This spot just opened up a few months ago and is still working out some details, yet is definitely worth using for a Friday Pizza Night pick up! Staff were friendly and helpful. It took about 20 minutes to get our food and we were there around 5 before the crowd began, yet the staff were attentive and apologetic. Our pizzas were delicious, soft pillowy crust, stretchy delicious cheese and quality toppings. Everything came in takeout boxes so this is more of a takeaway than eat at spot as of now, yet there are a few tables inside and a patio with tables and umbrellas outside as well. The place was clean and smelled deliciously like garlic bread. We will be back and next time will most likely get it to go.

A Build You Own Pizza; Double Pepperoni, Sausage, Salami, Mushrooms and Onion. Crisped it up for a few minutes in the oven at home.

Really nice and friendly local pizza joint at The Village in Port Ludlow. Good deal too. Best Pizza place within 20 miles guaranteed.

First time trying out a very good pizza. I got "the egg and I" which is got a lot of meat toppings to it. Definitely a great one if you were a carnivore service was quick and convenient not a lot of people in the restaurant but a lot of people getting takeout.

It's a decent place - glad to have this option nearby. I'd give them an extra star if the sauce was just a little bit tastier.

Great pizza with ample toppings. Nice staff. Id give them 5 stars but they forgot the marinara for the bread sticks.

This place meets all the criteria. Their pasta dishes and salads are fantastic as well. It's the only place we go for pizza. So why the 3 stars? The service. No one there seems to be in charge. If there is an issue, the employees just pass the buck. Tonight, the heating system was blowing cold air conditioning. Not only us, but several of the patrons there were noticeably cold. We were not the only ones that relocated to a table that wasn't in the direct path of the mini split units. It was 51degrees outside on a cloudy wet day, no reason for the AC to be running. When we asked to have the heat turned up we were told that the owner was the only one that knows how to operate the units. We overheard another staff member tell a customer that they weren't allowed to touch it. Either way, both responses are unacceptable. This is just one example. We have been seated next to a bussing area, dirty glassware literally being stacked next to my wife while seated at the bar. Slow table service is the norm as well. Tables are often missing the necessary silverware, food delivered without plates. Easy stuff to clean up if there was good management. But alas. The beverages (or lack thereof). They have a few beers on tap. Some wine. 40 feet of shelving at the bar and about 8 bottles sitting on them, just the few they need to make their signature cocktails. Nothing else. We actually like to avoid alcohol these days. But here that means we are having ice tea or soda. I ask about N/A beer and they offer Ginger beer. Really? Pretty sad considering all the fine N/A options out there today. It seems this place is riding solely on the reputation of the owner, who teaches at the NW pizza academy (or something like that) and won a prestigious award in Rome. Nice accolades to be sure. But they don't translate well to operating a restaurant and it shows. If you are looking for possibly the best pizza you've had in a long while, or maybe ever, by all means stop by and enjoy. But if you are looking for a quality experience dining out that doesn't disappoint you may want to move on to another spot.

Although there could have been a little more chicken, all the flavors were well-balanced and worked beautifully together. I especially enjoyed the addition of feta. The crust had an amazing sourdough flavor. I love that they use such an old sourdough starter and follow a five-day process--it really shows in the taste and texture. The pizza is also a great size and could easily feed four hungry people, or up to six people with smaller appetites. I visited on a Saturday and waited about 30 minutes for my takeout order, but that was understandable since the pizzas are made to order. The cashier was very friendly while taking my order. My boyfriend and I had our dog with us, so we brought the pizza to a nearby park with a gazebo and table, where we enjoyed a beautiful water view. The restaurant is conveniently located near the entrance to the Kingston ferry. It's no surprise that the chef has received awards for his pizza. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return specifically for trying his other pizzas!

We ended up staying at the inn as well as dining at the restaurant, a little treat. The room we stayed in was lovely, comfortable, and spotless. Our meal at the restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Everyone at the property, from Dan, to the front desk staff, the waitstaff & host at the restaurant, to housekeeping was gracious, kind & went above and beyond to make our visit special. A special shout out to the chef, who curated a special meal for us... what a spectacular experience. I highly recommend stopping in here when you're on the peninsula, for a meal or a stay, FIVE STARS (actually 10 but it won't let me). Thank you Fireside Inn.

We saw other tables getting the same food that we ordered so it was confusing. Plus they charged us $4 per Pepsi refill and did not tell us there was a charge. Honestly with the one hour wait and horrid food they should have removed the Pepsi charges. The oyster steak was over cooked and the sauce had congealed (likely under a heat lamp), plus the sauce was burnt bitter and extremely salty. The green beans were shriveled and could not even be cut with the steak knife. My husband got the Halibut and it too was over cooked and the sauce was congealed and very salty, the lentils were mush and tasted horrible. My son got the cheese burger which he said was also salty but decent. The fries however were rock hard and cold, Not a $200 meal - definitely will not be back.

One of the front desk staff recommended El Molcajete Mexican Grill, about a 5 minute easy drive away. Parking is right out front and there is plenty of it. Handicapped too, with no stairs or steps to get in or out. Nice, clean, welcoming and I LOVED the carved Mexican diningroom chairs with the hand painted agave plants. The artwork on the walls was mighty impressive too. Very pleasant. It was not crowded the night we went and it felt like a local, "regulars" crowd. Older, with lots of experience with the giant Margaritas served. I think there was at least one at every table. Husband tried the CAMARONES A LA DIABLA ($23): grilled shrimp with hot red sauce. Served with lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, onions, rice, beans, avocado slices and tortillas. It was HUGE. The plate it was served on reminded me of the turn-table plate from a microwave oven! I tried the TACOS DE CAMARON ($23): grilled shrimp folded in three corn tortillas drenched with red sauce. Served with lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, rice, beans and avocado slices. I actually would have just ordered the regular street tacos if I had known mine was going to be drenched in red sauce. Both meals were tasty but neither of us could finish the huge portions. Staff is friendly & efficient. Food arrived very quickly too. There are two TVs on the wall, both tuned to some sporting event. I believe the sound was off as I also heard Mexican music quietly playing in the background. Nice place if this is your vibe for Mexican food (aka Tex-Mex). You won't leave hungry or unhappy, especially if you have a giant Margarita!

It was clean, but it feels like sitting in a fishbowl. Service was fast, and the margaritas were huge and very strong, which almost felt like a strategy to help you enjoy the experience more. Unfortunately, the food didn't deliver. The salsa was very bland with no kick, and the chips were barely better than bagged. One bite of the enchiladas made it seem the sauce was from a can. While the ingredients were all fresh and everything was plated and prepared nicely, it all lacked flavor. The fajitas were the same, very sweet, lacking flavor and underwhelming. Almost tasted like teriyaki sauce. It's disappointing to go out and get a meal that's worse than something you could quickly make at home. If you're coming from Poulsbo, Los Cazadores, or El Huarache are much better options.

Once upon a time the Pepperoni, the Meat Lovers, and Chicken Bacon Ranch were my favorites and I would drive 70 miles for them. Now the Pizza Stop has moved off the casino floor and into a pizza and sweets setting. The menu appears the same pizza wise with a ten to fifteen percent increase in price, no surprise here. The sad part is the pizza ingredients seem to have shrunk, from the application of the sauce, sprinkling of ingredients, to the limited layers of cheese. What was once a great deal for great pizza is now just a mediocre pizza for a greater price. I can understand inflation and corresponding prices, but nothing was improved with this move.
