Which is nice to see. East ave has a lot of pissed off employees, this place does not, even when working in the cold. That tells me their managers and company probably treat them well. Their employees joked with us, were appropriately friendly, and made it a. Nice experience, instead of a rushed experience. We get Synthetic oil, paid 118.00 for oil change. Which is standard for this area for a quick change. But I like Jiffy lube the best because they give a thorough inspection. I've been to this location 2 times before today. Today was the same great service. I wish the technician used a funnel to pour the oil. He spilled some on the engine, but as expected, he was quick to clean it up, so I am happy. After they changed our oil, our check engine light came on. They quickly wiped out a diagnostic machine, to check the codes. We just had it inspected the day before, so it didn't make much sense. Then they popped the hood and checked what the codes were saying. I also like that they work together as team, and it shows in their work, and the way they speak to each other, no sarcasm or shade, just joy and smiles.

He found some things that a Firestone mechanic missed back in February that could have caused some serious issues for us. He pointed out some things that would need to be done after the end of our journey instead of trying to upsell for us to get it done now. Paul also was very good at explaining all of this to us in a way that us non-mechanically inclined people could completely understand. He earned our trust today and we will not be going anywhere else in the future.

I knew I was going to need four new tires so I spent a few hours checking out all the local tire places, checking out their inventory, reviewing tires and making some decisions. I made an online appointment for Mavis because I liked a tire that they had in stock quality and price wise. When I showed up I found a completely full parking lot with literally nowhere to park. I parked right in front of the entrance and went in to check in for my appointment. I had indicated when I made the appointment that I would be staying while they did the work. The first disappointment came when the guy behind the counter told me that I would be there for 6 to 8 hours which is just ridiculous. Why do you have an online reservation system with this option to wait for your vehicle if it's going to take 8 hours? Next I told him the tire I wanted. He went out and took a look at my truck and also probably noticed that it was the last day of the month before my inspection was up. Then he just so happened to not actually have any of those tires in stock and only had a tire that cost almost twice as much money. Wow what a shocker! I don't play these games and neither should you. I went right down the road to pep boys who had my number two tire listed as in stock and guess what? They actually had what they said they had! Avoid this place like the plague! They're just going to jack up your bill as much as possible and rip you off.

I had called in to this location the day before I brought my car in, they were able to accommodate me with an appointment the very next day, I appreciated their seemingly open schedule. An employee I spoke with on the phone assured me that my car would only be there for forty minutes and that I'd be able to get a print out sheet showing my alignment as it was when I brought the vehicle in, and as it was when re-calibrated. Online this location had been advertising all of four of these services to be done for a total of 236 USD. I brought my vehicle in at 2:45 PM and then I was told it would take two hours to be finished. When I returned to retrieve my car, only the oil maintenance and the alignment had been done (I was informed that my tire tread was too low for their company's policy to allow a rotation/balance) the total cost for these two measures was 200 USD. I had been told that my fluids were topped off; in fact my windshield fluid was still low. The print out that was given to me was inaccurate in regard to my vehicle's mileage. Adequate service; will not be returning here.
