A member of the service department laughed in my face when I asked for another car during the time they are working on the new car which I've only had for THREEE WEEKS. If I could give a NEGATIVE rating I would. Currently obtaining a lawyer to sue this fraudulently running business. If you go on the BBB website you will complaints and the rude mannerism in the answers from this company. During COVID-19 lockdown ( one of the many lies told in the BBB answers) they relentlessly threatened to repossess my vehicle , even when the payment was only 24 hours late! They illegally stored every single card we used for payments, tried removing money from every single card multiple times a day...but ONLY had authorization to use 1 card for payments. The payment was not even late per the contract when this being done. THEN, when car was 3 payments away from being off ( called for payoff amount) they said we still owed $5127!! Absolutely not! They refused... Absolutely refused to send the documents stating where this "ghost " interest interest came from and we signed. After a year fighting this, explaining if they simply email the form so I have proof ...I would continue paying; they refused. They had a "someone" , evidently an arbitrator call who apparently had the documentation, I told her that was interesting because they won't send it to me. I asked her to send it and SHE REFUSED. 2 months later they repossessed the vehicle!! Now it's an illegal repossession!! Fraud through the FCRA . I've had auto draft payments since driving off the lot Dec 2019. Never had any issues until recent. My salesman Tommy was awesome! Andrea I'm the other hand was extremely rude. She was my account manager but failed to give me information about my account. My card was drafted on Friday for my car note & an additional charge for $583.77 - with no notification. After asking her why when I was charged she said because my insurance. Which I understand if the auto draft wasn't being drafted - turns out auto draft was removed from my account by the account manager & a manual charge processed 6 months later. Each time I requested information she was extremely rude & hung up in my face 8 times. She even told me my car would be picked up that day. I kept calling asking for her supervisor but she hung up each time saying I sent an email. 3 days later I called & was assigned a new account manager Veronica - who still was unable to give me information about my account. But only said "well your account is at a 0.00 balance now" Being a person who makes all my payments on time and any issues I rectify ASAP - they did nothing about the horrible customer service I received. The just kept saying we apologize but you have no balance & a new account manager. Do not do business with them! So unprofessional to be a finance department. read more

Purchased Vehicle in November. Head gaskets needed replaced in December. They kept the vehicle for over a month in their service department. Then charged me over $1000.00 with a warranty to fix all the issues they sold me the car with. Which I believe is their business model. They replaced ball joints without my permission stating that if they find an issue they have to fix it at my cost. Keep in mind I asked them to just check them for me. When he stated they might need replaced down the line. I explicitly explained that I do not want to fix those at this moment. After going through all of that. 2 weeks after getting the vehicle out of the shop the break line broke while I was driving. Took it to another shop because I can't trust their service department. The new shop stated whoever changed the ball joints used incorrect bolts and the break line got caught on it and yanked out. Cost me $400 to fix that. The auto cave service department won't even call me back regarding that situation. 3 weeks later the vehicle now shakes when it idles and cuts off while driving or just putting it in gear. Codes are coming back as needing spark plugs and ignition coils which is one of my charges from when their service department had the vehicle. So now I have to replace those and ignition coils for the car is $900 for a set. They knew this car had issues when they sold it to me. Take your down payment and buy a car cash. You will end up with the same result or better than buying a car from this place. They could care less of the condition of the car when they sale it to you. The service department has to be incompetent or they just don't care about the safety of the car they are selling you. The only good thing about buying from here is that it's such a big mistake that you learn something that will help you make better decisions in life. read more

I went to the Auto Cave on Jan 31, 2019, where I signed an auto-loan contract. Since 2019, my contract has been on an automated payment for the 28th of every month. They would process the funds from my bank, if funds were unavailable, I would get a call from my account manager, Veronica. On June 28, 2021 I had the funds in the account but no payment was processed, nor did I receive a call from my account manager or any employee from the Auto Cave. On June 30, 2021 my car was wrongfully repossessed. I called to see where the problem had occurred. Later learning that my account manager was no longer working there. The managers Kayla, who hung up and Kyle both told me to bring in previous payment+tow charge which = $1034.62 and I could receive my car. On July 2, 2021 I willing paid $4732.72 to completely pay off my car at my own will. Auto cave later went to report to the bureaus a paid repo/foreclosure. This is not a proper way to conduct business. Their miscommunication cost me. I've been a great customer to them, never missed a payment or late. For them to treat me like I was trash Is horrible and the fact that you ask to speak to a manager you think it'll get better no it's only get worse. They managers treated me like dirt. Like I couldn't afford to even pay my car note. I tried to explain all this is not my fault. And they didn't want to hear it. Literally Kayla or Kathy whichever manager that starts with a K, hung up the phone mid way through my sentence. I didn't deserve this I could understand if I was late every month and were asking for favors. But I have documents stating I had funds available in my bank and phone records showing there was no attempt to contact me to inform. Anybody if your reading this and you don't want to get scammed out of paying 3 years good payment history then having a repo/foreclosure on your credit. Don't shop here. It doesn't matter if they're with Gary Bryan Financial. Because they dropped the ball and had not been taking out my CPI with my car payments since January!!! And I was never contacted nor notified until I called to make an early payment last Thursday!!Have you ever heard of one band one sound? One bad apple spoils the whole tree.Meaning to us it's all Auto Cave it's not a good look at all!! When you are constantly denied to speak with the manager NOT your account and you're told"my manager is not coming out here to speak with you " and then told he doesn't come out to speak with customers due to Covid!! Lol!! Like are you serious!! So when you're reading these reviews from the people that are leaving the one stars trust me they are definitely the ones that are telling the truth about what they are saying!!! My first review was just like the rest of the 5 star reviews because they practically begged me to leave a review when I purchased the car!!
