The food was good but the wait time ridiculous. We waited 45 minutes to get seated then another 45 to get our food. At one time I counted 6 tables waiting to be cleaned off. The workers seemed busy but inefficient. One person would start to clean a table then leave it for 15 or so minutes. The floor was very dirty. I would not recommend this place. read more

Found this little hometown Gem for breakfast while visiting Prescott. There was a little bit of a wait but it was soo worth it. The Apple pancakes were to die for and the home made corned beef and hash was delicious as well. The three ladies that were running the front were on top of it and Nova was super nice and friendly. We would definitely come here again. The price was decent and the portions were huge. Couldn't get a picture of hubby's corned beef and hash because he dove in right away. We are from out of town. We came here because a recommendation from our daughter who is a student at at Embry Riddle. We walked in and greeted and told to sit wherever we liked. We instantly like the cozy atmosphere. We didn't know what we wanted to eat. Julianna was informative, and patient. We received exceptional service from everyone. My wife decided to get a bacon and cheese omelette and I got a omelette with corned beef hash and swiss cheese. Then we ordered the Apple cinnamon pancakes. Everything was delicious! My husband and I stopped in for a late breakfast on Sunday. The place was packed and there was a 30 minute wait. We understood being that it's Prescott... for breakfast... on a weekend. We received our drinks quickly and the waitress took our order. It looked like they were pretty short staffed in both wait staff and kitchen but we patiently waited for our food. It took about 35 minutes to get our food. Once the food came, it looked tasty. We ordered the Apple Mary and green chili and cheddar omelet. The apple filled crepe was absolutely delicious! They may have gone a little overboard on the whipped topping, but imagine warm apple pie filling folded gently into multiple crepes and dusted with cinnamon. The omelet had an overflowing amount of green chilis (which is exactly what I had hoped for.) The potatoes were crunchy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. The bacon was thick and smoky with crispy edges. We finished the crepes and almost finished the omelet. Service was friendly. Minus the wait time, the food was worth the wait. read more

They maintain they're 3 star status, maybe leaning more towards 2 stars but the biscuits and gravy saved the day. They served the veggie omelet with no cook on the veggies (as if they cooked the eggs alone and then stuffed it with raw veggies) and included the cheese that we asked not to have. Up charged us for adding spinach even though we excluded the Toni's to and cheese. A big miss on cooking the medium eggs or pancake to order. Really wanted to have a good experience and have this be our new place, but sadly will not be returning any time soon. read more

Not worth the wait. I ordered the Denver omelet & the mark's potatoes and toast. The mark's potatoes were already seasoned with season salt and I wasn't aware of this so I lightly salted them and I then couldn't eat them because they were way too salty. I asked for my omelet to be well done and it wasn't. Also ask for butter because they are afraid to put any on your toast. Coffee was ok but nothing to write home about. Only had two waitresses and we sat down and waited a good 20 minutes before we placed our order. Sorry but we won't be back. read more

Drove 2 1/2 hours to take my mom to Prescott and have some lunch. Saw this place on google before leaving my house and we were both exciting to give this place a try. Online they posted that they close at 2pm but they closed early on the day we arrived. My mom and I walked in at 1:01pm with two gals cleaning up and were told they were closed. I informed them we drove from Mesa just to try their spot and they informed me they were already cleaning the flat top and there was nothing they could do. We came for the city but were just disappointed after looking forward to and talking about the menu for a portion of our 2+ hour drive. Maybe put on your website that you might close early on slow days to avoid confusion in the future. read more

Highly disappointed! We've eaten here in the past and it was good so I'm not sure what happened but it was NOT! To be specific, I ordered my bacon a LITTLE crispy and everything came way overdone. The bacon was so done it was like very stiff cardboard with no flavor. The hash browns were so crispy you couldn't get them to stay on the fork. Plus we had to wait 25 min for a table when there were several open tables. I guess they are short staffed like everyone else. Which would have been ok if the food was good. We will not be back. The service was pretty awful! I'm not a complainer, but damn. I ordered a waffle and a light breakfast. My husband ordered eggs and sausage. We got there early before it was busy. It took 45 mins, and finally we asked if they could check on our breakfast. The sever brought out a waffle- burnt to a crisp. I looked at it and said it was burnt. Instead of taking it back, she told me that's how people like them (thus placing the blame on ME for not wanting a burnt waffle). She brought out the rest of our breakfast, except my biscuit. I asked if she could check on my biscuit and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Overall I'd say the food was sub-par at best. The breakfast potatoes were raw in places. The spiced apples for the waffle were gooey and the consistency of raw eggs. At the end of our meal, another server came to talk to us and said "it's sounds like you've had a bad experience. Come again"! They charged us full price for everything. We will not be returning. read more

Went in to try the Apple Pan again after a couple of years. Walked in and the place was quiet, four other tables in service. Waitress told me to pick a seat, which I did, and that was the last interaction I had with any staff at this restaurant. After ten minutes I got up and left and no employees were in the dining room. I won't be back and am currently eating down the road at the Dinner Bell. Finally made time to try this place out this morning. We got there and had a 10 minute wait, which was not an issue at all. We were seated and got our drinks, then placed our order, which was one of their breakfast specials, biscuits & gravy with a side of two eggs & 2 sausage patties. After waiting for an hour and 10 minutes, and seeing everyone that came in behind us get their food, we got up and left. The place wasn't even busy. The table next to us got up and left and said their pancakes were "so-so" and wouldn't be back. How hard is it to prepare a "breakfast special" and biscuits & gravy? The one time we try this place and it was a total let down. We try to help small businesses here in Prescott, but this isn't one of them. We will never be back. Came here for a quick breakfast before I had to make a long drive to go to Phoenix Sky Harbor and they did not disappoint! We came on Easter Sunday at around 7:15am and we sat anywhere. It was pretty empty, but don't let that fool you- 30 minutes later, and it was filling up with probably 5 or more families. Our food cane within 5 minutes of us ordering and it was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly to my liking and it came with 4 strips of bacon. The french toast was decently good, nothing too special, but the prices AND service of this restaurant are unbeatable.
