This is the Cesar salad that was grilled..oh and also had hair in it.
    Danzah S.

I was so excited to come checkmout this place. Brought my dad for Father's day...I can not fully express the disappointment, frustration, annoyance and disgust we felt leaving the establishment... I had a 6:00 reservation we arrived exactly at 6:00 and literally stood at the hostess stand for over 7 minutes before even being acknowledged. My new the restaurant wasn't packed there were probably maybe four tables possibly five and from what I could tell at least three workers on the floor. When we finally got to our seat we waited another 10 minutes minimum before anybody even brought our water and then another 10 minutes before we got our drinks which words just soda I'm not even sure why it took so long to get it another long wait and then we got our salads I ordered a Caesar salad and the lettuce was super wilted and they looked awful I had to flag the server down cuz they never come to check on you and ask her what was going on with my lettuce and she said oh they grill it who grills lettuce in the first place but whatever on top of that there was hair in my salad disgusting! Rather than apologize and just take it away she wants to stand there and look at the salad and be an act surprised it was a hair in it omg! Another wait and the owner comes by and says did you guys get your salads? OMG yes we got our salads there was a hair in mine this owner had the audacity to act surprised and say oh well that is odd and then like she's talking to herself well I could doscount the salad but no the salads are free and she just keeps raddling on... I just wanted her to walk away and get out of my face. No one ever came to check on us no one ever followed up with anything each time we needed something we literally had to flag somebody down please keep in mind this restaurant wasn't packed it wasn't overly full so I'm not sure what the issue was but goodness! Final note is I will say the steaks were really good but the experience overall was atrocious absolutely abominable and I would never ever revisit this place.

Just wow tomahawk steak. Perfect temperature, cut it with a butter knife, shared and took home leftovers.

Everyone is very attentive restaurant is very clean. Bathrooms are remarkably clean. The food had excellent taste, temperature, quality, portion, and available options. The bartender is creative. If you give her a drink that you like she'll match something to it. Special drink menu is her own creation. Everyone makes you feel like you're home and it's always nice to be remembered. We will definitely be back.

Must be a good night to be here!! The service is excellent, pleasant and friendly. Different and interesting way to present the ceasar salad. Lamb chops are my go to, as well as prime rib. Done well! The place exudes warmth and class. Only one suggestion - if you can make your plates blue and perhaps napkins in gold shade color, it would be a wonderful contrast to your table settings, and will go well with your tv wall marble effect, and nice to take pictures of your food with.

The ambiance is pleasant and comfortable, with lighter colors and more illumination than a traditional dark wood steakhouse environment with low lighting. It's well done. The staff was awesome! They showed a real dedication to the business's success and provided outstanding customer service. We genuinely enjoyed and appreciated the entire team; they made the experience fun! Staff: 10 If you're considering dining here, proceed with knowledge that the prices are high. This can be attributed to supply chain costs, but it's also reflective of the quality of the food and its meticulous preparation. I was surprised to see a $90 Prime Ribeye on the menu, but I was determined to sample their best steak along with a side of Brussels sprouts. Meanwhile, my wife opted for the Scallops paired with Sweet Potato. Prices: 7 (too high) I ordered a medium steak charred on the outside. When it arrived, I noticed it was a little under well done. This did change the taste of the beef a bit, which was a disappointment; however, I chose not to return the steak since I didn't want the restaurant to take the hit. I probably would have sent it back if I were at Ruth's, Fleming's, or Morton's. Also, the steak wasn't charred; it seemed either forgotten or they couldn't achieve that nice outer layer. On a positive note, the steak was enjoyable from a taste perspective, though it could have a more distinct flavor. The scallops, on the other hand, were perfect--10 out of 10 for texture, taste, and temperature. I would order the scallops again! As for the steak, I think I'll pass next time. The price didn't quite match the execution for me. For a restaurant to shine, the steak must be cooked just as ordered--with the correct doneness, a nice char, and served hot off the grill. Flavor is subjective, and while this steak didn't hit the mark for me, others might enjoy it differently! Steak Overall: 6.5; Scallops: 10 The chicken wing appetizer was undoubtedly the best-tasting wings I've ever had--no exaggeration! The crab cakes my wife ordered were incredibly flavorful, fresh, and perfect. The salad, while acceptable, didn't quite impress. The Brussels sprouts, although delicious, could have been served hotter. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her sweet potato, though it's worth noting that the portion was relatively small. Chicken Wings: 10; Crab Cakes: 10; Brussels Sprouts: 7 4-Seasons is a lovely establishment with so much potential! The combination of quality food, excellent service, and inviting ambiance creates a welcoming atmosphere. However, to elevate the experience even more, it would be fantastic if the steaks could be delivered as requested every time. Given the prices, many customers, including myself, are looking for that perfect steak experience. Also, ensuring that the steaks are served at the ideal temperature--fresh out of the oven--would enhance the dining experience. Reducing the time from oven to table could be a great focus moving forward. I hope the owner considers this feedback as it could genuinely help 4-Seasons shine in the community! I'm looking forward to my next visit, though I might hold off ordering the steak again until I see (hear or read about) some improvements. Keep up the great work! Overall: 7

Had a great first time dining here. Our server was friendly. We had a sidecar and Cadillac margarita both were tasty. The food was really good. We were the only people at the restaurant.

The 4 Seasonings is off to a great start, serving up flavorful dishes with quality and positive experience in mind. My spouse and I went out for dinner to celebrate a new job and tried The 4 Seasonings for a nice weekday dinner. There were a handful of other tables seated when we came in but we were greeted and seated the minute we walked in. The vibe is upscale with table clothes and crystal table lights to set the mood. You can see the meat dry ageing to see the quality of meat they have. The staff were incredibly friendly and communicative on how long food may take given a good number of tables walked in back to back. They were quick to bring out food to make sure it served hot and timed out the appetizer to entree very well. We were given some bread and water as soon as we sat down. We shared the lamb appetizer which was excellent, cooked well and a punchy chimichurri. I would come back for the lamb alone. Could not recommend this enough. My spouse had the dry aged rib eye with a grilled cesar salad and baked Mac and cheese. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and was seasoned well. My spouse is picky when it comes to steak and they said they would come back and order it again. They also really enjoyed the salad and Mac and cheese which were both sizeable. I have their marinated salmon which was flavorful and moist. I opted for their roasted garlic onion soup and the mac and cheese. The soup is robust with caramelized onions and a rich savory broth, similar to a French onion soup. The baked Mac and cheese was perfectly salty and creamy, served in a little cast iron for crispy cheesy edges. The portions are very reasonable that we ended up taking leftovers home for a nice lunch the next day. We will definitely be back when we want a nice steak or start dreaming of those lamb chops.

Let me start by saying that I went with a group. However there was a 24hr prior reservation in place...the ambiance was good, parking was fine, no WIFI don't ask, you'll be told no. Drinks were okay not good, but okay. Food. Half my group either sent their meals back or didn't want to make a fuss but they didn't think the food was worth what they were paying for. I got the scallops and was excited since I had been craving them, they were very uncooked. Someone in the party got some kind of crab cake appetizer and that was good. I don't live in the area so I doubt I'll go back. I think they were just overwhelmed and couldn't handle a group. If I did go back it wouldn't be with more than 2 other people. It's Black owned so hopefully they do well in the future with groups.

(Which I still gave) This was just a few of the things we dealt with. It wasn't really crowded so do like other restaurants. Make sure the item is tagged for the right table and anybody can bring it out. It doesn't have to be the server as I know they're attending to other tables.

Although people post pictures of the food-- the menu is constantly rotating and changing on a day-to-day basis and a seasonal basis so the food you see might not always be the same menu. I really like that because it makes it a consistent date spot because the food is constantly changing and it's a new experience every time. The food itself was amazing because everything's handmade and farm-to-table. Everything is seasoned so nicely, presented, with super fresh quality ingredients. You can tell the kitchen staff are highly trained and have exquisite taste buds. Would recommend for anyone looking for a new date spot, cocktail bar, or special restaurant for a special occasion!

Unfortunately, the bar and the kitchen just didn't deliver. My Gin & Tonic was a hazard; it was so completely overloaded with peppercorns that I felt like I was chewing my drink and had to spit them out after every sip. For food, the corn elote lacked balance, and the scallops--which arrived swimming in a soup instead of a puree--tasted noticeably off. The chicken parm was entirely forgettable. With these kinds of texture and flavor issues, there's just no attention to detail in the kitchen. Even with great service, we won't be returning.

Four of us ordered the prime rib medium rare, but all four came out rare and bright red inside. One of us also ordered a New York steak medium rare, and it was served rare as well. It was clear that multiple steaks were not cooked to the correct temperature. When I brought it to our server's attention, she didn't apologize. She took one of the prime ribs back to the kitchen, and when it came back, it was completely overcooked, burnt, and well done. It was no longer medium rare or enjoyable. My son said he was okay with his meal, but I wasn't satisfied with how the situation was handled. I spoke to the server again, hoping for some kind of resolution. Instead, she told me they weren't going to replace my son's meal because he had already eaten most of it. I explained that I wasn't asking for another meal--I simply felt our table deserved a discount because all four prime ribs and the New York steak were cooked incorrectly. The cook clearly needs better quality control, especially for a steakhouse that's known for its steaks. More importantly, the server should have apologized and handled the situation professionally instead of arguing with us. I don't remember her name, but the customer service was just as disappointing as the food. Black Angus is known for its steaks, but not at this location. We left very disappointed and won't be returning.
