My vehicle was fixed as promised. The staff here were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The price I paid was a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge and more on board with what my research online said it should cost. I'm very pleased with my decision to take my car here. I was apprehensive because it's a European car. But, my mechanic Antonio actually used to work at a Mercedes dealership. I would recommend KLM to friends and family and return. I asked to have my brakes checked and it turns out that they were fine, but my CV axel was damaged and leaking grease. Luis quickly quoted me a reasonable price for the work and was able to have it fixed within a few hours. Due to my first experience with the CV axel going well I decided to return to have my thermostat replaced, oil change, and a tune up. Again, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work and when I returned to pick up my car (which was ready same day) I noticed that they washed my car for me.
