They (Adrian & Lisa) are knowledgable/erudite about cigars but treat all customers same, with the same welcoming, friendliness and willingness to share and enjoy cigar knowledge and a cigar that comes from a strong and confident person. Most importantly it is the only cigar lounge that I have visited that is patronized by beautiful women and there are always plenty. Finally if you are lucky some live music might be happenning. My version of Heaven: Cigars, Brandy, Women and Jazz.

I ordered a margaritas and my friend got and old fashioned. I didn't specify a type of margarita, so the bartender gave me the original one I guess, It was yuck. It didn't taste much much like a margarita to me. I told the bartender I didn't like it very much and wanted something with a bit more flavor and color or something. She mixed up something else or have me a different flavor, but it still wasn't good. Maybe next time I'll inquire about their signature drinks if I go there again. Minutes after ordering the cocktail, appetizer and a bottle of wine our server came back saying we needed to order every dish up front. At that moment we told them we do like to take our time and share dishes as they come out one by one and he honestly seemed happy to hear that. They then brought the wine but the cocktail was again completely forgotten. One of our other items showed up fist (kimchi pancakes), which I will say were great, but we then asked about the ribs and he confirmed he completely forgot about them. He said he put the ribs in as a rush and they would come out with one other dish. We said this would be fine, but not minutes after the ribs arrived all four other dishes showed up simultaneously. Our table was overcrowded, and it completely took away from the leisurely dining experience we were expecting. To make matters worse, two of the dishes--the baby carrots and the Korean glass noodles, were swimming in sauce, so much so we didn't want to eat them. While this may not be the case we felt rushed. We had received all of our food in less than an hour. The overall service made us feel like the restaurant was trying to turn the table as quickly as possible for the next reservation rather than provide a thoughtful dining experience. For a restaurant at this price point and pedigree, we expected much better pacing, attention to detail, and execution. Unfortunately, this visit fell well short of those expectations.

There was a small parking lot with valet available, although I'm not sure if it was complimentary or paid. We opted for free curbside parking at the periphery of the district, about a 5 minute walk away toward the residential area. We walked in, seated ourselves, browsed the menu, and ordered at the bar. We ordered 2 x $7 margaritas and 1 x $7 Ladylove feral fries - included in the happy hour specials! Loved the ambiance - the low lighting, the music. Loved the happy hour special. I would love to be back at some point to enjoy other listening sessions while sipping affordable drinks.
