    Bacon wrapped scallops!

It is "THE" place to come for dinner! Lovely ambience that isn't too loud to have a conversation while enjoying your meal. Okay now for the food!! Our appetizer was AMAZING AND SO DELICIOUS! The scallops were tender and perfectly cooked with the crispy bacon-we were sorry we didn't double the order. Our entrees were equally as delicious. I ordered the crab stuffed shrimp in a light cream sauce that wasn't overpowering the seafood. I would definitely come back again!

Now this restaurant was fabulous! Drinks were delicious, started off with chocolate martinis, which were really good. We moved onto Aji tuna and seafood, stuffed fish. The tune was gorgeous to look at as well as taste. The seafood stuffed piece of fish was outstanding. Perfectly broiled with a crispy and crunchy garlicky, crumb topping. Mashed potatoes were creamy and buttery. Our waitress from Romania was a doll! Really efficient and we didn't need to ask for anything. She provided everything we needed.

Delighted with the quality of the service and the quality of the food - asking for a table for one can be dicey but they were wonderful and I had a great experience. Someone somewhere on the internet questioned the quality of the baked, seafood-stuffed haddock but my version of the dish was a delight. Ambiance was great. No complaints, wish I lived in town and could visit more often.

The bar area is great. There's a large bar area and the bartenders know their patrons. This restaurant had many regulars and for good reason. The atmosphere is fun and the menu selection has everyone covered. The food is well thought out. I recommend the delicious ciopinno.

This is our second visit to That Place. This was part of our annual Fall girls trip up the coast & we will continue to make sure to visit annually. Second visit just as stellar as the first. Service, food, ambience - all excellent. Oh, and they have great artwork.

We came to That Place for our first-anniversary dinner, and it was great! The ambiance is lovely, and we had wonderful service and food. Unfortunately, they do not take reservations for small parties, so we were worried about getting a table, but it ended up being absolutely fine. I am sure during the busy season this may not be the case, so be sure to plan ahead! My only critique is the vegetarian options - I would have loved to see a few more veggie-friendly dishes on the menu! We ordered a salad to start that had bacon on it, even though it was not listed on the menu. Vegetarians - just be sure to ask before ordering! We will definitely be back for a future visit!

Best restaurant in town and maybe the best fried chicken anywhere. A must try if you're in Ogunquit.

Very good but not outstanding. Food was OK, but not noteworthy given the price. Good service. Valet parking only.

Like, I'd probably go out of my way just to come back. It is a super unassuming spot behind the building of a gift/craft store and ice cream shop. There is a bar seating and patio. It was not too crowded at 3ish in the afternoon on a Monday; we were greeted warmly and told to choose a table. They didn't have a high chair but they had booster seats. I got a glass of brut rosé and my husband got the Pilsner on draft. Both were refreshing and delicious! I got a half dozen oysters (followed by another half dozen afterward) of the fresh oysters of the day, and also learnt this place is on the Maine Oyster Trail. For good reason too--they were probably some of the best oysters I've ever had. Shucked perfectly, with delicious cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemon and mignonette. So good I had to get more. I had a burger for my main, with a gluten free bun and no cheese for dairy free. They also have gluten free fries that are made in a separate frier, bless! My husband got the lobster roll, cold style and said it was absolutely delicious--his first lobster roll and everything he hoped it would be. On top of the food and drinks being great, our server was an absolute gem. So kind, so helpful, he went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure my food was allergen safe. He even went out of his way to get milk for our toddler in a fun kids cup. I truly hope to make it back some day soon!

All fresh, different. ..delicious! The lobster roll was generous in portion, & moist on a lightly grilled bun. I also appreciated that is was accompanied by a side of coleslaw that was edible (no watery mayo :) and I ask for a side of greens instead of fries.. Loved the dressing! BB is a quaint outdoor only patio area that offers a full bar and seating. The staff is phenomenal, service is perfcetion and the people watching is vibrant and fun.... just Go! I then had their fried chicken sandwich which incorporated their home brewed beer in the batter. The batter was good and the chicken was a large piece of breast meat but it was dry. It's a place that excels at great food, drinks, and camaraderie. The martini was a highlight. The cocktail glass was expertly chilled, and the beverage was vigorously shaken and then perfectly strained. It was finished with an even number of soft, salty olives. The attention to detail was impressive. The food was equally memorable. The staff was conscientious and knowledgeable, and I was thrilled to take advantage of the seafood specials. The fresh local oysters and amazingly seasoned calamari were particular standouts. Pepper Martin's legacy is evident in every aspect of the restaurant.
