The only thing better than their yummy food items was the service. The young lady behind the counter could not have been more courteous and helpful. It was served atop mashed potatoes and asparagus. The potatoes were cold. The fish was a very thin filet (was it even halibut?), breaded and grilled. It was so hard and dry I had to use a knife to cut it. It was mostly breading and not much fish. If we were not guests of the dinner coordinator, I would have sent it back.. Our group understands the challenge of serving a big group, but this was beyond unacceptable. Is there any management oversight? Who's training the kitchen? We were seated for over three hours just to get through our meals, with no appetizers or deserts ordered. The restaurant was not busy for inside seating either.

I just paid $16 for a hamburger. No add ons no drink no chips. This is awful. I will never go back again. Earlier in the week I went to pastabilities and paid $25 for a plate is spaghetti and they were blasting Spanish music. For the price of the food I'd expect a little more of a vibe like it's actually Italian food. This chain of restaurants is going down hill. Too much money and horrible return for the customer. Best place for breakfast. I personally love the bacon egg and cheese bagel, but their burritos are also bomb with the green sauce that comes with it. They are so savory! I really like the Santa Fe on Italian for lunch. I don't venture off much more than that because those are so good. They just added some really cool stuff to their fryer menu! I visited my grandparents a few days ago and we had the bagel corner for lunch it was fantastic. The bagels were very fresh but it was a very very long wait but it's defiantly worth it! I suggest having the breakfast bagel or the burger bagel both were fantastic! Defiantly suggest coming here if you are in the area. read more

Still not sure why ice cream is listed in the name as the sign outside the business does not reflect that either. I went to purchase my donut only to learn that they only accept credit cards for purchases over three dollars. Good to know my donut was under three dollars, disappointing if you fail to bring cash they have a decent sized sitting area in the back behind the lottery section. Ironically, I feel as though it is more generous than the area used to sell their tickets and donuts, the attendant was neither nor cordial. Experience was less than memorable. The only reason I chose to do a review to help others avoid a similar disappointment. My final advice, walk across the street buy some box donuts from Grocery Outlet and you'll be similarly pleased.
