Just ate at the new location in Enterprise. Nonstop line but worth the wait. This is not home style cooking - stay home if that's what you want LOL. Eggs over easy are amazing due to the cooking style- so were the grits I'm guessing have mascarpone added - so yum. I had chicken and Belgian waffles with pecan butter. The menu has lots I can't wait to try. Got a glimpse of the new building going up - Just be patient until they have more room. Can we please have a location opened in Andalusia? I very much enjoyed our lunch at APC. The food was prepared very well and food came quick. I had a great chicken sandwich called the spicy peach and Mac cheese and got to try pulled pork Mac cheese. Ambiance was fine, little loud and waiting area slightly awkward. Staff was great, looking forward to breakfast there. read more

Before I share my experience, it is important to note that we are very hesitant to give poor reviews. However, I hope this review will provide the necessary feedback for the future. We stopped for lunch at about 12:15 on Saturday. The restaurant was busy, but we didn't mind waiting. We did get seated after about 10 minutes at a table for 5 and offered to move or wait so that a larger group could have our table. A table of five that came in well after us was not only seated at about the same time, but ordered, got their food and left before we got our order. We offered another couple the other end of the table, and I had to get the attention of the owner to get our drink orders. When it was finally time for us to order, the very first item on the lunch menu, which we ordered as an appetizer, we were told that it was not available for lunch, yet was the first thing on the lunch menu. Strike it out if it's not available! After waiting quite a while for our food, when it arrived we asked for silverware and ketchup. I had to ask 4 times for the first ketchup and then 3 more for a second ketchup. When my companion asked for a refill on her drink, we were told they were out of it. We can understand that sometimes things run out, but it didn't appear to us that the server even cared. No one in management attempted to check on us at any time. I could have talked with the manager when we left, but the restaurant is small and I didn't want to cause a scene. That may have been a mistake. Hopefully APCA can hire more staff and work out the wrinkles we experienced today. It probably does not matter that I am only one person, but we will find somewhere else in Enterprise to eat when we go downtown in the future. read more

We stopped here for supper on our way to the beach and everything was delicious and affordable. I had the fried grouper special with slaw, hushpuppies and fries. The light breading on the fish was perfect. My husband had the chicken fried chicken with gravy, mashed potatoes and okra. The portions were plenty and great service. We will definitely eat here again! They also have a cute gift shop with lots of pecan goodies and ice cream! read more

This was a delicious spot to stop for lunch! The Cobb salad with grilled chicken was fresh and tasty. I also bought some pecans at the mercantile shop connected to the cafe. Everyone there was very friendly. Don't hesitate to stop here for a bite if you're in the area. read more

Man this place is was amazing! It's maybe a mile from Main Street but it's worth the drive. Has a nice warm feel on the inside and has a great selection of food. We found this gem last year, and couldn't wait to come back when we were back in town. The chicken tenders are soooo good. I dip mine in the sweet and spicy honey garlic sauce and it is ridiculously delicious. Chili cheese fries are great, and chicken fried chicken is also tasty. Get some snacks/treats to take home from the mercantile, too - we love the shelled pecans and the pecan brittle. This place is so good, we will be thinking about it all year again! read more

We stopped here on the way home from the beach. We needed a bottle warmed for our baby but they didn't have a microwave(which was a good sign to me that the food would be good). The sweet employee offered to boil water and she heated it for us. The cheese curds and the fried green tomato were THE BEST I have ever had. My mother in law had wings and said they were great. My father in law had fried shrimp and loved them. My husband and i had grilled cheeses with tomato soup and it was some of the best tomato soup I've ever had. We shared fried okra and grilled veggies(squash zucchini and onion) and I couldn't stop eating. We usually take a different route home from the beach but we will be going this way from now on just to eat here. I was so pleasantly surprised. 10/10 for food and service!! read more
