My wife and I have been Steak chasing as of late. We chose this joint to celebrate my better half's B Day. We made 11:30 reservations but were the first ones thru the door at 11. We don't always roll like that, but we tend to try to beat the rush so we can head back to our Trilogy Rio Vista Compound and nap. Being early was not a problem. The Owners/Hosts were courteous and sat us right away. We ordered the 20 Ribeye's both. Sides of creamed spinach and Brussel sprouts and two salads, one Caesar and one house. Also cream of mushroom soup. Presentation was spectacular. The salads were crisp and garnished with edible orchids. The soup was creamy and soothing. We chose, at the suggestion of our host the Bowtie Petite Syrah from the Macaully Estate Winery. Delicious, perfect temperature. The steaks were cooked perfect to medium. The rub was spiced right, and no steak sauce was even pondered. We topped it off with the New York Cheesecake and even though one of the Blueberries sadly fell off the table during the mandatory photo session, it did not hold it against us. Blueberries are naturally sad by comedy nature, so it held it martyrdom with pride. We will go back. We will recommend. We will try with all our might to save and ingest both blueberries on the next excursion. So help us God. read more

We have been wanting to try this steakhouse downtown for awhile, and finally visited last night for an early Valentines dinner. We paid way too much for the quality of food and service. The restaurant seems like an ultra-polished turd; no one seems to know what they are doing, but they painted the walls nice so I guess they can charge top dollar. Gripes: Slow, unprofessional service Bartender lacked experience, visibly Had to repeat my order several times because the bartender had stopped listening to yell at her staff Wine list is very basic, even though Napa is so nearby Cocktail menu is just standard cocktails, and watching her make them was less than reassuring. She was relying on her recipe notes and the bar is so disorganized. We watched a bottle of white wine sit uncorked, out and unchilled, for the entirety of our visit after she poured a glass for my lady. We didn't order a second glass, but we might have otherwise. Soup was lukewarm and seemed straight from a can "Legendary baked mac'n'cheese" is comedic gold, and whoever described it that way must be hilarious Ribeye was ordered medium rare and came out with barely a sear I feel like this place is a wonderfully executed practical joke, and they got us real good. Hoping for a hidden camera show at some point. Otherwise maybe Bar Rescue can save them. read more

I read through a bunch of Yelp reviews after we went to The 4 Seasonings. The gist is that they're overall spotty: food, service, etc. We went with friends for a celebration on a Saturday night in January. There was one large group (10, I think), and maybe 3-4 other tables of 4. The first greeter said that they'd been surprised by the party of 10. Couldn't find a table for us (even though there were many empty 4-tops. Another greeter said she was also the bartender, though she said she didn't know much about making cocktails. We ordered drinks made with "call" brands, and she came back to tell us that they only had enough of one brand for ONE drink. We adjusted the order and waited, and waited, and waited. It took maybe 20 minutes to get the drinks. We ordered our meals. About 30 minutes later (and this is after we got our drinks), she came back to tell us that they were out of what 2 people ordered. 30 MINUTES? Again, we adjusted our orders to accommodate what they could provide! The food, once it arrived, was good! Steak rare as requested, good salads, and veggies. We'd brought our own wine, so there were no problems with that. It was now late, and we'd been there for hours. The big party left, and only a few groups were left. Suddenly, there were very loud, crashing/breaking glass noises coming from the kitchen. We have no idea what they were doing, but it sounded to us like they were throwing empty bottles from one side of the kitchen to a bin full of other empty (and broken bottles) on the other side, that was What a weird thing to do when you still have customers in the place. I don't think I'd go back. It was way too expensive for the overall quality of the experience. I was so excited to come checkmout this place. Brought my dad for Father's day...I can not fully express the disappointment, frustration, annoyance and disgust we felt leaving the establishment... I had a 6:00 reservation we arrived exactly at 6:00 and literally stood at the hostess stand for over 7 minutes before even being acknowledged. My new the restaurant wasn't packed there were probably maybe four tables possibly five and from what I could tell at least three workers on the floor. When we finally got to our seat we waited another 10 minutes minimum before anybody even brought our water and then another 10 minutes before we got our drinks which words just soda I'm not even sure why it took so long to get it another long wait and then we got our salads I ordered a Caesar salad and the lettuce was super wilted and they looked awful I had to flag the server down cuz they never come to check on you and ask her what was going on with my lettuce and she said oh they grill it who grills lettuce in the first place but whatever on top of that there was hair in my salad disgusting! Rather than apologize and just take it away she wants to stand there and look at the salad and be an act surprised it was a hair in it omg! Another wait and the owner comes by and says did you guys get your salads? OMG yes we got our salads there was a hair in mine this owner had the audacity to act surprised and say oh well that is odd and then like she's talking to herself well I could doscount the salad but no the salads are free and she just keeps raddling on... I just wanted her to walk away and get out of my face. No one ever came to check on us no one ever followed up with anything each time we needed something we literally had to flag somebody down please keep in mind this restaurant wasn't packed it wasn't overly full so I'm not sure what the issue was but goodness! We tried this place in May 2026 for dinner. The service was Very Attentive and the waitress was sweet. The decor is modern but still feels warm and inviting. The bar area looks like a good place to meet up with friends. The food is flavorful. The cesar salad was served in full petite lettuce leaves which required cutting and the plate was too small. It was hard to cut up the food without it landing on the table. A smaller salad or larger plate would be better. The salad was good. I would recommend that the server make the dressing at the table to elevate the experience, and serve on the left side of the customer. I had steak and lobster. The steak was good, the lobster was not fresh on this night. We did not stay for dessert. I want this restaurant to succeed and it has so much going for it, with just a few adjustments it can be world class. read more

The house salad was soggy, the onion soup was oily, the ribeye steak was overcooked and had a strange flavor to the meat. my steak and soup was delivered in a plastic cart. There was a child, possibly related to owners playing in the restaurant. i was only comped $6 for a steak that had no pink, dry and not worthy to be sold to customers. Must be a good night to be here!! The service is excellent, pleasant and friendly. Different and interesting way to present the ceasar salad. Lamb chops are my go to, as well as prime rib. Done well! The place exudes warmth and class. Meanwhile, my wife opted for the Scallops paired with Sweet Potato. Prices: 7 (too high) I ordered a medium steak charred on the outside. When it arrived, I noticed it was a little under well done. This did change the taste of the beef a bit, which was a disappointment; however, I chose not to return the steak since I didn't want the restaurant to take the hit. I probably would have sent it back if I were at Ruth's, Fleming's, or Morton's. Also, the steak wasn't charred; it seemed either forgotten or they couldn't achieve that nice outer layer. On a positive note, the steak was enjoyable from a taste perspective, though it could have a more distinct flavor. The scallops, on the other hand, were perfect--10 out of 10 for texture, taste, and temperature. I would order the scallops again! As for the steak, I think I'll pass next time. The price didn't quite match the execution for me. For a restaurant to shine, the steak must be cooked just as ordered--with the correct doneness, a nice char, and served hot off the grill. Flavor is subjective, and while this steak didn't hit the mark for me, others might enjoy it differently! Given the prices, many customers, including myself, are looking for that perfect steak experience. Also, ensuring that the steaks are served at the ideal temperature--fresh out of the oven--would enhance the dining experience. Came here on a date night with my husband and it was a great evening. Inside, the space is cozy and a lot of work was put in to creating the ambiance. It fit very well with a downtown steak house vibe. The service was top notch with the food being prepared fresh, excellent sides and good flavor. My spouse and I went out for dinner to celebrate a new job and tried The 4 Seasonings for a nice weekday dinner. There were a handful of other tables seated when we came in but we were greeted and seated the minute we walked in. The vibe is upscale with table clothes and crystal table lights to set the mood. You can see the meat dry ageing to see the quality of meat they have. The staff were incredibly friendly and communicative on how long food may take given a good number of tables walked in back to back. They were quick to bring out food to make sure it served hot and timed out the appetizer to entree very well. We were given some bread and water as soon as we sat down. We shared the lamb appetizer which was excellent, cooked well and a punchy chimichurri. I would come back for the lamb alone. Could not recommend this enough. My spouse had the dry aged rib eye with a grilled cesar salad and baked Mac and cheese. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and was seasoned well. My spouse is picky when it comes to steak and they said they would come back and order it again. They also really enjoyed the salad and Mac and cheese which were both sizeable. I have their marinated salmon which was flavorful and moist. I opted for their roasted garlic onion soup and the mac and cheese. The soup is robust with caramelized onions and a rich savory broth, similar to a French onion soup. The baked Mac and cheese was perfectly salty and creamy, served in a little cast iron for crispy cheesy edges. The portions are very reasonable that we ended up taking leftovers home for a nice lunch the next day. We will definitely be back when we want a nice steak or start dreaming of those lamb chops. read more

The staff was very nice but the service and the food were not good. Food came out very slow, as if there was only one person working the kitchen. Our waitress was the hostess as well as the bartender. Our lambchops were missing the sauce that was shown in the picture. Our salads...all 3 of them, had wilted lettuce and some bad spots. Our steaks were not even warm...filet mignon tastes terrible cold. We figured this is a family run restaurant and they are trying to do everything themselves...to keep costs down, I'm sure.. Let me start by saying that I went with a group. However there was a 24hr prior reservation in place...the ambiance was good, parking was fine, no WIFI don't ask, you'll be told no. Drinks were okay not good, but okay. Food. Half my group either sent their meals back or didn't want to make a fuss but they didn't think the food was worth what they were paying for. I got the scallops and was excited since I had been craving them, they were very uncooked. Someone in the party got some kind of crab cake appetizer and that was good. I don't live in the area so I doubt I'll go back. I think they were just overwhelmed and couldn't handle a group. If I did go back it wouldn't be with more than 2 other people. I heard this placed opened earlier this year and finally decided to give them a try. For some perspective, I normally go to Fleming's or Forbes Mill for a high end steakhouse experience. While this new spot isn't QUITE on par with them, it's not far behind them. The food was quite good and on par with the price I paid. It's not cheap, of course, but that's not the goal here. I had the 8oz filet (medium rare), loaded baked potato, and picked the chicken soup and wedge salad for the "free" entree sides. The steak was cooked perfectly as expected, and had excellent texture. I wouldn't mind a more pronounced crust on the outside, but that's a minor quibble. The soup had outstanding flavor and their take on a wedge salad was quite novel. I liked it a lot. The service was also excellent. My server checked on me just enough to make sure I was good, but never so much it was annoying. I also had a chance to talk to (what I assume) was one of the owners (or manager), and she was extremely receptive to some minor constructive feedback. The interior is nice, with a well stocked bar. It's not extravagant, but nice and clean. I hope they do well and keep improving over time. I'll definitely be back with my wife. read more

I've been here twice: the first time I would've gave it 4 stars, and this last time was 1 star. I would've averaged it out to 2.5 stars but I can't and 3 stars would've been too high. In both experiences, the restaurant was slow. If I'm honest it was to be expected. However the first time it was on a Thursday in July, happy hour, and there were some people in the restaurant so I gave grace. This last time it was a Sunday in late September, after church, 3pm, we were a party of 5, and the only other table/people in there the entire restaurant was a two top. In both experiences there was a lack of staff. First time, we had a bartender serving us (2) since we sat at the bar. There were two servers, and the food was slow so I'm assuming kitchen staff was light (from personal serving experience). Last time they mentioned something about an oven not working. This last time there was one server, and she was also the bartender even thing she said she wasn't a bartender when I asked for a classic drink a bartender should know. There was also mention of an oven issue. The biggest difference in both experiences was the quality of food. First time, my food was hot and fresh. My drinks were good. Great customer service. Had the Mac n cheese and lamb chops. The last time, our food took almost 2 hours to come out. Our soup was cold, our salad was warm, our food was cold. We ordered Mac n cheese, lamb chops, salmon, and scallops. We would've had more empathy except we were the only table majority of the time we were there. By the time the food came out we were pretty much over it. One of the people in my party had to pack her food to go because she was running late. We didn't leave up out of there until almost 6pm. Overall the experiences (customer service, plating, food quality) don't match the price point. I don't think this place will last trying to brand themselves as a high end steakhouse. If I were them I would either step it up, or consider a rebrand to maybe a more family style establishment, or a high-end sports bar with good tapas style foods. I feel like a lot of their foods could easily transfer to that kind of vibe. I hope they do well though, but seeing how empty it was after church in Antioch, I'm not so sure. read more

1 Star I made reservations for my family to attend the Easter brunch at 4 Seasonings restaurant. Before the event, a restaurant representative actually called me to confirm my reservation and answer questions about the pricing and menu. I debated whether I wanted to spend $50 per plate for myself and my four children (who were required to pay the adult price because they are over 12), but I ultimately decided to keep the reservation and drove many miles to dine there for Easter. When we arrived for our 6:00 PM reservation, the door was locked. We stood outside knocking and waiting for someone to respond for over five minutes. When someone finally opened the door, there was no greeting. Instead, we were immediately told that they were closed. I explained that we had a 6:00 PM reservation, and she responded by saying that I must have made the reservation through Eventbrite and that I was supposed to purchase tickets in advance. This made absolutely no sense because I had made the reservation online and someone from the restaurant personally called me to confirm it. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of professionalism or concern. There was no apology for the confusion, no attempt to accommodate us, and no effort to resolve the issue. She simply said "sorry" and closed the door. After driving many miles and planning an Easter meal for my family, this experience was incredibly disappointing. The restaurant appeared very disorganized and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and will be sharing my experience so others are aware. read more

We were very excited to try this new place in Antioch. I wouldn't really call it upscale but it has a nice vibe when you walk in. We had a reservation for a larger group that they scheduled but didn't have enough seats to accommodate. It is a fairly small location. Seems they can handle a party of 8-10 but that's even a tight fit. So we had a few people sit at the bar. Regarding service, our waitress seemed to be having a rough night as they were pretty busy. She wasn't what I would call pleasant at all. She spilled some of the oily sauce all over one of us from one of the plates she was sitting down. The food took over an hour and a half to come out and it seemed others were waiting about that same amount of time. But I do understand they are trying to find their rhythm on a busy day. The hostess (Betty) was the highlight. Not only was she pleasant, she took all of our feedback and did not charge us for the items that were not cooked properly. (We did not eat them, they were returned to the kitchen and it was taking them too long to remake them.) For the food, most of it was dry and/or burnt. The pictures will speak for themselves. The disappointments were the loaded sweet potatoe (too small and burnt). Scallops were also way too small and very overcooked. The steaks were all burnt. And the salmon was dry dry! Someone from our party even commented that canned tuna would've been better. The Brussels sprouts and asparagus were both undercooked and not tasty. And the loaded baked potatoe was not loaded, it was very sad looking. Lastly, even the croutons on the salad were burnt. But we should've known from the beginning when the biscuits were so hard and chewy on the outside that we couldn't bite into them, we had to rip them and eat the inside. But there were some good items at our table. So not everything was bad. The lamb chops were tasty (small but really good), the Mac and cheese is delicious, and the chopped salad is really good. The chicken wings were also good but they could use just a little more seasoning. Overall, I'm not sure we would come back in the near future. The wait was just way too long and there were just too many items not cooked properly. But with a little more experience, this place has a lot of potential. We may give it a try in the future as we are always rooting for small businesses. read more

3 stars for food and service. I understand the restaurant just opened and is still getting settled in, which I completely respect. However, when branding yourself as a steakhouse, it's important to ensure the steaks are prepared properly. I was really looking forward to supporting this new spot, but unfortunately, I left disappointed. I ordered my steak medium rare, but it came out well done and was tough to chew. My friend ordered the scallops, which were overly salty. We both had sweet potatoes that were undercooked and hard, and the mushrooms didn't complement the dish well. To add to the experience, we were asked to move our table and chairs mid-meal to accommodate a large party, which disrupted our dining. I had to come support our new black business! I was happy to see that Four Seasonings had a website with their menu as well as a link for reservations. I was greeted happily by the hostess. The restaurant was clean and music was calming. It's bright but warm. I ordered two top shelf long islands, lamb chop and chicken wing apps, wedge salad, salmon and asparagus. I couldn't tell from the menu but entrees come with a soup or salad. Buttered rolls were brought out complementary. The first Long Island was perfect, the next very strong. The rolls were fine, store bought I think but still ok. I would have liked to have some extra butter on the side. The wedge salad was different. It was charred romaine. Again, it was fine. I think the option of dressing would be good. Lamb chops were fresh and perfectly medium rare. Chicken wings were hot and cooked well. Could use a little more seasoning. Asparagus was well seasoned and perhaps could be cooked more but I liked the little crunch. I'm always worried to order salmon because overcooked salmon is the worst. Their salmon was cooked perfectly. Service was really nice and attentive. For a new business, I'm impressed and will return. Well, first of all, I was asked if we had a reservation when it was just the two of us. We ended up eating at the bar had a very pleasant waitress. I had the salmon which I enjoyed very much with the sauce. My husband had a $79 prime rib, which I thought was overpriced. Definitely not thick enough of a piece of meat for that price. Baked potatoes were fabulous. The salads looked pretty however I rather not cut up my whole leaf Romain much prefer it already cut up. If they happen to open for lunch, I will definitely try it out. Great ambiance and utilization of our historic down town buildings. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The crab cake and garlic onion soup were among some of my favorite dishes. The service was paced excellent for dates, celebrations, and business meetings. I had mac & cheese it was scrumptious. I had the crab tower delicious I love the freshly made tortilla chips. Best I ever had and I tasted the crab milk that was good and if you love, sweet potatoes, the loaded sweet potatoes with with marshmallows it was tasty but sweet you gotta love them Overall great experience great environment.
