I tried to clarify asking, how much is it going to be? He said, "the price I quoted earlier", which in my mind was 160. I would request the staff to quote the figures clearly more than once in words that non native speakers can understand. It feels like they took advantage of me. Feels very icky. And this took almost 4 hours. If you bring the car for a small thing like an oil change, be on the watch for a long process of expensively unnecessary things to be done to your car. Management: before you refute my review and make the point that I agreed to all the services and the new cost, please read the review again. I'm taking responsibility of not double checking the prices with you and probing further on the "the price I just gave you earlier" when you're throwing 17 technical teens at me. BE EXTRA TRANSPARENT when your changes are over 10x an original price. When I was raising my concern after seeing the big bill. Instead of trying to understand but point, this tall gentleman came out to support his staff in an intimidating manner. No empathy for the first time customer. They diagnosed my vehicle and told me that they would lock my vehicle in the bay and start the work on Monday. I found out that they left my vehicle in the back of the building over the weekend. Not secured or locked. Cameras don't work on property. My vehicle was left outside all weekend. When I arrived the manager was very defensive. I paid the $60 to get my vehicle. Was very upset about being lied to about my vehicle being locked in the shop. After getting my keys and leaving. After driving not even a mile down the road. My vehicle was making a loud clanking noise from the rear. I immediately turned around and headed back to the shop. They refused to look at my vehicle after I paid for service. To see what is wrong. I called the Police to make a report of the incident.. After taking my vehicle to a certified shop afterwards. I found out that not only did I not need $2,800 like Full Line Autocare was attempting to charge me. That my brake caliper was hanging from the bottom inside the rear rim. There were no bolts at all .. This could of caused a hug problem had I not addressed this immediately. They took parts off, and never put the parts back on my vehicle.. I would NEVER TRUST A SHOP WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR INTEGRITY.. I encourage to really seek other options before visiting this shop. I was heading on a trip. Who knows what could of happen had I got on the freeway..

I was on the highway 300 miles away when my tire almost fell off my car with my two and four year old inside. They were the last people to touch the car before a road trip. I even came back and asked them to check out some noises and lack of power. Turns out, I was leaking transmission fluid. When I brought this up to them, They apologized and then went on to question who might have been have unsuccessfully trying to steal my wheel or sabotage my life. Disregarding responsibility for a thourogh job and safety. Offensive lack of ownership. I bring this up because I cringe every time I pass either shop.

Poor experience -- costly repair did not resolve the problem…read moreI brought my vehicle to this shop based on a friend's recommendation because it was overheating. Before they began the work, I explained the issue in detail, provided the diagnostic trouble codes, and shared what I believed was the needed repair based on the information I had. Unfortunately, the repair performed was not what I requested or what I understood to be necessary to address the overheating issue. Instead, the shop recommended and completed a more expensive repair. After they had my vehicle for at least a week, I was told that the vehicle would be completed on a certain day. I spoke with the owner, he told me to come in. I came in, and my vehicle remained on the lift with the body closed up as if it were finished for approximately two hours while the mechanics appeared to be sitting in the work area talking rather than actively working on it. They then started packing up to leave and asked me to return the next day. I did not even have a ride home. In my opinion, the repair could have been completed as promised if the work had been actively performed during that time. What also made me uncomfortable was being asked by the receptionist to leave a tip for the mechanics before my vehicle had even been repaired or returned to me. After the repair was completed, I paid approximately $1,000. Within three days, the same overheating problem returned. From my experience, the original issue was not repaired, and I was not offered a refund for the work that did not resolve the problem. I understand that vehicle repairs can sometimes involve additional diagnosis and unexpected issues. However, I expected clear communication, efficient work, an accurate repair, and accountability when the same issue returned almost immediately. Oh, and when I got my vehicle back, my battery charger was busted, as if someone took a wrench to it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
