So I was referred to this place by a friend and he said it had the best burger in AZ. The best? Meh. I had the Ivan and it was a good burger, but not the best. I wasn't asked how I'd like my patty done. It came out medium well, which was a bit dry. The patty was thick and so was the bread. It would've been better if it had a brioche bun instead of a pretzel bun, to make it less heavy. The chicken wings didn't blow me away. It was okay. Jerry has done a great job with running The Attic! I'd been here a few years ago for some happy hours and dinners, so I knew they had a really good beer & dinner menu. Be sure to check their website or the Untapped app to be updated on their current offerings... no domestics or imports here! But now! I've been here a few times in 2021 alone.... Primarily for brunch and football watching on Sundays. Nonetheless, it's really a great place in Arcadia for whatever your heart desires to eat or drink. Kenny gives our group the VIP table and tv + sound to watch our blue and white on Sundays, despite having to accommodate the local NFL team over ours. His staff are fabulous and I've yet to experience poor service. Sundays are for mimosas and some of the most delicious brunch foodz around. One of our guys loves the caveman Bloody Mary ($15 and comes with EVERYTHING including a chicken wing). The breakfast pizza and burrito are to die for... paired with one of the many craft beers on tap. Wings and pretzel are also highly recommended! Despite having only sat at one table this year, there is a variety- patio or not. And dogs are allowed on the patio. We arrived late Sunday night and sat in the rooftop area. Although it was cold outside it was still cozy with the heaters everywhere. We were greeted numerous time and it seemed like the staff always had perfect timing to check in and grab our orders. We ordered three items to share: The Luna Burger, Sausage and Mushroom Pizza and appetizer wings. The wings were a good size, sauces well and had a little bite to it that none of us were expecting. It tasted more like a spicy barbecue than buffalo. Good but next time I think I'll try a different app. The sausage and mushroom pizza was delicious! Thin crust, good amount of mixed cheese, protein and vegetable, and it tasted just like you would imagine. I'd definitely order again! However the star of the evening was definitely the burger and fries! Wow! We sliced it into threes so we could split and we all demolished the burger and kept talking about it even after we left. Found this place randomly driving by on a Friday night. The atmosphere was great, I sat outside on the patio, for a change, it was cold, in Phoenix and they have a fireplace so it was nice and cozy. They also have TVs all over the place. Their menu is by QR code and they have daily specials and it seems like they also update it when they sell out of an item which is amazing. I also saw they have brunch which I will have to come back and try. This visit, I got the strawberry limeade, which to me was more tart and needed more sweet. I also got the Arcadia Lemon Chicken Pizza. It was delicious. It consisted of mozzarella cheese and topped with avocado slices. Now, when it came out and I saw avocado on it, I was a little on the fence as I'm not a huge fan of avocado but, I gave it a chance and tried it. It was delicious. I feel like the place is a little tight as they maximize the area to get as many seats in as possible. But that's what we should expect with an attack right? :) I definitely plan on coming back to try a burger and brunch next time. read more

They didn't have many options for vegetarians, but my waitress was very helpful in suggesting some modifications to my dish. Although the breakfast skillet was good, it wasn't anything special. I would not recommend the bloody, as it was fairly tasteless. However, the other guests at my table did enjoy their mimosas and chicken wraps. But our table was ready right on time and everything was worth the wait! I started off with the mojito. They have a $6 deal on Saturdays, and my husband got a beer. For our meals my husband got a bacon cheeseburger and I got a black bean burger. I can be so picky about veggie burgers, I don't like impossible or beyond, and some black bean ones just disintegrate. But they make this one in house and it was so good! Fell apart a tiny bit but not too bad and the flavor was good. My husband and I both loved the fries too. We were seated outside and the view of the mountains was beautiful! Our server was Levi and he did great, it was busy and he did well with taking care of everyone. Came here with a friend to watch Game 2 of the Stanley Cup championship and chose this place out of pure convenience for the both of us since it was the closest from our locations. It was a Wednesday, and they had a special - get any burger & a draft and get $5 off. For my burger, I got one of the veggie burgers since I'm not a big red meat eater & I didn't see any white meat burgers on the menu. The fries were yummy but the burger was honestly overwhelmingly healthy and are for true vegetarians (not me). The atmosphere here was awesome. There were TVs by the bar, outside by the patio, and all around the seating areas inside. It was easy to find a seat/table and watch the game comfortably. Since I already like this place, my judgement may be biased but Sunday brunch rocks. I get the Skillet Gnarly style, which means adding bacon and grilled jalapeños. It's wonderful. If you get the BM, make sure the rim is coated with Tijen crystals. A mixture of salt and some spicy shit, and then add some extra Ghost pepper or Reaper sauce, depending on your pain threshold If you're really intense, getting the Caveman Bloody Mary is right on the mark. My lavender margarita was delicious (if you like the taste of Robitussin) the lavender margarita sounded refreshing, unique and honestly, I've never met a Margarita I didn't like. (Until now). Someone messed up on the portions because this margarita tasted like an air freshener. I would recommend a hint of lavender or a lavender essence to compliment a classic recipe. The Attic Ale house was a typical sports bar with the neon signs and UFC blaring in your face but nothing stood out to me as special. I tried the Attic Ale House for the first time for a friend's birthday celebration. I was impressed by their flexibility and ability to accommodate our party of 10 without reservation. I tried the Baked Pretzel and the burger special (I'm blanking on the name). Both were delicious, but the burger was perfectly cooked with crispy onions and tangy BBQ sauce on a well-toasted pretzel bun. There is a great beer selection as well. The Attic is formidable in the realm of craft beer, with rare finds from remote breweries like Tombstone to keep your Untappd score higher than everyone you know. While heavy on IPAs (that stopped being cool in like 2016) there's something for everyone. Promoters from the well-known O'Dell brewery stopped by my table to greet me and give complimentary glasses and stickers, which is a testament to this establishment's acumen for building relationships with the industry. Nevertheless, I was left content yet unimpressed by the food here. I suppose I'll get the coolest aspect of the burgers out of the way--they're very vegetarian friendly. My date ordered an Impossible burger, and it's cool they have both that and a bean-based option. For myself, I went with the Holmburger, complete with candied jalapenos and "sriracha-candied" pancetta. The star of this burger, however, is the pretzel bun. The bread was incredibly dense and thick, so much so that you kinda feel like you're gorging on that rather than what's between it. It was also cold, which is a bummer when I'm so used to premium buns being warm and a little toasty. Perhaps pretzel is treated differently? Nevertheless, it just tasted like a regular bacon cheeseburger, and the fries they came with were soggy and bland. Sorry if I'm nitpicking, it's just average. Nothing I would recommend going out of your way for, even with the Wednesday deal, which grants $5 off any burger + beer. It's OK. Just OK! Deal with it. read more

So this is my first yelp post ever. This was the first time at attic ale house and was very excited because it's close to our house and we brought our dog. We ordered a burger and salad to split. The burger was delicious, but unfortunately our salad came with our meal ticket tossed it in. We told the server and he took it from the table, but didn't ask us is we wanted another one or what we wanted to do. He didn't replace the salad and a manger never came over to talk to us.
