I compared them with a couple of other places, and they seemed to be the reasonable (not dirt cheap) and could get a furnace in quickly. I had a friend look at it afterward, and they pointed out a number of things they did wrong. Had to call air pride back and they had to send out someone to fix all of the errors. Second. Summer comes, problems with AC. I call my old HVAC guy- says it was an issue with the install/Freon- and should under warranty, rolls his eyes at the job done. Air pride comes out, acts like it was another issue, doesn't mention the freon R. Have to have my other guy come out to fix that. Third. I didn't realize my furnace is no longer under warranty, called air pride bc fan is on, no heat. Guy tells me that the igniter is dirty, he cleaned it, heat back on. Issue comes back- so I call my old faithful HVAC guy. I tell him the scenario- he looks and asks if I paid for that repaid, and can't believe I did. He tells me air pride did nothing. Here are pics of my charred igniter that were supposedly cleaned by air pride. My furnace is no longer under warranty, so I don't have to call them anymore. We were amazed but always get quick and excellent service from Air Pride and have been for well over 20 years. We always get good tips from Ed about heating, air conditioning, chimneys and hot water heaters. (and new restaurants to try!) We have 2 furnaces and central air conditioning units and Ed has installed and maintained them and calls to remind us in the fall and spring to set an appointment up to check things out. They are the best!

The home warranty company gave me dates of availability but Steve called me right away asking if he could come out the following day. He advised that my heater needed a cleaning, and told me what the issue was. I know he didn't try to upsell or provide unnecessary services as a prior serviceman told the home warranty company the same thing and I knew it was not covered Steve fixed the issue and cleaned the heater within 1.5 hours. He was extremely professional, showed me where the issue was and how it wasn't working. Great service and I would highly recommend.

Steve's office called seconds after the claim was filed, I had not even gotten off the call with the warranty company. That's some fast office work! Unfortunately no same day appointments were available so they set up a next day morning appointment. Steve showed up on time and brought all the necessary tools and parts for the repair. He was nice to speak to and highly focused on his work. The job was completed quickly and Steve avoided conversation until he finished the repair so as to maintain focus and reduce delays in the repair due to chatting. Having no A/C is no fun! Some reviewers mention rudeness and arrogance, we got none of that, maybe he was having a bad day on those service calls. He was very quiet during the repair process but pleasant and easy to work with at the end of the repair process.
