I booked this on the website and everything showed that it was a glow and throw version. I get there and they tell me regular. At first they attempt to tell me that there is a price difference. I go to the website and the booking, no such thing. After they sorted through confusion, I was then told "the big boss hasn't updated the website, so they all still show that way from an event in October" . That is not my fault. The employee told me that others had complained about the same thing. WHY NOT FIX THE WEBSITE??? So you've been false advertising for 19 days? I was a part of a bridal party and we expected the glow in the dark version and the bride was disappointed. Also, I've never been to an axe throwing establishment that only gives you one axe to choose from as standard. Our board also looked like the most dry there. Went axe throwing in Canada and had a blast. Took my family here since the other axe throwing facilities don't allow participants under the age of 18. The facility is clean and tucked away-- 2 stars off for poor customer service. The attendant that helped us seemed very annoyed that we were there. It's only 20$ an hour reservation and you can add multiple ppl to your reservation depending how large your party is . I made this reservation just to try it out . I stopped by and Jared assisted me on my visit . He was beyond nice & informative on teaching me on a few techniques on axe throwing & safety & a few games to play . Overall experience here was excellent. It was so much fun ! This is a great place to go with friends , families or date night or a bday or company function. They do offer other games also like jenga & connect 4 among axe throwing . Only thing I'd say is it gets pretty hot inside make sure you are comfy & casual in closed toe shoes ! Came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was so nice to get out of the house and do something fun during COVID times. We were still on lockdown when we went (back in January), so I was surprised to see they were open, but I was glad too. I reserved our spots fairly easily on their website. Paid ahead of time. Upon showing up, there were a good amount of people already there but it didn't feel crowded at all. The place has very high ceilings and they were keeping the door open for ventilation. They made us sign a waiver. I did notice that quite a few people were not wearing masks, and this is my one gripe about this place. Had I known at booking that they would not be enforcing mask regulations here, I wouldn't have booked, to be honest. Once you enter, there is a sign that masks are encouraged but not mandatory. I understand that you're allowed to purchase snacks and drinks (liquor? interesting choice when throwing axes) and people will need to remove their masks to consume them. However, there were a handful of people who just weren't wearing them at all even though they were not eating/drinking. This made me really uneasy. Again, I think it's the business's responsibility to make sure their customers are informed of this prior to booking since masks SHOULD be a regulation for indoor activities. All that aside, we had a great time. It was a really fun activity. Luckily, we were a good distance away from the non-mask wearers and we felt spaced out enough from anyone else to feel fairly safe. The two men that were working the desk were taking COVID precautions and that was greatly appreciated. We will gladly return but probably not until COVID numbers reduce significantly. We visited at a time where ICUs were at 0% capacity, so it was a scary time. read more

Spent a great hour here on Saturday evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful in showing throwing techniques and answering questions. One even offered to take a group photo for us which we really appreciated. All Covid restrictions were followed and we could see them wiping down the axes and white boards they gave out. Went for the first time on Saturday with a group of four- made reservations online for 6pm. We got there early and ended up started throwing at 5:45. They went over the rules, everyone got a test throw. They have a book with some premade games you can play and whiteboards to keep score. We had a blast. They let you play an hour exactly- didn't skimp you out of time. Next time I'm definitely playing two hours. An hour goes by fast. So much fun, safe, great experience. Wasn't a bad spot for the price. Really hard to find, it's tucked in the back of an industrial building, behind a gym. The staff were pretty cool, no complaints. I wish they had mentioned sharper axes in the sales pitch up front. The axe I got was awful. Broken on the handle, cut into my hand, and it was so dull it wouldn't stick into the target. I even tried walking up and doing it that way, still wouldn't cut into the wood. My date had the same issue. Really liked their waiting area and environment. Good fun for 45 minutes. read more

This place was so awesome! My husband surprised me with a trip here after bugging and bugging that I wanted to go but it was so much fun! I was a little nervous at first but they teach you how to throw and stay with you while you do a little practice run. Definitely worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone, especially those looking to blow off a little steam. Came here to start the night off for a friends Bachelor Party. It was a really neat and fun experience hurling axes at a target. They give you a quick lesson how to hold and throw the axes along with providing a small list of different games you can play. I'm not sure how much the cost is exactly or if you can buy smaller increments but we paid $40 for 2 hours. They have snacks that you can buy if you feel snackerish and if rumors are to be believed, they will be providing beer sometime in the near future. This kinda blew my mind a little bit, here's why. While they do what they can to make it safe, there are HUGE safety concerns. They have limit lines (min/max) distances you can throw you axe, but at the max distance, anyone could walk by and get hit with the axe as it is being brought around. There were multiple times that I was watching someone in my group or a different group almost walk by and get hit while someone is throwing. There are seats/tables directly behind the throwing area and if you're not careful you could be in the way. I don't know if I will be back because axe throwing isn't my thing however I did have a great time trying something new with a group of friends. I would recommend coming here and trying it out, I would just be careful and make sure not to hit or be hit by someone. If they fixed these potential safety issues, it would be a much better experience. read more
