Their menus are unlike the usual New Jersey diner menus which are very similar with voluminous pages of every imaginable food category and style. This type of menu requires most items to be delivered to the restaurant packaged frozen (NOT FRESH) and prepared for serving! As a retired food service professional, I've noticed that over years, NMD has perfected their menu to ensure freshness by offering a curated selection of customer favorites and Daily Specials with many specials including soup OR salad and small desert like ice cream or pudding.
