strong that it overpowers your main dish if you decide to eat it as a side. Chicken fried wonton -- nicely crispy, such a joy to bite into! Thai ice tea -- not bad, pretty okay. Not too sweet, and not the "packaged mix" kind. Thai ice coffee -- strong, reminds me of vietnamese coffee (in all the good ways). Service was warm and friendly. Got my order in half an hour, which is pretty good considering they were packed for sunday lunch. The place is nice for hanging out and chatting when it's not packed, but even when it is, the tables aren't arranged too tightly. The price point is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality and portions reflect it.
